Claims (10)

  1. Palette (1) ayant un plateau (2) de fond et des pieds (3 à 10) en métal en tant que bâti inférieur pour des cuves-palettes de transport et de stockage de liquides, comprenant une cuve intérieure en matière plastique sur le plateau de fond de la palette, ainsi qu'une enveloppe extérieure en un treillis ou en une matière en tôle fixée au plateau de fond, le plateau (2) de fond constitué en n'étant pas soutenu et les pieds (3 à 10) de la palette (1) étant fabriqués d'un seul tenant dans une platine (12) de tôles servant de matière première par un procédé de déformation, à savoir par emboutissage profond et/ou à la presse ou par hydroformage, caractérisée en ce que le plateau (2, 23) de fond a des pieds (3 à 10, 3a à 10a) de sommet et médians ouverts, partiellement fermés ou entièrement fermés et la platine (12) de tôles, pour la fabrication d'un seul tenant du plateau (2, 23) de fond et des pieds (3 à 10, 3a à 10a), a des parties (27 à 29) de platine adaptées aux diverses zones de charge du plateau (2, 23) de fond et ayant des épaisseurs de tôle différentes et/ou une composition différente de matières pour obtenir des valeurs de résistance différentes.
  2. Palette suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée par un renfort (19) de type à support en pont du plateau (2) de fond, renfort qui est formé par des nervures (20) de renfort parallèles formées dans le plateau (2) de fond et s'étendant de la partie (21) médiane d'un grand ou d'un petit côté (2a) du plateau (2) de fond à la partie (22) médiane du grand ou du petit côté (2b) opposé du plateau (2) de fond en passant par la partie (13) centrale du plateau.
  3. Palette suivant les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que les pieds (3a à 6a, 7a à 10a) de sommet et médians, ouverts et partiellement fermés, sont habillés de tôles (24 à 26) de recouvrement.
  4. Palette suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la platine (30) de tôles de fabrication du plateau (2, 23) de fond est soudée à des pieds (3 à 10, 3a à 10a) en tôles (31 à 33) d'épaisseurs différentes en correspondance avec les zones de charge différentes du plateau (2, 23) de fond.
  5. Palette suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le plateau (2, 23) et les pieds (3 à 10, 3a à 10a) sont fabriqués en une platine (34) de tôles ayant des nervures (20) de renfort préprofilées.
  6. Palette suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la platine (35) de tôles pour la fabrication d'un seul tenant du plateau (2, 23) de fond et des pieds (3à 10, 3a à 10a) est composée par soudage d'une tôle (36) ayant des nervures (20) de renfort préprofilées et d'au moins deux autres tôles (35, 36) plates.
  7. Palette suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée par un plateau (2, 23) de fond voûté vers le haut.
  8. Palette suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que ces palettes (1) peuvent être empilées plusieurs fois les unes sur les autres.
  9. Palette suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée par un cadre (11) de fond en métal ou en matière plastique qui est fixé aux pieds (3 à 10) du plateau (2) de fond.
  10. Palette suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée par un patin (38) en métal, en matière plastique ou en bois monté sur les pieds (3 à 10) du plateau (2) de fond.
