Definitions
- the present invention relates to a label for identification of objects, particularly by punching has generated predetermined breaking points that are undamaged pulling off the label from one labeled with the label Prevent object.
- Such labels are known and are used on a large scale For example, to label sales products used in department stores or supermarkets for price labeling.
- the known labels have predetermined tear points, to prevent the label from being peeled off intact and be stuck on another product can.
- the predetermined tear points are generally by stamping the film forming the label, the punch is, for example, wavy and itself often from one long side to the opposite long side of the label extends.
- the punching does not have to be continuous and does not have to run to the edge of the film.
- the punching generally runs across the film, i.e. the film layer is severed across its entire thickness and is only in the applied state by the adhesive layer underneath held together.
- peeling off the label breaks into two or - depending on Number of die cuts - multiple parts. To restore However, with a little patience, these parts of the label can placed next to each other again.
- a label with the features of claim 1 proposed. So it's a printable Surface of the label is flat so that a perfect printing of the label even with precise Print templates, such as fine, narrow bar codes and the like.
- the previously known Labels are not suitable because of their surface pressed in by the punch along the punched edges is so that the label can be printed without impairment the printed image is hardly possible.
- smooth or flat formation of the surface of the Remedial action is taken here without having to refer to the Tear points should be dispensed with.
- the printable Surface of the label designed such that the predetermined tear points for a viewer of the applied label are not or almost invisible, which means that one visual impairment due to the visibility of the die cuts is excluded.
- the label has a multilayer structure, the one first layer of one with predetermined tear points, in particular Die cuts, provided tear-resistant film and an over the second layer of the first layer has continuous destructible material.
- tearproof Foil is a film, as is usually the case used for the production of generic labels is, in particular made of polyester or the like.
- the punchings When pulling off, the punchings form the lower ones Foil the predetermined tear points for when pulling off the entire label fiber tearing apart material of the second Layer, so that when removing the label a defined Destruction of the label is achieved, however a reassembly due to the fiber torn apart Excludes material of the second layer.
- the figure shows a label 10 according to the invention in cross section, that on a carrier material 12, in particular silicone paper, is applied, from which it is to be applied easily removed an object to be labeled can be.
- a carrier material 12 in particular silicone paper
- the label 10 has a multilayer Structure with a first layer of a tear-resistant Foil 14, on the underside of which an adhesive layer 16 is applied, and a second layer of a destructible Material 18 by means of one on its underside applied adhesive layer 20 on the tear-resistant film 14 is attached. After removing the label 10 from the Backing material 12 is the label 10 by means of the below the tear-resistant film 14 located adhesive layer 16 glued an object to be marked.
- the tear-resistant film 14 forming the first layer has over a plurality of themselves over the entire height of the film extending punchings that form predetermined tear points 22. As already explained at the beginning, such die cuts are known in labels and are used to prevent undamaged peeling the label from one labeled with the label Prevent object.
- the label 10 with the described structure according to the invention has 18 due to the destructible material second layer (hereinafter referred to as destructible film 18) over a continuous smooth surface 26, the even with fine print patterns, such as narrow ones Bar codes and the like without degrading quality is printable.
- the first layer and would be provided with punchings 22 tear-resistant film 14 not suitable for this alone, since along the edges 24 of the punchings 22 the surface of the film 14 wedge-like is depressed and thus impaired quality when printing are the result.
- the label 10 according to the invention is one with the label 10 marked object deducted again, so the lower adhesive layer 16 together with a part the tear-resistant film 14 detached from the surface.
- the tearproof Foil 14 comes off until the first die cut.
- With the tear-resistant film 14 is also over the adhesive layer 20 high adhesive force connected to the tear-resistant film 14 destructible film 18 raised.
- the destructible film 18 in the area above the respective Punched with a force that affects the inner Cohesion of the film exceeds, which tears it becomes. Due to the internal structure of the destructible Foil 18 does not tear it in two with a smooth tear Parts, but frayed or shattered, causing irregular Edges emerge that reassemble prevent the label. Because of the die cuts defined number of predetermined tear points tears the destructible Slide 18 does not come in an unpredictable number of times small and large parts, but when pulling the Defined label 10 destroyed.
- the label according to the invention thus offers the advantage of a smooth or flat and therefore easily printable surface, on the also very fine and precise print samples without impairing quality can be printed, and that is removed in a defined manner during removal, whereby reassembly of the label is excluded.
- the label according to the invention is particularly suitable for identification of electronic devices, supplier components, Spare parts and the like.
