Claims (9)
- Mélangeur-pétrisseur destiné à réaliser des processus mécaniques, chimiques et/ou thermiques, avec au moins deux arbres rotatifs de manière parallèle à l'axe (5, 6) dans un boîtier avec une paroi intérieure (31), sur les axes (5, 6) se trouvant sur un élément de support (22, 24, 25, 34, 36), dans le sens de rotation et dans le sens de l'axe des arbres (5, 6), des barres de pétrissage (23-23.6) successives s'étendant le long de la paroi intérieure (31) du boîtier et en direction des arbres (5, 6) ou de manière inclinée par rapport à ces derniers, les trajets des barres de pétrissage (23-23-6) ou de l'élément de support (22, 24, 25, 34, 36) sur les deux arbres (5, 6) se recouvrant au moins partiellement et les barres de pétrissage (23-23.6) sur l'un des arbres (5 ou 6) s'engageant, lors de la rotation, entre les éléments de support (22, 24, 25, 34, 36) sur l'autre axe (6 ou 5),
caractérisé par le fait
que l'au moins une barre de pétrissage (23.3, 23.5) sur l'un des arbres (5/6) vient en prise avec une extrémité (30, 30.1) dans le plan (E) d'éléments de support (24, 25, 35) sur l'autre arbre (6/5), au moins un élément de support (24/25, 35) formant, au moins à l'endroit du trajet de cette au moins une barre de pétrissage (23.3, 23.5), un évidement (26, 26.1). - Mélangeur-pétrisseur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de support est un fût sur lequel se trouve, en forme de T, une barre de pétrissage et que le fût, à l'endroit du trajet de la barre de pétrissage de l'autre arbre engrenant en forme de peigne avec cette dernière, un décrochement.
- Mélangeur-pétrisseur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de support des barres de pétrissage (23, 23.3, 23.4) est un disque (24/25) qui présente, à l'endroit du trajet de la barre de pétrissage (23.3) de l'autre arbre (5/6) engrenant en forme de peigne avec cette dernière, un décrochement (26).
- Mélangeur-pétrisseur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que le disque est divisé en deux et séparé par l'évidement (26).
- Mélangeur-pétrisseur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait qu'un petit élément de disque (25) est connecté à l'axe (5/6) par l'intermédiaire d'un chanteau (29) coudé.
- Mélangeur-pétrisseur selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé par le fait qu'un grand élément de disque (24) est entaillé en arc de cercle en formant un arc de cercle (27) de grand rayon.
- Mélangeur-pétrisseur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que deux disques (34, 35) sont superposés, au moins un disque (34) venant en recouvrement avec l'autre pour former l'évidement.
- Mélangeur-pétrisseur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que deux disques (34, 35) se recouvrent mutuellement.
- Mélangeur-pétrisseur selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé par le fait que le disque (35) est entaillé en arc de cercle en formant un arc de cercle (27) de grand rayon.
