Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a winding roll according to the preamble of claim 1 and a Roman blind, a pleated curtain, a blind, a Venetian blind or other, to be operated by drawstrings window decoration.
  • a winding roll of the type mentioned is known from DE 297 06 686 U1, which discloses a Raffvorhang with several vertically extending over the height of the curtain drawstrings, which are diverted horizontally at the top curtain edge and wound together on a laterally mounted winding roll. By winding the drawstrings on the winding roll they are shortened and therefore pull up the curtain by pulling it together.
  • the winding roll consists of a winding core and laterally arranged on the winding core cheeks. In a frame of the winding core and the cheeks are designed in a special way, thereby preventing tangling of the pull cords.
  • the disadvantage here is that the special bobbins are expensive to produce and are generally optimized for a certain number and size of the pull cords.
  • GB 2 156 393 A discloses a device for uniformly winding a redrawn electric cable onto a cable reeling drum mounted on a mining vehicle.
  • the mine vehicle is supplied with power via this cable.
  • the device itself comprises a rotatable cylindrical cam which is rotated in a predetermined ratio to the rotational speed of the drum.
  • the cable passes through a reversible cable guide to the drum which is mounted on a pivoting, swingable assembly which includes a cam follower which engages a cam track formed in the surface of the cam disk.
  • the cam track on the rotatable cam is configured to cause an immediate change of direction in the movement of the cable guide when the cable guide arrives at one of the ends of the cable reeling drum.
  • the CH 325 762 A has a device for actuating a blind, which comprises a plurality of pull cords that hold the blind at its base and allow it to regulate its propagation.
  • This venetian blind actuator comprises a plurality of pull cords which hold the blind at its base and allow it to regulate its propagation, comprising separate take-up reels for each drawstring, and means for simultaneously driving these different reels and which reels are of identical shape and on one common shaft are arranged.
  • the winding roll has divided by cutting discs sections on the winding core, so that the pull cords are kept separate from each other for all revolutions of the roll.
  • EP 0 162 025 A discloses an operating mechanism for a folding door which has a flexible plate which can be raised by means of operating cables which run downwards on the plate and are fastened to its lower edge.
  • An upper cross member which can be fixed to a wall or a ceiling, carries the plate and the actuating cables run over rollers which are arranged in this cross member, and are rolled up on a drum, which is rotationally rigidly connected to a toothed roller, into which a Endless chain engages.
  • This sprocket and the drum are rotatably mounted in a housing which can be attached to the upper cross member and with means for blocking the movement of the chain in the direction the lowering of the store plate is provided.
  • the winding roll is provided with grooves, which can each accommodate one of the pull cords and thus keep them separately from each other.
  • the disadvantage of this is that the furrows are filled after one revolution of the role of the drawstrings and therefore lose their ordering effect for subsequent revolutions of the winding roll.
  • EP 0 355 244 A relates to a device for raising and lowering package blinds and folding blinds provided with means for neatly winding up the store driving ropes, comprising a drive rod rotated by drive means with which torsionally rigid and axially slidably connected at least one externally threaded sleeve which engages a nut formed in a solid support post to axially displace the sleeve when the rod is rotated.
  • the invention has for its object to ensure at a winding roll of the type mentioned that the drawstrings to be wound are wound without interference and evenly and orderly distributed over the winding core trouble-free. Furthermore, the winding roll should be used universally with various embodiments of a Roman blind and allow easy removal and attachment of the drawstrings.
  • the winding roll in a known manner a fixed housing and a rotatably mounted therein winding core for receiving at least one drawstring on. It is characterized in that an axially movable thread guide member is arranged on the winding roll, through which the drawstring to be wound is guided on the winding core and its axial position depends on the angular position of the winding core, wherein the winding roll includes an eccentric, the coaxial rotatable is mounted to the winding core and which has a coaxial with the winding cylinder arranged cylindrical surface in which an inclined to the axis of the winding core circumferential guide groove is arranged and wherein the thread guide member for the purpose of axial positional displacement engages with a pin in the guide groove.
  • a step transmission is provided, which converts the continuous rotational movement of the winding core into a stepped linear movement of the thread guide member.
  • the conversion of the rotational movement of the winding core into an axial displacement movement of the thread guide member is preferably carried out with the aid of an eccentric disc.
  • This is coaxial rotatably mounted to the winding core and has a coaxial with the winding core arranged cylindrical surface.
  • In the Cylinder surface is arranged an inclined to the axis of the winding core circumferential guide groove, wherein the thread guide member engages for the purpose of axial positional displacement with a pin in the guide groove.
  • the eccentric disk can be rotated with the winding core.
  • the cylindrical surface rotates, whereby in turn the pin of the thread guide member is axially displaced by the guide groove in the cylindrical surface, since the guide groove is inclined relative to the axis of the winding core.
  • the axial course of the guide thus determines the "program", after which the thread guide member moves axially.
  • the guide groove extends in a (inclined to the axis of the winding core) plane, so that during a full rotation of the eccentric disc, the thread guide member performs a complete back and forth movement along an axial trajectory.
  • other programs are conceivable in which the thread guide member runs back and forth several times during a full rotation of the eccentric disc.
  • a step transmission which converts the continuous rotational movement of the winding core into a stepped linear movement of the thread guide member. That is, the rotation of the winding core is not constantly, but only in phases transmitted to the thread guide member and leads to its axial displacement.
  • a stepping operation has the advantage that a movement period (back and forth) of the thread guide member is not necessarily completed after one movement period (full rotation) of the winding core. The axial movement can therefore be slower in this sense than the rotation of the winding core. This leads to a better position and distribution of the drawstring or the drawstrings on the winding core.
  • the indexing gear is preferably designed so that during a first rotation angle interval of preferably 60 °, the eccentric disc is taken from the rotation of the winding core while it stops for the remainder of the full rotation of the winding core. This means that six complete revolutions of the winding core are required to rotate the eccentric disk once by a total of 360 °. If the guide groove on the eccentric disc as explained above lies in one plane, one complete revolution of the eccentric disc corresponds to a complete axial movement period of the thread guide member.
  • a back and forth movement of the thread guide member thus requires six full turns of the winding core, or in other words, per full revolution of the winding core, the yarn guide member moves to one sixth of its total path (round trip) or one third of its axial amplitude of motion (back and forth).
  • the driver element which is preferably an axially movable pin, thus provides for the phase-wise coupling of the eccentric disc to the winding core.
  • the eccentric disc thus makes the rotational movement of the winding core, while it remains outside of the coupling phases.
  • the number and duration of the coupling phases is determined in a simple manner by the design of the guide surface on the housing, d. H. by the number and angular extent of the offset (s) in this area.
  • An offset is to be understood as meaning an axial projection or recess, depending on which direction the driver element has to be moved in order to engage the engagement position. If the angular extent ⁇ of the offset is an integer fraction of 360 °, z. B.
  • the eccentric disc has at least one recess into which the driver element can engage in the engaged position.
  • the engagement of the driver element in a recess ensures a secure coupling of eccentric disc and winding core, so that it can not come as a friction coupling to slippage between these elements.
  • the eccentric disc a plurality, preferably six, arranged at equal angular intervals around the axis recesses for the engagement of the driver element.
  • the invention further relates to a Venetian blind, a pleated blind, a blind, a Venetian blind or other, to be operated by drawstrings window decoration, consisting of a curtain and a number of drawstrings, which are attached to one end of the curtain and extend to a winding roll, the window decoration characterized in that the winding roll is configured in the manner described above according to the invention.
  • the proper and tangle-free winding is especially important in the drawstrings of a window decoration, since the winding roll is usually inaccessible to the user and thus this can not observe or influence the winding process. It is therefore important that nevertheless a proper and trouble-free winding is guaranteed.
  • FIG. 10 shows the exemplary use of the winding roll 100 according to the invention on a Roman blind 90 of a window decoration.
  • Several drawstrings 91 extend vertically over the height of the curtain, are redirected horizontally at the top curtain edge and wound together on a laterally mounted winding roll 100.
  • By winding the drawstrings on the winding roll they are shortened and therefore pull up the curtain by pulling it together.
  • the rotation of the winding roll via an endlessly circulating and accessible to the user pull chain 92nd
  • the winding roll 100 ensures such trouble-free operation by their particular configuration with a yarn guide member 60.
  • the structure of the essential parts of the winding roll is shown in an exploded view in Fig. 9, wherein the individual components shown in FIGS. 1 to 8 in different views separately are.
  • the winding roll initially comprises a housing 10. This is shown in Fig. 1 in the view from the back, in section along the central axis, in the view from the front and in the view from above. Evident is a cylindrical bearing 13, in which the rotatable elements of the winding roll are received and whose axis coincides with the axis of rotation of the winding core. Further, at the top of hole guides 11 can be seen, through which the strings are passed from the side to the winding core. Furthermore, the housing 10 includes two opposing grooves 12 in which the yarn guide member 60 can be axially displaceable (i.e., parallel to the axis of rotation of the winding core 30).
  • the eccentric disc 20 On the outside of the cylindrical bearing 13, the eccentric disc 20 is arranged coaxially and rotatably.
  • the eccentric disc 20 is shown in Fig. 2 in the view of vome, in section and in side view.
  • the structure with a disk body which in the middle has a circular hole 22 through which the bearing 13 can be performed.
  • six equidistant recesses 21 in which the pin 60 can engage extend on the edge of the hole 22 in the radial direction.
  • a cylindrical coaxial surface 23 From the cut and the Side view of the eccentric disc 20 is a cylindrical coaxial surface 23 can be seen, which is cut off obliquely with respect to the axis of the eccentric disc.
  • the pin 63 of the thread guide member 60 engage, whereby the latter is displaced in the axial direction upon rotation of the eccentric disc 20. The extent and the sequence of this displacement is determined by the surface 23 and the course of the guide groove 24.
  • the actual winding core 30 which is shown in Fig. 3 in a view from the front, in section and in a view from behind. It consists of a cylindrical bearing surface 31 on which the cord material comes to rest. To the sides, this bearing surface 31 is closed by cheeks, which prevent slipping of the string. With the core 32, the winding core extends through the hole 22 of the eccentric disk 20 into the cylindrical bearing 13 on the housing 10. Of importance is the recess 33 which is arranged parallel to the axis of the winding core 30 on the inner wall of the bearing surface 31.
  • the pin 70 is supported so that it can move axially in the recess 33 back and forth. Due to the spring 71 of the pin 70 tends to be pushed out of the recess 33.
  • the sprocket 40 is arranged on the axis, which is shown in Fig. 4 in the view from behind and in section.
  • the pull chain 92 is guided, with which a user can put the winding roll or the winding core in rotation.
  • the sprocket 40 is coupled to the winding core so that its rotation is transmitted to it.
  • the invention essential thread guide member 60 is shown in Fig. 6 in the view from above, from the side and in section. About the side guide rails 62, it engages in the grooves 12 on the housing 10 and is mounted so axially displaceable. In this arrangement, a protruding from the thread guide member pin 63 down and thus can be brought into engagement with the guide groove 24 on the eccentric disc 20. The thread guide member then follows in the axial direction of the position of the guide groove 24. Furthermore, the thread guide member has a thread opening 61, through which the strings to be wound are guided. Due to the axial displacement of the thread guide member 60, the thread opening 61 and thus the cord is displaced axially, which leads to the desired uniform winding.
  • the eccentric disk 20 could be firmly and permanently coupled to the winding core 30 or the sprocket 40, so that they would constantly participate in their rotation.
  • the coupling is preferably carried out via a step transmission.
  • the rotations and displacements are decoupled in their period and it is particularly not necessary that each full revolution of the winding core automatically causes a complete reciprocating motion of the thread guide member 60.
  • the indexing gear is essentially realized by the pin 70, which can engage in the recesses 21 on the eccentric disc 20.
  • the pin 70 slides on the guide surface 15, which is formed by the end face of the bearing 13 on the housing 10.
  • the pin 70 is "normally” pressed so deep into the bearing 33 on the winding core 30 that its free end does not protrude to the recesses 21 on the eccentric disc 20.
  • the pin 70 For the length of the offset 14 of the pin thus couples the winding core 30 with the eccentric disc 20, so that the latter is taken over 60 ° of full rotation. Thereafter, the pin 70 is pushed by the "normal" guide surface 15 back to its rest position in which he is not engaged with a recess 21. The eccentric disc 20 therefore does not participate in the further rotation. It is only pushed by 60 ° per full revolution of the winding core, whereby the yarn guide member 60 can cover a third of its axial amplitude of movement. After the full rotation of the pin 70 reaches the offset 14 again and engages in the next recess 21 on the eccentric disc 20 in order to turn them by a further 60 °, etc.
  • a Roman shade is shown.
  • This consists of the actual curtain 110, which is preferably removably attached to a support rail 113.
  • the curtain 110 is gathered by five pull cords 112. These run from the lower edge of the curtain, where they are fixed, vertically to the upper edge below the support rail 113. They are guided in guide eyelets 111.
  • the pull cords are deflected in the horizontal direction and directed to a winding roll 100 'according to the invention. On this they can be wound up, whereby the lower edge of the curtain 110 pulled upwards, d. H. is gathered.
  • a pull on the control chain (arrows) therefore causes the winding roll to rotate so that the pull cords 112 are wound up or unwound.
  • a suitable brake is also integrated, which prevents the winding roll from unrolling under the load of the curtain.
