Claims (3)
- Motorstaubremseinrichtung, bestehend aus einer intern einer Brennkraftmaschine vorhandenen Motorbremsvorrichtung, einer extern der Brennkraftmaschine in einer Abgasleitung (1) angeordneten Motorbremsklappe (2), einem Stellmotor (4) für die Motorbremsklappe (2) mit zugeordnetem Leistungsteil (7), das seine Befehle von einer Steuereinheit (8) erhält, die wiederum Abgas- und Motorbetriebswerte zugeführt bekommt, wie den Abgasdruck von einem diesen in der Abgasleitung (1) strömungsmäßig vor der Motorbremsklappe (2) erfassenden Drucksensor (9), die Abgastemperatur von einem diese in der Abgasleitung (1) strömungsmäßig vor der Motorbremsklappe (2) erfassenden Temperatursensor (10), die Drehzahl (nM) der Brennkraftmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messsignale des Drucksensors (9) und/oder des Temperatursensors (10), gegebenenfalls auch die Drehzahlsignale (nM) der Brennkraftmaschine, über die Steuereinheit (8) einer elektronischen Reglereinheit (13) zugeführt werden, die den Betrieb der Steuereinheit (8) und der Brennkraftmaschine anhand eingespeicherter Kennfelder und Betriebsdaten regelt, und dass ein Bremsvorrichtungsmodul (15) vorgesehen ist, der als Basiselement einen Abgasleitungsrohrabschnitt (16) aufweist, der mit endseitigen Flanschen (17, 18) in einen entsprechenden Freiraum der Abgasleitung (1) eingebaut ist, in welchem Abgasleitungsrohrabschnitt (16) die Motorbremsklappe (2) eingebaut und mit ihrer Achse (3) schwenkbar gelagert ist, und an welchem Abgasleitungsrohrabschnitt (16) außen der Stellmotor (4) für die Motorbremsklappe (2), das zugehörige Leistungsteil (7; 7', 7"), die zugehörige Steuereinheit (8) sowie der Drucksensor (9) und/oder Temperatursensor (10) angebaut sind.
- Motorstaubremsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äußeren Teile (7', 7", 8) des Bremsvorrichtungsmoduls (15) gegenüber dem heiße Abgase führenden Abgasleitungsrohrabschnitt (16) durch eine außen an diesem plazierte Wärmedämmschicht (19) gegen Überhitzung geschützt sind.
- Motorstaubremsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bremsvorrichtungsmodul (15) mit all seinen Teilen komplett vormontiert und anschließend in den Freiraum der Abgasleitung (1) eingebaut wird, wobei die mechanische Verbindung mit dort endseitig vorhandenen Flanschen und den moduleigenen Flanschen (17, 18) durch entsprechende Verschraubungen hergestellt wird.
