Die singuläre Montage ist problematisch, weil sich die Einzelzylinder der in Pressenrahmen in Reihe angeordneten Preßzylinderkolbenanordnungen 'i Relation zueinander verschieben können. Derartige Zylinderverschiebungen resultieren aus Verformungen der Pressenrahmen bzw. ihrer Querholme im Zuge des Preßvorganges, zumal die Zylindermontage regelmäßig auf den Querholmen der Pressenrahmen erfolgt . Aus den Verschiebungen der Einzelzylmder resultieren erhöhte Verschleißerschemungen und Dichtungsprobleme, insbesondere aber auch ungleichmäßige Druckverteilungen auf die Preßplatten. Das wiederum kann zu Qualitätsminderungen bei den gepreßten Produkten wie beispielsweise Spanplatten, Faserplatten oder dergleichen Holzwerkstoffplatten führen. Die singuläre Versorgung ist problematisch, weil zu jeder einzelnen Preßzylmderkolbenanordnung die für deren Betätigung mittels eines Hydraulikmediums erforderlichen Versorgungsleitungen verlegt werden müssen. Das führt zu einer raumaufwendigen Bauweise, obwohl nur wenig Montageplatz zur Verfügung steht und deshalb stets eine enge und kompakte Bauweise angestrebt wird. Hinzukommt, daß die Montage der Versorgungsleitungen selbst aufwendig und schwierig ist. Ferner muß eine ungeschützte Verlegung der Versorgungsleitungen in Kauf genommen werden. B. Hydraulikleitungen für die Preßzylinderkolbenanordnungen in den Zylinderblock integriert sind. - Diese Maßnahmen der Erfindung haben zur Folge, daß die Zylinder einer Preßzylinderreihe einschließlich ihrer Versorgungsleitungen en bloc erfolgen kann. Dadurch wird die Montage sowohl der Zylinder als auch ihrer Versorgungsleitungen erheblich erleichtert und auf engstem Raum möglich. Da die Zylinder in einem Zylinderblock zusammengefaßt sind, sind gegenseitige Verschiebungen der Zylinder praktisch ausgeschlossen, vielmehr wird stets eine gleichmäßige Druckverteilung im Zuge des Preßvorganges erreicht, zumal die Orte des Kraftangriffes stets die gleichen sind. Hinzukommt, daß Verformungen der betreffenden Querholme der Pressenrahmen beachtlich reduziert werden, wenn der Zylinderblock auf solchen Querholmen montiert wird und zu deren Versteifung beiträgt. So sieht die Erfindung vor, daß der Zylinderblock gegen den oberen oder unteren Querholm der betreffenden Pressenrahmen oder gegen die obere oder untere Preßplatte abgestützt ist, und daß die Kolben der betreffenden Preßzylinderkolbenanordnungen an der oberen oder unteren Preßplatte oder an dem oberen oder unteren Querholm der Pressenrahmen angeschlossen sind. Vorzugsweise wird man den Zylinderblock an einen Querholm der Pressenrahmen abstützen, während der Anschluß der Kolben bzw. ihrer Kolbenstangen an eine Preßplatte ein hinreichendes Bewegungsspiel zum Ausgleich von Verformungen sowohl der Pressenrahmen als auch der Preßplatten im Zuge eines Preßvorganges zuläßt. Der Zylinderblock ist erfindungsgemäß als Gußblock, z. B. aus Grauguß oder Stahlguß, mit einer eingegossenen Verrohrung zur Bildung der Versorgungsleitungen ausgebildet. Es besteht aber auch die Möglichkeit, daß die Versorgungsleitungen als Bohrungen in dem Zylinderblock ausgeführt sind, der auch als Stahlblock ausgeführt sein kann. Auf diese Weise sind Dichtungsprobleme insbesondere zwischen den Versorgungsleitungen und den Zylindern nicht länger zu befürchten. Die Zylinder sind zweckmäßigerweise von außen nach innen paarweise, jedenfalls unter Verwirklichung einer symmetrischen Druckbeaufschlagung an die Versorgungsleitungen angeschlossen. Bei einem in der Gußblockmitte angeordneten Zylinder sind für diesen Zylinder eigene Versorgungsleitungen für das Hydraulikmedium vorgesehen. Nach einer bevorzugten Ausfuhrungsform sind sämtliche Zylinder eines Zylinderblocks an die gleichen Versorgungsleitungen angeschlossen. - Jedenfalls lassen sich bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Zylinderblock die Zylinder derart mit dem Hydraulikmedium versorgen, daß eine gleichmäßige Druckverteilung und -Übertragung auf die Preßplatten gewährleistet ist.Further features essential to the invention are listed below. In den Figuren ist eine kontinuierliche Presse zum Verpressen von Preßgutmatten zu Preßgutplatten im Zuge der Herstellung von Spanplatten, Faserplatten oder dergleichen dargestellt, und zwar mit Pressenunterteil 1 und Pressenoberteil 2, im Pressenunterteil 1 und Pressenoberteil 2 endlos umlaufenden Stahlpreßbändern 3, wobei im Pressenunterteil 1 und im Pressenoberteil 2 beheizbare Preßplatten 4, 5 angeordnet sind und die Stahlpreßbänder 3 an den Preßplatten 4, 5 unter Zwischenschaltung von Rollstäben 6 abgestützt sind. Zwischen Pressenoberteil 2 und Pressen- unterteil 1 sind Pressenrahmen 7 in über die Pressenlänge vorgegebenen Abständen angeordnet. Innerhalb der Pressenrahmen 7 sind die oberen und unteren Preßplatten 5, 4 angeordnet . Nach dem Ausführungsbeispiel arbeiten auf die untere Preßplatte 4 Preßzylinderkolbenanordnungen 8, 9. Im Bereich der einzelnen Pressenrahmen 7 ist jeweils eine Mehrzahl von Preßzylinderkolbenanordnungen 8, 9 in Reihe angeordnet und einerseits an die unteren Querholme 10 der betreffenden Pressehrahmen 7, andererseits an die untere Preßplatte 4 angeschlossen. Die Zylinder 8 der jeweils in Reihe angeordneten Preßzylinderkolbenanordnungen sind in einem gemeinsamen Zylinderblock 11 angeordnet bzw. zusammengefaßt. Die zu den Zylindern 8 führenden Versorgungsleitungen 12 bzw. Hydraulikleitungen für die Preß- zylInderanordnungen 8, 9 sind m den Zylinderblock 11 integriert. Der Zylinderblock 11 ist nach dem Ausfuh- rungsbeispiel jeweils gegen die unteren Querholme 10 der betreffenden Pressenrahmen 7 abgestützt, wobei die Kolben 9 der betreffenden Preßzylinderkolbenanordnungen 8, 9 an die untere Preßplatte 4 angeschlossen sind. Der Zylinderblock 11 ist als Gußblock aus Grauguß oder Stahlguß ausgeführt, wobei die Versorgungsleitungen als Bohrungen m dem Zylinderblock ausgebildet sind. Die Zylinder 8 sind an die Versorgungsleitungen 12 angeschlossen. Die Befestigung der Zylinderblöcke 11 an den unteren Querholmen 10 der Pressenrahmen 7 kann im Wege einer Schraubbefestigung verwirklicht werden. Sofern die Preßzylinderkolbenanordnungen 8, 9 auf die unteren Preßplatten 4 arbeiten, kann die Montage der Zylinderblocke 11 durch Einhängen zwischen den unteren Querholmen 10 benachbarter Pressenrahmen 7 erfolgen. Dazu weisen die Zylinderblöcke 11 seitliche Montageflansche 13 auf. Die Sicherung der Zylmderblόcke 11 erfolgt mittels Anschläge 14, die auf den unteren Querholmen 10 befestigt, z. B. Hydraulikleitungen, für die Preßzylinderkolbenanordnungen (8, 9) in den Zylinderblock (11) integriert sind.1.
