Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Tragsystem aus einem Gitterträger und einem Profilholz nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
Sogenannte Gitterträger werden als Bewehrung für Betonplatten verwendet. Sie ermöglichen die Erstellung von selbsttragenden Tafeln, die als Dach-, Wand- oder Bodenelemente verwendet werden können. Üblicherweise haben die Gitterträger einen innerhalb der Platte durchlaufenden Untergurt und einen außerhalb der Platte verlaufenden Obergurt. Ober- und Untergurt sind über Diagonalstäbe miteinander verbunden. Derartige Gitterträger werden industriell durchgehend gefertigt, wobei die Diagonalstäbe üblicherweise aus einem mäanderartig gewundenen Draht bestehen, der seitlich mit dem Obergurtstab und den Untergurtstäben verschweißt ist.
Etwa bei der Verwendung in selbsttragenden Dachtafeln, wie sie etwa aus EP 0 494 612 A1 bekannt geworden sind, besteht die Notwendigkeit, eine Anbringmöglichkeit für Dachlatten oder dergleichen vorzusehen. Aus DE 298 06 562 U1 ist bekannt geworden, ein den Obergurt unterfassendes Element vorzusehen, das über eine Schraubverbindung mit dem Profilholz verbindbar ist, das zumindest mit einem Ende gegen einen Diagonalstab anliegt. Das Element kann ein aus Metallblech geformtes U-Profil aufweisen, dessen Schenkel mit den Seiten des Profilholzes verschraubt werden. Es ist auch ferner bekannt, das Profilholz an der Unterseite mit einer achsparallelen Ausnehmung oder Nut zu versehen, welche den Obergurtstab einschließlich der oberen Enden der Diagonalstäbe aufnimmt. Wahlweise kann ein aus Metallblech geformtes U-Profil vorgesehen werden, um die Befestigung des Profilholzes am Gitterträger zu bewerkstelligen oder eine aus Holz gefertigte Knagge, die an der Unterseite des Profilholzes durch Schraubbefestigung befestigt wird. Mit Hilfe der Knagge kann ein seitliches Verschieben des Profilholzes relativ zum Gitterträger unterbunden werden.
Aus DE 197 43 846 A1 ist ferner bekannt geworden, den Obergurt aus zwei eng aneinander liegenden Stäben zu bilden, zwischen denen eine durch das Profilholz geführte Befestigungsschraube eingeschraubt wird.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein aus einem Gitterträger und einem Profilholz bestehendes Tragsystem zu schaffen, das auf einfache Weise industriell gefertigt werden kann und unabhängig von der Einsatzart hohe Tragkräfte bereitstellt.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst.
Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Tragsystem ist der Obergurt des Gitterträgers gegenüber den Scheiteln der Bogenabschnitte nach innen zu den Untergurtstäben hin versetzt angeordnet. Die über den Obergurt überstehenden Bogenabschnitte der Diagonalstäbe greifen in entsprechende beabstandet geformte Ausnehmungen des Profilholzes ein, welche die Bogenabschnitte so aufnehmen, daß eine Relativverschiebung im wesentlichen verhindert ist. Mindestens ein Befestigungsstift wird quer durch das Profilholz geführt unterhalb eines Bogenabschnitts, so daß auch in Richtung vom Gitterträger fort eine ausreichende Haltekraft des Profilholzes bereit gestellt ist.
Vorzugsweise sind die Ausnehmungen komplentär zur Außenkontur des Gitterträgers im Bereich der Bogenabschnitte geformt, so daß dieser Abschnitt des Gitterträgers gegen Bewegung gesichert aufgenommen ist. Ein Abheben des Profilholzes wird, wie schon erwähnt, durch den Querstift verhindert, der z. B. von einer Schraube, einem Bolzen, einem Nagel oder dgl. gebildet sein kann.
Vorzugsweise liegt das Profilholz auf dem Obergurt auf, so daß eine Verteilung der Auflagekräfte auf dem Profilholz gleichmäßig über die Länge des Gitterträgers erfolgt.
In maschinentechnischer -Herstellung läßt-sich-sowohl die Gitterträgerkonstruktion als auch die Formgebung des Profilholzes mit hoher Maßgenauigkeit im 1/10 mm Bereich erhalten. Das Profilholz wird über die Diagonalstäbe gestülpt, wobei aufgrund der hohen Paßgenauigkeit ein hohes Maß an Schubaufnahme zwischen Diagonalen und Profilholz erreicht wird.
Der Befestigungsstift vermeidet, daß das Profilholz nach oben abgehoben wird, etwa durch Einwirkung von Windkräften bzw. Sogwirkung bei der Dachkonstruktion. Indem der Befestigungsstift mit der Unterkante des Bogenabschnitts in Anlage gebracht wird, ergibt sich weiterhin auch ein Anpreßdruck zwischen Profilholz und Obergurt.
Bei Verwendung des Gitterträgers für Wandelemente können diese sowohl in horizontaler als auch in vertikaler Anordnung verwendet werden. Bei der Anwendung von abgehängten Deckenkonstruktionen bietet die Befestigung des Profilholzes an dem Gitterträger ein hohes Maß an Standsicherheit der Deckenkonstruktion.
Das erfindungsgemäße Tragsystem kann mit einfachen Mitteln hergestellt werden, insbesondere auf industriellem Weg mit einem hohen Automatisierungsgrad und hoher Qualität.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand von Zeichnungen näher erläutert.

Der Gitterträger nach Fig. 1, von dem nur ein Abschnitt gezeigt ist, besteht aus zwei parallel im Abstand angeordneten Untergurtstäben 10, 12, einem mittig dazu angeordneten Obergurtstab 14 sowie Diagonalstäben 16, 18, wobei die Diagonalstäbe 16, 18 durch einen mäanderförmig gebogenen Draht gebildet sind mit oberen Bogenabschnitten 20 und unteren Bogenabschnitten 22. Die Bogenabschnitte 20 sind jeweils an der zugekehrten Seite des Obergurtes 14 angeschweißt. Die Bogenabschnitte 22 liegen jeweils auf der Innenseite der Untergurtstäbe 10, 12. Derartige Gitterträger werden industriell gefertigt und für die verschiedensten selbsttragenden Tafeln für Dach, Decke oder Wand verwendet.
In den Fig. 2 und 3 ist ein Gitterträger 30 dargestellt, der sich von dem nach Fig. 1 unterscheidet. Soweit übereinstimmende Teile verwendet werden, werden sie auch mit gleichen Bezugszeichen versehen. Man erkennt aus den Fig. 2 und 3, daß der Obergurtstab 32 tiefer liegt als die Bogenabschnitte 20 der Diagonalstäbe 16, 18. Im konkreten Ausführungsbeispiel entspricht der Abstand beispielsweise 1,5 cm.
Oberhalb des Obergurtes 32 ist ein im Querschnitt rechteckiges Profilholz 34 angeordnet. Das Profilholz 34 weist an der Unterseite eine Anzahl von Ausnehmungen auf, die bei 36 gestrichelt gezeichnet sind. Wie aus Fig. 3 zu erkennen, entspricht die Form der Ausnehmung dem Verlauf des Bogenabschnitts 20. Der Abstand der Ausnehmungen 36 entspricht dem Abstand der Bogenabschnitte 20, soweit sie über den Obergurt 32 überstehen. Wie aus Fig. 2 zu erkennen, sind die Ausnehmungen 36 auch an die geneigte Anordnung der Diagonalstäbe 16, 18 angepaßt. Mithin ist der aufgenommene Bereich des Gitterträgers 30 annähernd formschlüssig erfaßt, so daß Bewegungen in der Ebene des Profilholzes 34 nicht möglich sind. Mit der Unterseite liegt das Profilholz 34 auf dem Obergurt 32 auf.
Das Profilholz 34, das auch als Traglatte bezeichnet werden kann, dient zur Anbringung von Latten, beispielsweise Dachlatten für die Eindeckung eines Daches, für die Anbringung einer Innenverkleidung, eines Fußbodens oder dgl.
Quer durch das Profilholz 34 ist ein Nagel 38 geschlagen, der sich unterhalb der Bogenabschnitte 20 erstreckt in Anlage an die untere Kante, so daß auch ein Abheben des Profilholzes 34 verhindert ist.

Claims (4)

  1. Tragsystem aus einem Gitterträger, der zwei parallele den Untergurt bildende Stäbe (10, 12) und einen den Obergurt bildenden Stab (32) aufweist, wobei die Untergurtstäbe mit dem Obergurtstab über Diagonalstäbe verbunden sind, die ihrerseits an den Enden über Bogenabschnitte (20) miteinander verbunden sind, und einem Profilholz (34), das auf der Oberseite des Obergurts angeordnet und mit Hilfe von Befestigungsmitteln befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Obergurt (32) gegenüber den Scheiteln der Bogenabschnitte (20) nach innen zu den Untergurtstäben (10, 12) hin versetzt verläuft, im Profilholz (34) beabstandet Ausnehmungen (36) geformt sind, welche die Bogenabschnitte (20) so aufnehmen, daß eine Relativverschiebung im wesentlichen verhindert ist, und mindestens ein Befestigungsstift (38) innerhalb eines Bogenabschnitts (20) quer zur Längsachse des Profilholzes (34) geführt ist.
  2. Tragsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmungen (36) komplementär zur Bogenform der Bogenabschnitte (36) geformt sind.
  3. Tragsystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Profilholz (34) auf dem Obergurt (32) aufliegt.
  4. Tragsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Befestigungsstift (38) an der Innenseite der Bogenabschnitte (20) anliegt.
