Description
Claims (12)
- Motorisch betriebene Handschleifmaschine (10) mit exzentrisch angetriebenem, mit maschinenseitigem Exzenterzapfen (26, 28) kuppelbarem Schleifteller (34, 40), wie beispielsweise Exzenterschleifer oder Handschwingschleifer, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Handschleifmaschine (10) mehrere, insbesondere zwei, gemeinsam angeordnete Exzenterzapfen (26, 28) mit unterschiedlicher Exzentrizität aufweist.
- Handschleifmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Exzenterzapfen (26, 28) axial aufeinanderfolgend, insbesondere als Teil eines Ventilators (22), angeordnet sind.
- Handschleifmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Exzenterzapfen (26, 28) mit unterschiedlichen Schleiftellern (34, 40), insbesondere unterschiedlich hinsichtlich Masse und Grundfläche, koppelbar sind.
- Handschleifmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder der unterschiedlichen Schleifteller (34, 40) nur in einen einzigen der Exzenterzapfen (26, 28) paßt.
- Handschleifmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schleifteller (40), der dem Exzenterzapfen (26) mit größerer Exzentrizität e2 zugeordnet ist, gegenüber dem Schleifteller (34), der dem Exzenterzapfen (28) mit kleinerer Exzentrizität e1 zugeordnet ist, eine im Verhältnis des Exzentrizitätsunterschieds von e2 zu e1 unterschiedliche Masse hat.
- Handschleifmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Exzenterzapfen (28) mit der kleineren Exzentrizität e1 am äußersten freien Ende, benachbart zum Exzenterzapfen (26) mit der größeren Exzentrizität e2 angeordnet ist.
- Handschleifmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schleifteller (40), insbesondere nicht lösbar, mit einem, insbesondere als Wälzlager ausgestalteten, Tellerlager (42) verbunden ist, mit dessen Innenring er den Exzenterzapfen (26) drehfest umgreift, insbesondere sich am Ventilator (22) abstützt.
- Handschleifmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein anderer Schleifteller (34), insbesondere nicht lösbar, mit einem, insbesondere als Wälzlager ausgestalteten, zentrischen Tellerlager (38) verbunden ist, dessen Innenring über einen Zwischenring (39) mit dem Exzenterzapfen (28) mit der kleineren Exzentrizität koppelbar ist, wobei der Innenring des Wälzlagers (38) den Exzenterzapfen (26) mit radialem Abstand übergreift.
- Handschleifmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schleifteller (34) Kupplungsteile, insbesondere elastische Schwingelemente (36), trägt, die auf der dem Schleifteller (34) abgewandten Seite am Gehäuse (12) der Handschleifmaschine festlegbar sind und die das Rotieren des Schleiftellers (34) verhindern, insbesondere einschränken.
- Handschleifmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Exzenterzapfen (26) anstelle eines weiteren Exzenterzapfens (28) eine exzentrische Bohrung mit dessen Exzentrizität trägt.
- Handschleifmaschine nach.einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Exzenterzapfen (26, 28) unterschiedliche Durchmesser aufweisen.
- Handschleifmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tellerlager (38, 42) sich in der Montagelage der Schleifteller (34, 40) an einer gleichen axialen Stützfläche (53) des Exzenterträgers abstützen.
