Claims (7)
- Zugeinrichtung für ein Schienenfahrzeug, bestehend aus einem zur Verbindung mit einem Zughaken des Fahrzeuges bestimmten Gabelkopf (3) einer Zugstange (11), einer im Bereich des fahrzeugseitigen Endes der Zugstange (11) angeordneten Druckplatte (8), welche ihrerseits an einer am fahrzeugseitigen Ende der Zugstange (11) angeordneten Befestigung (13) anliegt, und koaxial um die Zugstange (11) herum angeordneten Federelementen (6), welche einerseits an der Druckplatte (8) und andererseits in Zugrichtung an einer Abstützung (5) anliegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Gabelkopf (3) und Zugstange (11) zweistückig ausgebildet sind, wobei die Zugstange (11) als eine am zugseitigen Ende mit einem Gewinde (14a) versehene Kopfschraube (12) ausgebildet ist, deren Gewinde (14a) in ein in den Gabelkopf (3) eingelassenes Gewinde (14b) eingeschraubt ist.
- Zugeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zugstange (11) am zugseitigen Ende mit einer mechanischen Sicherung (16) versehen ist.
- Zugeinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zugstange (11) am zugseitigen Ende mit einer Nut (17) zur Aufnahme der mechanischen Sicherung (16) versehen ist, wobei die mechanische Sicherung als Sprengring oder als zweiteiliger Sicherungsring (16) ausgebildet ist und wobei der Gabelkopf (3) im Bereich des zugseitigen Endes der Zugstange (11) mit einem die Zugstange (11) umgebenden hohlzylindrischen Abschnitt (18) versehen ist, dessen Innendurchmesser zumindest annähernd dem Aussendurchmesser des Sprengrings oder Sicherungsrings (16) entspricht.
- Zugeinrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich an den hohlzylindrischen Abschnitt (18) ein Abschnitt (19) mit grösserer Öffnungsweite oder grösserem Durchmesser anschliesst, und dass die Zugstange (11) mit ihrem zugseitigen Ende entgegen der Vorspannkraft der Federelemente (6) soweit in den genannten Abschnitt (19) einschraubbar ist, dass die mechanische Sicherung (16) über den verbleibenden Zwischenraum in der Nut (17) fixierbar ist.
- Zugeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraubverbindung (14) zwischen Gabelkopf (3) und Zugstange (11) mittels eines selbsthärtenden Bindemittels gesichert ist.
- Zugeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zugstange (11) am zugseitigen Ende mit einem gerollten Gewinde (14a) versehen ist.
- Zugeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraubverbindung (14) durch eine mechanische Verdrehsicherung an der Druckplatte gesichert ist.
