Claims (19)
- Pompe (110 ; 210 ; 310 ; 410) destinée à équiper un récipient (R), comportant un corps de pompe (11) et un ensemble (120 ; 220 ; 320 ; 420) mobile relativement à ce corps, comprenant un piston (130 ; 230 ; 330 ; 430) s'appliquant de manière étanche sur le corps et définissant avec ce dernier une chambre de pompage (60) de volume variable, comportant également à l'extérieur de la chambre de pompage une membrane élastiquement déformable (50) agencée pour rappeler l'ensemble mobile dans sa position initiale après la distribution d'une dose de produit, pompe caractérisée par le fait que l'ensemble mobile comporte une tige (121) présentant un passage intérieur (22) pour l'évacuation du produit contenu dans la chambre de pompage, ce passage intérieur débouchant par au moins un orifice de sortie (126) dans cette dernière et par le fait que le piston (130) est mobile par rapport à la tige (121) entre une position de pré-compression dans laquelle il obture le ou les orifices de sortie (126) et une position de distribution dans laquelle il libère le ou lesdits orifices, le déplacement du piston de sa position de pré-compression à sa position de distribution s'effectuant sous l'effet de la pression du produit dans la chambre de pompage (60).
- Pompe selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée par le fait que la membrane comporte une jupe d'étanchéité (53) s'appliquant au repos de manière étanche par une face (53b) sur une surface d'appui (23a) correspondante de l'ensemble mobile pour fermer un passage de reprise d'air (43) réalisé entre la membrane et l'ensemble mobile, cette jupe d'étanchéité étant apte à s'écarter de ladite surface d'appui lorsqu'une dépression est créée sur sa face opposée (53a) de manière à permettre une entrée d'air dans le récipient.
- Pompe selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée par le fait que l'ensemble mobile comporte une nervure annulaire (40) sur laquelle s'accroche la membrane, cette nervure étant pourvue d'au moins une fente permettant une reprise d'air.
- Pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que le piston (230 ; 330 ; 430) est agencé pour se déformer élastiquement afin de libérer le ou les orifices de sortie (126).
- Pompe selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée par le fait que le piston comporte une paroi annulaire d'étanchéité (231; 236 ; 335 ; 435 ; 436) apte à s'appliquer sur le corps de pompe et sur la tige pour isoler le ou les orifices de sortie de la chambre de pompage lors du remplissage de cette dernière, et une paroi de rappel élastiquement déformable, prenant appui sur la tige et apte à se déformer élastiquement pour permettre le déplacement de la paroi annulaire d'étanchéité et l'établissement d'une communication entre le ou lesdits orifices de sortie et la chambre de pompage lors de la distribution d'une dose de produit.
- Pompe selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée par le fait que la déformation de ladite paroi de rappel s'effectue sous l'effet de la pression du produit dans la chambre de pompage.
- Pompe selon l'une des deux revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que le piston présente en section axiale une forme générale de λ.
- Pompe selon l'une des revendications 5 et 6, caractérisée par le fait que le piston présente en section axiale une forme générale de Σ.
- Pompe selon l'une des revendications 5 et 6, caractérisée par le fait que le piston présente en section axiale une forme générale de X.
- Pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 9, caractérisée par le fait que la paroi de rappel du piston prend appui sur un épaulement (123) de la tige (121).
- Pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que le piston est rapporté sur la tige.
- Pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que le piston (130) est rappelé dans sa position de pré-compression par un ressort (137).
- Pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que la chambre de pompage (60) communique avec l'intérieur du récipient par l'intermédiaire d'un conduit (16) qui est obturé par l'ensemble mobile au début de son déplacement pour distribuer une dose de produit.
- Pompe selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée par le fait que l'ensemble mobile (24) est conformé pour s'engager de manière étanche dans ledit conduit (16) afin de l'obturer.
- Pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait qu'un trou de reprise d'air (17) est réalisé dans le corps de pompe (11), ce trou de reprise d'air étant séparé de l'intérieur (61) du corps de pompe par le piston lorsque l'ensemble mobile est dans sa position initiale, le piston permettant une communication entre le trou de reprise d'air et l'intérieur du corps de pompe au-dessus du piston lorsque l'ensemble mobile est déplacé d'une course prédéterminée dans le corps de pompe pour diminuer le volume de la chambre de pompage (60).
- Pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que l'ensemble mobile comporte une extrémité (27) en forme de harpon, encliquetée dans un logement du corps de pompe (11).
- Pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que la membrane est réalisée dans un matériau choisi dans la liste suivante : élastomère de nitrile, élastomère de silicone, BUNA (marque déposée), élastomères vulcanisés, élastomères thermoplastiques.
- Pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que le piston est réalisé dans un matériau choisi dans la liste suivante : PEBD, EVA, EMA, SANTOPRENE (marque déposée).
- Récipient équipé d'une pompe telle que définie dans l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
