- coating by means of an immersion process is not just one given very economical manufacturing process, but also a process that a Coating creates the external dimensions and the shape of those to be coated Hair detection elements or carriers hardly influenced significantly.
- the cosmetic substance can also be released by heat and / or by vibration, or they can escape the micropores 30 are accelerated.
- This is usually either cosmetic Substances used that have corresponding physical properties or corresponding additives for mixing according to process step 4 added, for example waxes are added to the cosmetic substance, so that the warm air generated by the hair dryer sweeps along the hair detection elements and liquefies the cosmetic substance or changes the consistency so far, that the cosmetic substance can escape from the openings.
- the applicator hair detection element, or in cosmetic substance stored in the storage structure is activated or regenerated as far as possible be that cosmetic substance from the inner or rear adjacent to the carrier 29 lying sections to the outer surface of the coating or to the openings 30 is transported there and is therefore available for a further application.
- the applicator hair detection elements are given to a facility that initially can basically be constructed similarly to the facility 25.
- the cosmetic Substance adsorbs the moisture, is dissolved and is passed along in the cavity 31 further transported or expanded in it due to the large volume difference dissolved cosmetic substance to solid cosmetic substance.
- the cosmetic Substance swells in the cavities of the storage structure, at least until it does are completely filled out.
- the device for maintaining the ambient humidity or for regeneration the applicator hair detection element after use is designed such that the applicator hair detection elements on their coated surfaces by one Wrapped in a water-absorbent fabric, cloth or fabric Sponge are included to maintain the desired humidity.
- this device can be locked to avoid evaporation.
- the Regeneration lasts until there is an equilibration state between the cosmetic substance and the humidity has set.
- the main substances used for the storage structure are water-insoluble or almost water-insoluble substances in question, preferably in a low-temperature process are curable, e.g. a light or electron irradiation process, so that cosmetic substances can be used that are very are temperature sensitive.
- the substance for the storage structure is advantageous as little as possible brittle and has good adhesive properties on the carrier.
- cosmetic substance comes polyvinylpyrrolidone with a molecular weight of preferably 200,000 or another molecular weight or an almost related one Substance in question.
- Cosmetic substances are further additives or stand-alone substances perfuming substances with a weight fraction of e.g.
- the cosmetic substance is in liquid, solid or gaseous form before activation and after activation preferably in the liquid or gaseous phase.
- the applicator hair grips can be on a hair dryer or another brushing device with different coatings become. This can e.g. by using more than one immersion solution will be realized. It is also possible to immerse the carrier or applicator hair detection elements at different depths in the immersion solution a different lengthwise Layer structure can be implemented in a simple manner. For example, a hair detection element or a carrier entirely in a solution for a perfuming coating and only less deep in other solutions during the subsequent immersion processes immersed so that a coating section exposed for all applications is present, over which no further cosmetic substances are arranged.
- This scented substance is, for example, the warm air of the hair dryer released.
- the proposed combination of applicator hair detection elements is advantageous on a hairdryer always achieves the optimal amount substance is administered to the hair.
- the Storage structure takes the hair from the applicator hair detection element only cosmetic Substance to a certain amount of saturation, depending on the structure, nature and the condition of the hair or from the applicator hair sensing element is specified. It is not washing out an excess of cosmetic substance more needed. Too little substance is never applied to the hair.
- the substance becomes optimal on the head and in the hair (from the base to the tip) accordingly by a Movement distributed.
- the introduction of the cosmetic substance, the styling and the hair drying takes place in one step. A tiring massage or kneading the cosmetic substance by hand is eliminated (at least partially).
- a contact of the cosmetic substance with the hands is largely avoided.
- the application of the cosmetic substance is much easier to handle.
- the cosmetic substance is targeted to the hair or scalp. Is that in the applicator hair detection element stored cosmetic substance consumed, this is simply replaced with a new one. During the application to the hair, the hair becomes dried at the same time and molded at the same time.
