Abstract

Die Sicke 50 ist so bemessen, daß das Klemmblech 51 mit seiner Schmalseite 53 eingeführt werden kann, dabei aber die Tiefe der Sicke 50 nur wenig größer bemessen ist wie die Stärke des Klemmbleches 51. Da die Sicke 50 in deren Längserstreckung geschlossen ist, kann das Klemmblech 51 durch eine leichte Durchbiegung des Sickenbodens 52 festgesetzt werden. Claims (14)

  1. Espagnolette fitting with a corner deflection means (19) for espagnolette rods which are guided in a fitting location groove running around the sash frame, the espagnolette rods being coupled together at the sash corner via a deflection member (15) consisting of spring strips, the deflection member being guided in an angular guide channel (1) arranged in the fitting location groove, wherein at least one outer cover angle (28) or cover rail (10) covering the fitting location groove can be connected to the sash frame profile, wherein the guide channel (1) is fastened to the cover angle (28) or the cover rail (10), and wherein the corner deflection means (19) can be fixed with a positive and/or non-positive fit to the side walls of the fitting location groove via a fixing device (20), characterized in that the positive and/or non-positive fit is achieved by means of a fixing device (20) arranged on the guide channel (1).
  2. Espagnolette fitting with a corner deflection means according to Claim 1, characterized in that the fixing device (20) is formed in one part with the guide channel (1).
  3. Espagnolette fitting with a corner deflection means according to Claim 1, characterized in that the fixing device (20) comprises a clamping spring (21) which is to be fastened to the guide channel (1) and which can be connected to the guide channel (1) via a latching/snap-fastening connection.
  4. Espagnolette fitting with a corner deflection means according to Claim 3, characterized in that the clamping spring (21) has a U-shaped cross section and the U-legs (22, 23) are formed in the approximate shape of a sinusoidal curve.
  5. Espagnolette fitting with a corner deflection means according to Claim 3 or 4, characterized in that the clamping spring (21) can be pushed on from the radius centre point of the curved section (4) of the guide channel (1).
  6. Espagnolette fitting with a corner deflection means according to one of Claims 3 to 5, characterized in that the clamping spring (21) is produced from spring steel.
  7. Espagnolette fitting with a corner deflection means according to Claim 1, the guide channel (1) being formed from a metal strip, in particular a brass strip, in which a cross-sectionally substantially planar web part (5) is adjoined at both longitudinal sides by two C-shaped edge flanges (6, 7) which are in one piece with the web part and which have their open sides directed towards one another, these edge flanges being formed by rolled-in portions and engaging around the deflection member (15), characterized in that the fixing device (20) comprises at least one partially outwardly deformed edge flange (6, 7).
  8. Espagnolette fitting with a corner deflection means according to Claim 7, characterized in that the guide channel (1) has, in the region of the outwardly deformed edge flange (6, 7), a U-shaped cross section whose U-legs (43, 44) extend antiparallel.
  9. Espagnolette fitting with a corner deflection means according to Claim 7 or 8, characterized in that the fixing device (20) is situated in the transition region from the curved section (4) to the straight legs (2, 3) which adjoin the latter in one piece.
  10. Espagnolette fitting with a corner deflection means according to Claim 1, the guide channel (1) being formed from a metal strip, in particular a brass strip, in which a cross-sectionally substantially planar web part (5) is adjoined at both longitudinal sides by two C-shaped edge flanges (6, 7) which are in one piece with the web part and which have their open sides directed towards one another, these edge flanges being formed by rolled-in portions and engaging around the deflection member (15), characterized in that the guide channel (1) has, on the rear side of its planar web part (5), a bead (50) which is open laterally towards the longitudinal edges and through which a clamping plate (51) forming the fixing device (20) can be inserted transversely with respect to the guide channel (1).
  11. Espagnolette fitting with a corner deflection means according to Claim 10, characterized in that the clamping plate (51) consists of a planar, leaf spring-type strip.
  12. Espagnolette fitting with a corner deflection means according to Claim 10 or 11, characterized in that the clamping plate (51) has rounded or bevelled narrow sides (53).
  13. Espagnolette fitting with a corner deflection means according to one of Claims 10 to 12, characterized in that the bead (50) is arranged in the region of the curved section (4).
  14. Espagnolette fitting with a corner deflection means according to one of Claims 10 to 13, characterized in that the bead (50) has a depth which is dimensioned to be only slightly greater than the thickness of the clamping plate (51).
