Claims (8)

  1. Procédé pour emballer essentiellement de façon stérile des produits à écoulement libre ou à déversement, en particulier des produits alimentaires ou des boissons, dans du matériel d'emballage sous forme d'un sachet d'emballage (1) composé d'un matériau de feuille avec une ouverture de remplissage (4) refermable par un capuchon (5), caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :

    1.4 traiter de façon microbicide l'extérieur du sachet d'emballage (1) avec le capuchon (5) placé dans la première position au moins au niveau d'une zone comprenant le capuchon et l'ouverture de remplissage (4),
    1.5 enlever le capuchon (5) du sachet d'emballage (1),
    1.6 remplir le sachet d'emballage (1) avec le produit via l'ouverture de remplissage (4), et
    1.7 replacer le capuchon (5) sur le sachet d'emballage (1) rempli et fermer l'ouverture de remplissage (4) en plaçant le capuchon dans la deuxième position.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le traitement microbicide selon l'étape 1.2 est effectué par irradiation du sachet d'emballage (1) par rayons y.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le sachet d'emballage (1) avec le capuchon (5) placé dans la première position subit une préstérilisation au moyen de vapeur surchauffée avant l'étape 1.4.

Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, en amont de l'étape 1.7, un traitement diminuant au moins en partie une proportion de l'atmosphère environnante oxydante dans le sachet d'emballage (1) rempli est exécuté au moyen d'un gaz inerte ou de vapeur.
