Claims (16)
- Luftbefeuchter, umfassend einen Membrankontaktor, wobei der Membrankontaktor (1) einen hydrophilen, porösen Körper (3) und mindestens eine in den hydrophilen, porösen Körper (3) eingebettete mikroporöse Rohrmembran (5), die durchlässig für Wasser, jedoch undurchlässig für Mikroorganismen und hochmolekulare Bestandteile ist, aufweist.
- Luftbefeuchter nach Anspruch 1, wobei der hydrophile, poröse Körper (3) aus keramischem Material besteht oder dieses in wesentlichen Teilen enthält.
- Luftbefeuchter nach Anspruch 1, wobei der hydrophile, poröse Körper (3) aus einem Polymer besteht oder dieses in wesentlichen Teilen enthält.
- Luftbefeuchter nach Anspruch 1, wobei der hydrophile, poröse Körper (3) aus Gewebe oder gewebeähnlichen Strukturen, vorzugsweise aus porösem Fadenmaterial, mit hydrophiler Oberfläche besteht oder dieses in wesentlichen Teilen enthält.
- Luftbefeuchter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Poren (7) des hydrophilen porösen Körpers (3) einen Durchmesser von <5 mm aufweisen.
- Luftbefeuchter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Rohrmembran (5) aus keramischem oder polymeren Material besteht oder dieses in wesentlichen Teilen enthält.
- Luftbefeuchter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Rohrmembran (5) eine Mikrofiltrationshohlfaser oder tubuläre Mikrofiltrationsmembran ist.
- Luftbefeuchter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Poren der Rohrmembran (5) einen Durchmesser ≤0,2 µm aufweisen.
- Luftbefeuchter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Rohrmembran (5) einen Innendurchmesser von 200 µm bis ca. 16 mm aufweist.
- Luftbefeuchter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der hydrophile, poröse Körper (3) quaderförmig ist.
- Luftbefeuchter nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Anströmfläche (15) des Quaders größer als jede seiner Seitenflächen (19) ist.
- Luftbefeuchter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die mindestens eine Rohrmembran (5) mäanderförmig in dem hydrophilen porösen Körper (3) angeordnet ist.
- Luftbefeuchter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Längsachse der mindestens einen Rohrmembran (5) in einer Ebene parallel zur Anströmfläche (15) des Körpers (3) liegen.
- Verfahren zur keimfreien Befeuchtung von Luft, wobei Wasser in die mindestens eine mikroporöse, wasserdurchlässige, für Mikroorganismen und hochmolekulare Bestandteile undurchlässige Rohrmembran eines Luftbefeuchters nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche geführt, von dort in den hydrophilen, porösen Körper gelangt, dort verteilt und von einem durch den hydrophilen porösen Körper geleiteten Luftstrom aufgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, wobei das Wasser durch Poren der Rohrmembran (5) mit einem Durchmesser <0,2 µm in den hydrophilen, porösen Körper gelangt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, wobei der Luftstrom senkrecht zur Längsachse der Rohrmembran in den hydrophilen, porösen Körper eingeleitet wird.
