Definitions
- Angled screwdrivers consist of an angled Rod exist, at least in the area of its free Ends is designed as a screwdriver.
- a common form is a hexagon shape. It is already known that the rod itself has a circular cross section, so that only its ends have the special cross-sectional shape.
- the invention has for its object a screwdriver tool to create the improved uses offers.
- the invention proposes a screwdriver tool with the features of claim 1.
- Developments of the invention are the subject of the dependent Claims, the wording of which is the same as the wording of the summary by reference to the content of the description is made.
- the cross-sectional shape of the engagement section can, for example, as is known in the art, a regular one Be hexagon. This allows the proposed by the invention Tool for screwing and loosening known ones Screws are used. After the invention remains the cross-sectional shape of the regular hexagon over the axial length of the engaging portion is obtained, but changes the orientation of this hexagon. This means that the engaging section is slightly twisted so that the edges run obliquely. The change in the orientation of the cross-sectional shape is so minor that the tool, for example can still be used in the hexagon recess.
- cross-sectional shape instead of a cross-sectional shape as a regular hexagon other cross-sectional shapes are of course also used, for example cross recesses, squares or shapes with alternating concave and convex arcuate boundary lines.
- the two engagement sections are designed differently, even if the two engagement sections have the same nominal size.
- the two engagement sections with the same nominal size and at same cross-sectional shape are different.
- This different training with the same cross-sectional shape can, for example, by a different area size can be achieved.
- the hexagon may be slightly larger or be smaller than in the other engagement section.
- the two engagement sections have a different length. This is especially true when the baton is over its remaining length has a round cross-section. Due to the different length, the user is informed given which of the two sections for its special Purposes is appropriate. In addition, the different Length of the engagement sections also in the Manufacture the tool for orientation.
- one of the engagement sections can be spherical be designed to pivot the tool from the Allow axis of the screw.
- an engagement portion is formed such that it has a drive training corresponding to the nominal size of the component to be rotated brought into engagement without play can be.
- a drive training corresponding to the nominal size of the component to be rotated brought into engagement without play can be.
- a Engagement section is formed such that it with a drive design corresponding to the nominal dimension of the to be rotated Component can be brought into engagement with little play. If a screw is screwed into a hole so far is that it is held in this hole a low backlash is enough to screw on and / or loosen Intervention out.
- the shank of the tool can be designed in a straight line, for example his. It can then be used, for example, as an extension be used.
- the shaft with a Key surface is provided between its two ends, on which a user will attack with a wrench can.
- the Shaft is formed straight in sections, in particular has at least two rectilinear sections, the under run at a right angle to one another in particular.
- the tool then has the shape of an offset screwdriver.
- the invention is not limited to the embodiment, where the two sections are at right angles. The angle can also be larger or smaller.
- FIG. 1 shows a side view of an offset screwdriver, the two rod-shaped at a right angle has mutually extending sections 1, 2.
- Both Sections 1, 2 are of different lengths.
- the screwdriver an engagement section 3 at each of its two ends, 4, which is designed with a drive training component to be twisted, for example a screw, in To be engaged.
- Both Engagement sections 3 have one over their axial length each with the same cross-section in the form of a regular Hexagons on.
- the edges 5, which are the corners of the cross section Form hexagons, run parallel to each other and light oblique, so that overall a slightly twisted form of results in two engagement sections 3, 4. Through this twisted An engagement in the hexagonal recess can take shape less game.
- the changes are Orientation of the cross-sectional shape in both engagement sections 3, 4 the same size. In other words, they run Edges 5 in both engagement sections 3, 4 under the same angle with the axis. However, the edge lengths are of the hexagon slightly different from each other. In other words, one of the two engagement sections has 3, 4, for example the engagement section 3 on the right Figure 1, a slightly smaller cross-section in its area on. If this end is in the hexagonal recess one If the screw is inserted, there is little backlash reached.
- edges 5 in the two engagement sections 3, 4 different to arrange diagonally, or the twist in the two Engagement sections 3, 4 also different in other ways to design.
- Figure 2 shows an otherwise the embodiment of Figure 1 corresponding offset screwdriver, in which the two Sections 6, 7 run at an obtuse angle. On such a screwdriver can be used in particular if there is little space.
- FIG. 3 shows a screwdriver tool according to the invention, in which the shaft is straight overall.
- An engagement section 4 is located at each end of the shaft trained, the shape again in the example shown of a slightly twisted hexagon.
- a key surface 8 is formed, the for example, has a hexagonal cross section. On This key surface 8 can be used by a user with an open-end wrench attack. The middle key area could also be slightly twisted.
