Claims (6)
- Dispositif de production de vibrations pour un moule destiné à la fabrication de corps moulés en béton, qui est déposé sur un châssis ou sur une table vibrante et qui est rempli de béton coulant, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de production de vibrations se compose d'au moins un générateur de vibrations piézoélectrique avec un piézoélément, qui est disposé de façon vibrante dans un boîtier du générateur de vibrations, en ce que le piézoélément (11) est en relation d'entraînement avec une masse non équilibrée, qui est montée de façon librement vibrante dans le boîtier (10) du générateur de vibrations (9), et en ce que le boîtier (10) est attaché fixement au moule (3) ou à la table vibrante.
- Dispositif de production de vibrations selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la masse non équilibrée est un piston (14), qui est monté dans un cylindre (15) du boîtier (10) et qui peut être animé d'un mouvement alternatif.
- Dispositif de production de vibrations selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu dans le cylindre (15), au moins sur le côté du piston (14) situé en face du piézoélément (11), un clapet anti-retour (18) qui s'ouvre dans le sens de traction (13) d'un système de ressort (12) du piézoélément (11) et qui se ferme dans le sens de compression (13') dans la position finale du piston (14).
- Dispositif de production de vibrations selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le clapet anti-retour (18) est disposé dans un couvercle (17) fermant le cylindre (15) et le boîtier (10).
- Dispositif de production de vibrations selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un générateur de vibrations (9) avec une direction de vibration verticale et/ou horizontale (direction de flèche 13, 13') est fixé de façon interchangeable sur un ou plusieurs côtés du moule (3).
- Dispositif de production de vibrations selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les générateurs de vibrations (9) sont intégrés dans le moule (3).
