It may be appropriate to include a flow director or a coarse screen or a similar device to protect the granule collectors from a direct impact of the return flow. Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de séparation des granules dans le courant de retour d'un fluide de nettoyage constitué d'un mélange de liquide et de granules d'une densité supérieure à celle du liquide. Le courant de retour traverse une chambre de traitement (10) et un réservoir (15) situé en dessous de la chambre de traitement (10), dans une machine à nettoyer comportant au moins un collecteur à granules (19). Ce collecteur à granules (19) est agencé sous forme d'une unité monobloc, de façon à passer en mode collecteur pour recueillir une quantité substantielle de courant de retour et pour y retenir les granulés. Le collecteur à granules (19) est également agencé de façon à passer en mode évacuation pour évacuer les granules retenus et pour permettre au courant de retour de circuler sans retenir les granules.

Claims (14)

  1. Procédé destiné à séparer des granules d'un écoulement de retour d'un fluide de nettoyage qui est un mélange d'un liquide et de granules présentant une masse volumique plus élevée que celle du liquide, l'écoulement de retour apparaissant en traversant une chambre de traitement (10) et une cuve (15) en dessous de la chambre de traitement (10) dans une machine de lavage comportant au moins un dispositif de recueil de granules (19), caractérisé    par l'agencement dudit dispositif de recueil des granules (19) en tant qu'unité autonome comportant des parois latérales d'enceinte (22 ; 24 ; 27) et une paroi latérale inférieure, lesdites parois formant ensemble un récipient,
       par la commande dudit dispositif de recueil de granules (19) dans un mode de recueil afin de recevoir une quantité substantielle de l'écoulement de retour et de conserver les granules dans celui-ci, tout en permettant qu'une quantité mineure de l'écoulement de retour comprenant les granules passe par le dispositif de recueil de granules (19) jusque dans la cuve (15),
       par la commande dudit dispositif de recueil de granules (19) dans un mode de libération afin de libérer les granules conservés et de permettre que l'écoulement de retour s'écoule sans conserver de granules, et
       par l'agencement dudit dispositif de recueil de granules (19) devant être monté de façon détachable dans la machine de lavage pour être détaché de celle-ci tout en conservant les granules, de façon à permettre le nettoyage de l'intérieur de la machine de lavage.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le fluide de nettoyage est dirigé à travers les parois perforées dudit dispositif de recueil de granules.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit dispositif de recueil de granules (19) est entraíné en rotation entre une première position dans son mode de recueil et une seconde position dans son mode de libération.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les parois latérales (22) dudit dispositif de recueil de granules (19) sont entraínées en rotation entre une première position permettant à l'écoulement de retour de s'écouler entre lesdites parois latérales, ladite première position constituant le mode de libération dudit dispositif de recueil (19), et une seconde position dans laquelle les parois latérales (22) ainsi que les pignons (24, 27) forment un récipient, ladite seconde position constituant le mode de recueil.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le dispositif de recueil de granules (19) est une boíte façonnée comprenant des parois latérales (22) et une paroi latérale inférieure (26), ladite paroi latérale inférieure (26) étant entraínée en rotation entre une première position permettant à l'écoulement de retour de passer à travers, ladite première position constituant le mode de libération dudit dispositif de recueil de granules (19), et une seconde position dans laquelle la paroi latérale inférieure (26) ferme le dispositif de recueil de granules (19) afin de conserver les granules dans celui-ci, ladite seconde position constituant le mode de recueil.
  6. Dispositif destiné à séparer des granules d'un écoulement de retour d'un fluide de nettoyage qui est un mélange d'un liquide et de granules présentant une masse volumique plus élevée que celle du liquide, l'écoulement de retour apparaissant en traversant une chambre de traitement (10) et une cuve (15) en dessous de la chambre de traitement (10) dans une machine de lavage comportant au moins un dispositif de recueil de granules (19), caractérisé    en ce que ledit dispositif de recueil de granules (19) est agencé en tant qu'unité autonome,
       en ce que ledit dispositif de recueil de granules (19) comprend des parois latérales d'enceinte (22 ; 24 ; 27) et une paroi latérale inférieure, lesdites parois formant ensemble un récipient,
       en ce que ledit dispositif de recueil de granules (19) est agencé pour entrer dans un mode de recueil afin de recevoir une quantité substantielle de l'écoulement de retour et de conserver les granules dans celui-ci, tout en permettant qu'une quantité mineure de l'écoulement de retour comprenant les granules passe par le collecteur de granules (19) jusque dans la cuve (15),
       en ce que ledit dispositif de recueil de granules (19) est agencé pour entrer dans un mode de libération afin de libérer les granules conservées et pour permettre que l'écoulement de retour s'écoule sans conserver les granules,
       en ce que ledit dispositif de recueil de granules (19) et est monté de façon amovible dans la machine de lavage pour être détaché de celle-ci avec les granules qui sont conservés dans celui-ci.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le dispositif de recueil de granules (19) comprend des parois latérales perforées (22) de façon à permettre au fluide de nettoyage de passer à travers le dispositif de recueil de granules (19) quel que soit le mode.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le dispositif de recueil de granules (19) est monté avec possibilité de rotation.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le dispositif de recueil de granules (19) est une boíte façonnée comprenant des parois latérales et une paroi latérale inférieure et un côté supérieur ouvert.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel les parois latérales (22) du dispositif de recueil de granules (19) sont montées pour être entraínées en rotation entre une première position formant un passage ouvert pour l'écoulement de retour, et une seconde position formant en association avec les pignons opposés un récipient destiné à conserver les granules apparaissant dans l'écoulement de retour.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel une paroi latérale inférieure (26) du dispositif de recueil de granules (19) est montée pour être entraínée en rotation entre une première position formant un passage ouvert pour l'écoulement de retour, et une seconde position formant en association avec les parois latérales (22) et les pignons opposés un récipient destiné à conserver les granules apparaissant dans l'écoulement de retour.
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 6 et la revendication 7, dans lequel ledit dispositif de recueil de granules (19) est monté avec possibilité de rotation sur un axe (20) s'étendant à travers les parois latérales (22).
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel un moyen de direction d'écoulement (28) est prévu sur le dispositif de recueil de granules (19).
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 13, dans lequel le moyen de direction d'écoulement (28) comprend un panneau muni de trous traversants qui sont dimensionnés pour permettre le passage de granules à travers le panneau et qui sont agencés verticalement au-dessus du dispositif de recueil de granules (19).
