Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Behältnis, bestehend aus einem Boden (1), einem Mantel (2) und einer Schulter (3), wobei diese Elemente spanlos umgeformt, einstückig, nahtlos und aus Leichtmetall sind. Die Schulter (3) steht in einem Winkel von 80° bis 120° zum Mantel (2), und das Behältnis weist minimum eine Öffnung (4) und Mittel zum Stapeln (5) auf. Durch diese flache Schulter (3) wird die Höhe reduziert, der Platzbedarf verringert sowie das Transportvolumen verkleinert. Der Ring als Mittel zum Stapeln (5) erlaubt das Aufeinanderstapeln der Behältnisse und dient gleichzeitig als Traghilfe. Die Behältnisse können ohne Umpackung versandt werden. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Behältnis gemäss Anspruch 1.
Die bis anhin gefertigten Behältnisse (Alu-Flaschen) haben eine kegelige Schulter im Winkel von ca. 115° zum Mantel, eignen sich nicht zum Stapeln und weisen ohne entsprechende Zusatzeinrichtung keine Traghilfe auf. Ohne Umpackung sind sie für den Versand nach UN-Norm nicht zugelassen.
Die neuen Behältnisse haben eine flache Schulter (3) im Winkel von ca. 90° zum Mantel (2). Durch diese flache Schulter (3) wird die Höhe reduziert, der Platzbedarf verringert sowie das Transportvolumen verkleinert. Der Ring (6, 8) als Mittel zum Stapeln (5) erlaubt das Aufeinanderstapeln der Behältnisse und dient gleichzeitig als Traghilfe. Die Behältnisse können ohne Umpackung versandt werden.

Claims (6)

  1. Behältnis bestehend aus einem Boden (1), einem Mantel (2) und einer Schulter (3), wobei diese Elemente spanlos umgeformt, einstückig, nahtlos und aus Leichtmetall sind, wobei die Schulter (3) in einem Winkel von 80° bis 120° zum Mantel (2) steht und das Behältnis minimum eine Öffnung (4) und Mittel zum Stapeln (5) aufweist.
  2. Behältnis nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zum Stapeln (5) aus einem Ring (6) besteht, der nach innen geformt ist und der Boden (1) im Kontaktbereich die entsprechende Form (7) aufweist, um das zu stapelnde Behältnis aufzunehmen.
  3. Behältnis nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zum Stapeln (5) aus einem Ring (8) besteht, der nach aussen geformt ist, um das zu stapelnde Behältnis aufzunehmen.
  4. Behältnis nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zum Stapeln (5) aus minimum drei Zapfen oder minimum drei Flanschen ausgebildet und spanlos oder spanabhebend gefertigt sein kann.
  5. Behältnis nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Leichtmetall Aluminium oder eine Aluminiumlegierung ist.
  6. Behältnis nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zum Stapeln (5) mit dem Mantel (2) und/oder Schulter (3) oder Boden (1) verbunden ist, z.B. durch Kleben, Schweissen, Krempen oder Verstemmen.
