Claims (3)
- Fenster- oder Türprofil mit mehreren durch Stege gebildeten Hohlkammern, bei dem die die Außenkontur bildenden Wände und die die Hohlkammern begrenzenden Stege jeweils eine Wandstärke unter 4 mm aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wände und/oder Stege wenigstens teilweise aus geschäumtem Hart-PVC mit einem Schäumgrad zwischen 1,05 und 1,2 bestehen.
- Profilsystem zur Herstellung von Fenstern und Türen umfassend wenigstens ein mehrere Hohlkammern aufweisendes Blendrahmen- und/oder Flügelprofil auf der Basis von ungeschäumtem Hart-PVC dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Profilsystem wenigstens ein weiteres Profil auf der Basis von geschäumtem Hart-PVC aufweist, wobei die Außen- und Innenkonturen des geschäumten Profils wenigstens weitgehend mit denen des ungeschäumten Profils übereinstimmen und der Schäumgrad des geschäumten Profils 1,05 bis 1,20 beträgt.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Hohlkammern aufweisenden Profils für Fenster- und/oder Türen, bei dem ein Ansatz auf der Basis von Hart-PVC in einem Extruder aufgeschmolzen, in einem Extrusionswerkzeug zu dem Profil geformt, das Profil anschließend in einem Kaliber zumindest an seinen Außenkonturen kalibriert und dabei bis unter die Erstarrungstemperatur des Hart-PVC-Ansatzes abgekühlt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ansatz zwischen 0,2 und 2 Gew.-% eines chemischen Treibmittels enthält, das zu einem Schäumgrad zwischen 1,05 bis 1,20 führt.
