Claims (22)

  1. Verpackungsschachtel, die aus einem Stanzzuschnitt hergestellt und durch Falten aufgerichtet ist, mit:
    einer Umfangshülle mit angelenkten Feldern (31, 32, 33, 34), die dazu bestimmt ist, einen Schachtel korpus, Klappen (40, 41) und Laschen (38) zum Verschließen der querverlaufenden Enden des Schachtelkorpus zu bilden,
    und einer inneren Fixierungsstruktur, die eine umklappbare und fixierbare Verlängerung eines letzten angelenkten Feldes (34) bildet, die einen Verbindungsstreifen (42), ein mittleres Feld (45) und ein Gegenfeld (46) umfasst, die durch Falzlinien (47, 48) begrenzt und aneinander angelenkt sind, die so ausgerichtet sind, dass das mittlere Feld (45) im Schachtelkorpus diagonal verläuft und eine erste (51) und eine zweite (52) im Wesentlichen keilförmige Kammer begrenzt, wobei die Schachtel Mittel (57, 70, 79, 85) zum Versteifen eines spitzen Teils der ersten keilförmigen Kammer (51) umfasst, wobei die Versteifungsmittel den Halt eines Endbereichs des mittleren Feldes (45) gewährleisten, um das mittlere Feld (45) in Höhe des spitzen Teils der ersten keilförmigen Kammer (51) zu fixieren,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsstreifen (42) und das Gegenfeld (46) bezüglich des mittleren Feldes (45) in der gleichen Richtung ausgerichtet und in der ersten keilförmigen Kammer (51) angeordnet sind, damit sie jeweils wenigstens zum Teil eine dreieckige Fläche der ersten keilförmigen Kammer (51) versteifen.
  2. Schachtel nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versteifungsmittel eine Befestigungslasche (57) aufweisen, die das so genannte untere Ende des mittleren Feldes (45) verlängert, das an dem letzten angelenkten Feld (34) befestigt ist.
  3. Schachtel nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lasche (57) mit dem mittleren Feld (45) durch einen Anlenkstreifen (58) verbunden ist, der von zwei zueinander nicht parallelen Falzlinien (59, 60) gebildet ist, die in Richtung des Verbindungsstreifens (42) zusammenlaufen.
  4. Schachtel nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Falzlinien (59, 60) des Anlenkstreifens (58) einen Winkel (α') bilden, der mit dem identisch ist, den die den Verbindungsstreifen (42) und das Gegenfeld (46) begrenzenden Linien bilden.
  5. Schachtel nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lasche (57) in Richtung des konisch erweiterten Teils der ersten Kammer (51) umgebogen ist.
  6. Schachtel nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lasche (57) zu der vom konisch erweiterten Teil der ersten Kammer (51) abgewandten Seite umgebogen ist.
  7. Schachtel nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versteifungsmittel eine Haltelasche (85) aufweisen, die innen in die zweite Kammer (52) umgebogen ist, um an einem den Schachtelkorpus bildenden angelenkten Feld (32) zur Anlage zu kommen.
  8. Schachtel nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versteifungsmittel eine Gegenlasche (70) aufweisen, die mit dem Gegenfeld (46) an dem Punkt verbunden ist, bei dem ein Anlagerand (50) des Gegenfeldes (46) mit der das mittlere Feld (45) von dem Gegenfeld (46) trennenden Falzlinie (48) zusammenläuft, wobei sich die Gegenlasche (70) dem mittleren Feld (45) gegenüberliegend von einer in der Verlängerung des Anlagerandes (50) des Gegenfeldes (46) angeordneten Falzlinie (71) der Gegenlasche aus erstreckt und einen Anlagerand (72) aufweist, der parallel zu der Falzlinie (71) der Gegenlasche (70) ist, und umgebogen wird, um sich in der zweiten Kammer (52) zu erstrecken.
  9. Schachtel nach Anspruch 1, .
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versteifungsmittel eine Anlagelasche (79) umfassen, die längs eines Verstärkungsflügels (78) verläuft, der das letzte angelenkte Feld (34) verlängert und der umgebogen wird, um sich in der zweiten Kammer (52) zu erstrecken.
  10. Schachtel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, 6, 8 oder 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versteifungsmittel eine umlegbare Klappe (66) aufweisen, die durch einen Ausschnitt in dem mittleren Feld (45) gebildet ist und durch eine gebrochene Schnittlinie (68) und zwei Falzlinien (70) in einen ersten Teil (66a) unterteilt ist, der an einer Linie (67), die Teil des Ausschnitts (64) ist, umgebogen werden kann, um für ein in dem Ausschnitt (64) platziertes Produkt eine Stütze zu bilden, und in einen zweiten Teil (66b), der so ausgeführt ist, dass er an einem der angelenkten Felder der Hülle zur Anlage kommt oder befestigt ist.
  11. Schachtel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mittlere Feld (45) wenigstens einen Ausschnitt (64) aufweist, der für ein verpacktes einstückiges Produkt (65) eine Fixierungszelle bildet.
  12. Stanzzuschnitt zur Bildung einer Schachtel nach Anspruch 1, mit einerseits einem als Hülle bezeichneten ersten Teil (I), der sich aus vier Feldern zusammensetzt (31, 32, 33, 34), die durch parallele Falzlinien (35, 36, 37) hintereinander angelenkt sind, wobei einige der Felder am Ende durch umlegbare Laschen (38) verlängert sind, wogegen andere (32, 34) mit Klappen (40, 41) zum Verschließen des durch diese Felder gebildeten Schachtelkorpus versehen sind, und mit andererseits einem zweiten Teil (II) zum so genannten inneren Fixieren, umfassend:
    einen Verbindungsstreifen (42), der mit dem letzten angelenkten Feid (34) durch eine Falzlinie (43) verbunden ist, die parallel zu der Linie (37) verläuft, die das letzte Feld (34) von dem angrenzenden Feld (33) trennt, und der dazu bestimmt ist, dem ersten Feld (31) zum Bilden des Schachtelkorpus eine Befestigungsfläche zu bieten,
    ein mittleres Feld (45) und ein Gegenfeld (46), die sich von dem Verbindungsstreifen (42) aus erstrecken und von zwei zueinander parallelen Falzlinien (47, 48) begrenzt sind, die mit der den Verbindungsstreifen (42) von dem letzten angelenkten Feld (34) trennenden Falzlinie (43) einen Winkel mit einem vorbestimmten Wert (α) bilden, wobei das mittlere Feld (45) dazu bestimmt ist, in der Schachtel diagonal zu verlaufen, um eine erste (51) und eine zweite (52) sich gegenüberliegende keilförmige Kammer zu begrenzen, wobei der Zuschnitt Mittel (57, 70, 79, 85) zum Versteifen eines spitzen Teils der ersten keilförmigen Kammer (51) umfasst, wobei die Versteifungsmittel den Halt eines Endbereichs des mittleren Feldes (45) zu gewährleisten vermögen, um das mittlere Feld (45) in Höhe des spitzen Teils der ersten keilförmigen Kammer (51) zu fixieren,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gegenfeld an der Seite, die der das Gegenfeld von dem mittleren Feld (45) trennenden Falzlinie (48) entgegengesetzt ist, einen Auflagerand (50) aufweist, der im Wesentlichen mit der Falzlinie (48) in der gleichen Richtung zusammenläuft wie die den Verbindungsstreifen (42) von dem letzten Feld (34) bzw. von dem mittleren Feld (45) trennenden Falzlinien (43, 47) und der mit der das Gegenfeld (46) von dem mittleren Feld (45) trennenden Falzlinie (48) einen Winkel (α) bildet, der den gleichen Wert hat wie der Winkel mit dem vorbestimmten Wert.
  13. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 12,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versteifungsmittel eine Befestigungslasche (57) aufweisen, die sich in der Verlängerung des unteren Endes des mittleren Feldes (45) erstreckt und die dazu bestimmt ist, an dem letzten angelenkten Feld (34) befestigt zu werden.
  14. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 13,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungslasche (57) mit dem mittleren Feld (45) durch einen Anlenkstreifen (58) verbunden ist, der durch zwei zueinander nicht parallele Falzlinien (59, 60) gebildet ist, die in Richtung des Verbindungsstreifens (42) zusammenlaufen.
  15. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 14,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Falzlinien (59, 60) des Anlenkstreifens (58) einen Winkel (α') bilden, der mit dem Winkel (α) identisch ist, der von den Falzlinien (43, 47, 48) gebildet wird, die den Verbindungsstreifen (42) und das Gegenfeld (46) begrenzen.
  16. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 12,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versteifungsmittel eine Haltelasche (85) aufweisen, die sich in Höhe des unteren Endes des mittleren Feldes (45) von einer Falzlinie (86) aus erstreckt, die quer zu der Falzlinie (48) verläuft, die das mittlere Feld (45) von dem Gegenfeld trennt, und die an der entgegengesetzten Seite der Falzlinie (86) der Haltelasche (86) einen Rand (87) aufweist, der dazu bestimmt ist, an einem angelenkten Feld (32) zur Anlage zu kommen.
  17. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 12,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versteifungsmittel eine umlegbare Verlängerung (III) aufweisen, die sich im unteren Teil des letzten angelenkten Feldes (34) von einer das letzte angelenkte Feld begrenzenden Falzlinie (37, 43) aus erstreckt.
  18. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 17,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die umlegbare Verlängerung (III) von dem letzten angelenkten Feld (34) aus einen Streifen (74) zum Ankleben an dem letzten angelenkten Feld (34) und einen Verstärkungsflügel (75) aufweist, der von dem Anklebestreifen (74) durch eine Falzlinie (76) getrennt ist, die parallel zu der Falzlinie verläuft, die den Streifen (74) von dem letzten angelenkten Feld (34) trennt.
  19. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 17,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die umlegbare Verlängerung (III) von dem letzten angelenkten Feld (34) aus einen angelenkten Verstärkungsflügel (78) aufweist, der eine Anlagelasche (79) umfasst, die sich von einer Falzlinie aus erstreckt, die im Wesentlichen quer zu der Falzlinie (73) verläuft, die den Verstärkungsflügel (78) von dem letzten angelenkten Feld (34) trennt, und die einen zu dem Anlagerand (50) des Gegenfeldes (46) parallelen Anlagerand (81) aufweist.
  20. Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 19,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versteifungsmittel eine Gegenlasche (70) aufweisen, die mit dem Gegenfeld (46) an dem Punkt verbunden ist, bei dem der Anlagerand (50) des Gegenfeldes (46) mit der Falzlinie (48) des Gegenfeldes (46) zusammenläuft, wobei sich die Gegenlasche (70) dem mittleren Feld (45) gegenüberliegend von einer in der Verlängerung des Anlagerandes (50) des Gegenfeldes angeordneten Falzlinie (71) der Gegenlasche (70) aus erstreckt und einen Anlagerand (72) aufweist, der parallel zu der Falzlinie (71) der Gegenlasche (70) ist.
  21. Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 20,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mittlere Feld (45) einen Ausschnitt (64) aufweist, der dazu bestimmt ist, eine Fixierungszelle zu bilden.
  22. Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versteifungsmittel eine umlegbare Klappe (66) aufweisen, die durch einen Ausschnitt (64) in dem mittleren Feld (45) gebildet ist und durch eine gebrochene Schnittlinie (68) und zwei Falzlinien in einen ersten Teil (66a) unterteilt ist, der an der Linie (67), die Teil des Ausschnitts ist, umgebogen werden kann, und in einen zweiten Teil (66b), der dazu bestimmt ist, an einem der angelenkten Felder der Hülle zur Anlage zu kommen oder befestigt zu werden.
