Claims (16)
- Steckverbinder (1) zum Anschließen an eine Leiterplatte (10), mit einem Gehäuse (2) und ein oder mehreren in dem Gehäuse (2) angeordneten Kontaktelementen, die über Kontaktstifte mit den Leiterbahnen der Leiterplatte (10) elektrisch verbindbar sind, wobei der Steckverbinder (1) zur zusätzlichen mechanischen Befestigung auf der Leiterplatte Befestigungselemente aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente (7) als bolzenartige Einsatzteile ausgeführt sind, die teilweise in Bohrungen des Gehäuses befestigt sind.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente einen zylindrischen Querschnitt aufweisen.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente einen mehreckigen Querschnitt aufweisen.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente ganz oder teilweise als Hohlzylinder ausgebildet sind.
- ; Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente (7) einen oberen Abschnitt (9) aufweisen, der in dem Gehäuse (2) fixierbar ist, und ein unterer Abschnitt (8) mit einem geringeren Querschnitt vorgesehen ist, der in Bohrungen (11) der Leiterplatte aufgenommen ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente (7) mit ihrem unteren Abschnitt (8) an und/oder in Bohrungen (11) der Leiterplatte verlötet sind.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Abschnitt (8) eine Angriffsfläche für ein Montagewerkzeug aufweist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Abschnitt (8) stirnseitig einen Schlitz für den Eingriff eines Schraubendrehers aufweist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Abschnitt 8 stirnseitig als Vieleck ausgebildet ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente (7) mittels Klemmkräften in dem Gehäuse (2) gehalten sind.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente (7) ein Gewinde aufweisen und in das Gehäuse einschraubbar sind.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente (7) in das Gehäuse eingepreßt und/oder eingeklebt sind.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente (7) die Leiterplatte (10) zumindest teilweise durchgreifen und an der dem Steckverbinder abgewandten Seite zusammen mit den Kontaktstiften (3) an der Leiterplatte (10) verlötet sind.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente (7) als Gewindestifte ausgebildet sind und stirnseitig ein Betäti-gungsprofil (19) aufweisen.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen (6) des Gehäuses zur Bildung eines Hohlraumes für einen Lötmeniskus eine größere Länge aufweisen, als der Abschnitt (9) des Befestigungselementes (7).
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen (6) des Gehäuses auch für die Aufnahme konventioneller Verschraubungen ausgelegt sind.
