Claims (19)
- Flüssigkeitsundurchlässiges Transferband für eine Papiermaschine mit einem Träger (2) und mit einer Beschichtung (3, 5) auf wenigstens einer Flachseite, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschichtung eine Innenschicht (3) und eine dazu benachbarte Außenschicht (5) aufweist, wobei die Außenschicht (5) eine porige Struktur mit zur Außenseite (6, 11, 15) hin offenen Hohlräumen (8, 12, 14) aufweist.
- Transferband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenschicht (3) flüssigkeitsundurchlässig ist.
- Transferband nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenschicht (3) längs- und/oder druckelastisch ausgebildet ist.
- Transferband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (2) in Längsrichtung einen spezifischen Modul von ≤ 70 N/tex hat.
- Transferband nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für den Träger Material verwendet wird, das bei Zugspannungen von 4 bis 8 daN pro cm Breite des Trägers (2) elastisch ist.
- Transferband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (2) ein Gewebe, Gewirke, Fadengelege oder ein Faservlies oder eine Kombination davon ist.
- Transferband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (2) wenigstens teilweise in die Innenschicht (3, 5) eingebettet ist.
- Transferband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenschicht (3) aus natürlichem Gummi oder einem Elastomer, insbesondere Silikonelastomer, Polyurethan und/oder Polyesterelastomer besteht.
- Transferband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenschicht (3) eine Härte zwischen 85 und 95 Shore A hat.
- Transferband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenschicht anorganische Füllpartikel aufweist.
- Transferband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenschicht (3) eine Dickentoleranz von maximal 100 µm hat.
- Transferband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenschicht (5) aus Polyurethan und/oder Silikonelastomer und/oder Polyesterelastomer besteht.
- Transferband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hohlräume (8, 12, 14) in der Außenschicht (5) einen durchschnittlichen Durchmesser von ≤ 2 µm haben.
- Transferband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenschicht (5) auf ihrer Oberfläche mit Nanopartikeln versehen ist.
- Transferband nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nanopartikel wenigstens teilweise aus SiO2 bestehen.
- Transferband nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nanopartikel Fluorkohlenstoffketten aufweisen.
- Transferband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenschicht (5) aus einer elektronenstrahlgehärteten Präpolymeremulsion besteht.
- Transferband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenschicht (5) außenseitig aus Materialien besteht, die Bereiche unterschiedlicher Hydrophilie bzw. Hydrophobie bilden.
- Transferband nach einem der Anspsrüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenschicht eine Dicke von ≤ 3 mm und die Innenschicht eine Dicke von 1-3 mm haben.
