Alternatively or additionally, cleaning the Water supply line carried out by means of increased pressure become. Generates the subsequent repetition of the Splicing process again a defective splice connection 24, it is concluded that there is an error that cannot be corrected automatically, the winding unit is stopped and an interference signal is generated and displayed.
- the disruption can also be caused, for example, by this caused that the water supply of the Splicer 7 is exhausted because the filling of the Water supply is disabled or interrupted.
- the cleaner 8 has an optical sensor 27. This considerably increases the possibilities of the measurement and increases the reliability of the measurement results and the evaluations by comparing the measured values. If the cleaner 8 also takes measurements on the thread 1 outside the area of the splice connections 24, data about the entire bobbin travel can thus be recorded, statistically evaluated and the results can be displayed via a monitoring system. The value corresponding to the measured value D M 31 for the detected mass of the thread 1 outside the area of the splice connections 24 is shown in dashed lines in FIGS. 2 to 4 as the average value.
Description
The invention relates to an automatic winding unit Winding machine, which is a splicing device for connecting the Has thread ends after a thread break, and at Liquid, especially water, in the splice connection is introduced.
With compressed air thread splicers, two or optionally several thread ends connected to each other, whereby the thread ends loosened and the loosened staple fibers both thread ends by means of one or more blasts of compressed air can be spliced together. By mutual Confusing, snagging, swirling and winding around the fibers of the A tension-resistant connection is created at the thread ends. With especially thin threads or threads with a special fiber structure is sufficient the fibers may not adhere to one another. To improve the connection process, durability or the appearance of the splice is determined from Staple fibers, for example flax fibers, existing threads of Splice air added a metered amount of liquid and a so-called wet splice generated. Wet splices are excepted at Flax yarn is also used for yarn made from other vegetable crops Natural fibers such as cotton threads or denim yarns are used.
In a known from DE 33 37 895 C2 Thread splicing device enriches, for example Injection device when splicing the splice air with water on. A small amount of liquid must be dosed precisely, atomized and together with the dosed splice air be fed to the splice chamber.
A preferred application for splicing devices are for example winding units of winding machines, as in the DE 196 50 879 A1 are disclosed.
In einer weiteren Ausführungsform einer Naßspleißeinrichtung,
wie sie die DE 33 23 892 C2 zeigt, mündet eine
Befeuchtungsleitung in die zur Spleißkammer führende
Druckluftleitung. Dabei wird die Feuchtigkeitsmenge dosiert in
Abhängigkeit von der Zeitdauer des Druckluftstoßes eingebracht. In a further embodiment of a wet splicer,
as shown in
The introduction of new yarn technologies, especially in the area of compact spinning increases the requirements Wet splicers significantly compared to the Requirements, such as the connection technology for yarns for the linen production will be provided.
The degree of general pollution also plays a role
Winding point due to moisture released by the wet splice during
of the winding process an increasingly important role. It is therefore
desirable to be able to keep the amount of splice water small. The
Amount of water can be controlled using facilities and procedures such as these
for example in the already mentioned
With every reduction of the set dose of the amount of water however, the certainty that the splice connection also decreases sufficient water for the required strength of the Wet splice and thus the yarn. Used for dosing selected a quantity of water which, as usual, is significantly higher than the required for sufficient yarn strength Amount of water is a hindrance when introducing the Water, for example due to contamination of the supply line, below the target amount of splice water cause. Even so, there will still be enough moisture in the splice connection introduced to the required To achieve firmness of the yarn. Would the dose be in the Splice connection introduced target amount of splice water so strong reduces the moisture of the splice joint straight is still sufficient to produce the required strength, is already due to a slight disability in the supply of the Water, which markedly reduces the moisture content the splice connection that actually does amount of water applied is no longer sufficient. The Strength of the splice connection and thus the durability of the In this case, yarn would be insufficient. this leads to Thread breaks, disruptions in other processes or too Reduced quality of the finished yarn. To address these drawbacks avoid the dose of the applied Amount of moisture according to the known methods and Devices are kept relatively small, but it is off Security reasons so generously dimensioned that they for one sufficient strength of the wet splice required Moisture level exceeds significantly. Exhaustion still available scope for reductions of the to be applied The amount of moisture comes from the aforementioned Security concerns are not.
The object of the invention is to overcome the aforementioned disadvantages mitigate or eliminate and adequate moisture-dependent strength of splice connections too when reducing the amount of moisture to be applied to secure.
This task is performed by a winding unit with the characteristics of
Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are Subject of the subclaims.
When operating a wet splicer with subordinate Yarn cleaner is using a capacitive sensor, as it is known for example from US 3106762, that even the smallest amounts of moisture Wet splice connections that are in the field of capacitive Place sensor, to significant falsifications of the Result in yarn cleaning. The same applies to the Use of combined capacitive / optical sensors, such as they are known for example from EP 0 401 600 A2. Remains if there is a drop of water on a sensor, Incorrect measurements or the sensor or the measuring head can be mismatched. Then a Yarn number alarm occurs when the drop dries. This disrupts production and yarn quality monitoring. Even though the amount of moisture in a wet splice is relatively small is held, the capacitive measured values of the Fadens significantly by this amount of moisture introduced and would make continuous quality control disadvantageous influence or falsify. The result is that at winding units with wet splicers usually only optical sensors are used. The use of only optical sensors in cleaners, however, limit this Measurement options and thus the number of measurable yarn parameters as well as the safety of the measurement results as passed through simultaneous evaluation of capacitive and optical measurements is achievable, considerably.
The invention overcomes both the prejudice that capacitive Sensors on threads with moistened splice connections should be avoided, as should the prejudice that the Striving for the smallest possible amount of water inevitably Losses in securing the yarn quality leads.
According to the invention is downstream in the winding unit Splicing device arranged a capacitive sensor with which a change in the dielectric when passing the moistened splice connection is detectable. The sensor is coupled to an evaluation unit that falls below a predefinable threshold value of the change a signal generated. The generated signal preferably serves as Error signal. A display device can advantageously be used Error message is displayed. In a preferred embodiment a cleaner is arranged in the thread path, and the generated Signal triggers a cleaner cut. With such a Training of the winding unit can be inadequate Splice connection eliminated and by a flawless Splice connection to be replaced.
In this way, splice connections that are not or not are sufficiently moistened, reliably recognized. The Risk of contamination of components of the winding unit and the Splicing fluid consumption is reduced by reducing the applied dose of the amount of liquid lowered. The Influencing or falsifying measured values or the ongoing quality monitoring based on soiled sensors can be avoided.
Is a data storage for storing the generated signals are present and the signals generated for monitoring the Functionality of the splicer can be used in addition to correcting quality defects caused by not adequately moistened splice connections also a deficiency in the function of the splicer recognized and corrected. Criteria for failure of the splicer to determine and saved. There are the generated signals with the criteria compared and a fault signal if the criteria are met generated.
Means for cleaning components are advantageous Splicing device available, and if there is one Malfunction signal is a component cleaning and a subsequent repetition of the splice connection activated. With switching off the winding unit when there is a Fault signal, the generation of more faulty Avoided splice connections.
In a preferred embodiment, the dielectric is used for Pass the splice connection only in the area of the Splice connection detects and does not go into one continuous mass determination of the thread. In this way incorrect evaluations, especially regarding the Avoid mass of thread. Preferably in addition to capacitive sensor an optical sensor available. The capacitive sensor also takes advantage outside of the Area of the splice connections measurements on the thread.
With the use of an optical sensor in addition to capacitive sensor is the determination of the density of the thread and thus further yarn parameters can be carried out. In a combination of optical sensor and capacitive sensor, a sensor can run sole continuous thread check if the other Sensor is temporarily used for other purposes.
Thus the possible uses of the measuring device, the Number of measurable yarn parameters and the safety of the Measurements increased significantly. Another backup of the Yarn quality is advantageously used for recording statistical data on the overall spool quality as well as a Monitoring system for displaying the results.
General contamination of the sensors or the winding unit due to moisture released by the splice connection can be avoided if the inserted into the splice connection Amount of liquid below 0.15 ml, in particular below 0.1 ml, lies. The threshold is smaller than the target quantity. The The difference between the target quantity and the threshold value must be at least that for sufficient strength of the splice connection correspond to the required amount of water.
The invention allows in a simple manner, which is characterized by a Reduction in the number of spliced joints Benefits of a small amount of moisture Amount of moisture or the reduction of disadvantages due to too much moisture in the To use splice connections without endangering safety, sufficient durability of the thread and a desired one To achieve yarn quality.

Auswerteeinrichtung 12 integriert.

The evaluation can alternatively also be carried out in such a way that the
vorgegebenen Schwellwert DSW 32 unterschreitet.
At the same time or alternatively, is generated due to the
Signals via the
Falling below the threshold of the change can do one thing the criteria for inoperability. On another criterion can be met by exceeding another Threshold must be determined. In this case, the amount of water too large, and there is an increased risk of contamination Wetting components of the winding unit, in particular of Measuring heads, and subsequent dust binding by the at the Moisture adhering to the surface.
At the same time, due to the signal generated, this too
Case via the
The disruption can also be caused, for example, by this
caused that the water supply of the
In addition to the
The invention is of course not on the illustrated embodiments limited. Further additional or alternative versions within the scope of Invention is possible.
