Kassenschublade mit einem Schubladengehäuse und einer an dem Schubladengehäuse angebrachten Auslösung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auslösung in einem Auslösungsgehäuse angeordnet ist, das lösbar am Schubladengehäuse gehalten ist. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kassenschublade mit einem Schubladengehäuse und einer an dem Schubladengehäuse angebrachten Auslösung.
Kassen- bzw. Geldschubladen werden mit einer Vielzahl von Kassenanwendungen kombiniert, die sich vorwiegend hinsichtlich ihres Kabelanschlusses, der Kabellänge, des Kabelausgangs und ihrer maximal zulässigen Stromaufnahme (Größe des Magneten) unterscheiden. Beim bisher üblichen Aufbau wird die Auslösung, die das Aufgehen des Schubladenwagens auf einen entsprechenden (elektronischen oder manuellen) Befehl hin auslöst, vollständig in die Kassenschublade integriert, so daß für jede erforderliche Variante die Kassenschublade komplett neu disponiert und gefertigt werden muß. Eine sinnvolle Lagehaltung und kurze Lieferzeiten sind somit aufgrund der zahlreichen Varianten bis auf wenige Ausnahmen nicht möglich.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht daher darin, eine gattungsgemäße Kassenschublade dahingehend weiterzuentwickeln, daß Montage und Lagerhaltung wesentlich vereinfacht werden.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch eine Kassenschublade mit einem Schubladengehäuse und einer an dem Schubladengehäuse angebrachten Auslösung gelöst, die sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß die Auslösung in einem Auslösungsgehäuse angeordnet ist, das lösbar am Schubladengehäuse gehalten ist.
Durch diese montagetechnische Trennung der Auslösung von der Schublade können vormontierte Schubladengehäuse montiert, verpackt und gelagert und bedarfsgerecht mit einer konkret benötigen Auslösung vervollständigt werden. Die Verpackungseinheit kann im Bereich der Auslösung mit einem Deckel versehen sein, so daß z.B. im Versand je nach Auftrag nachgerüstet werden kann.
Ein weiterer Vorteil der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung ergibt sich dadurch, daß mit der erfindungsgemäßen Auslösung die Standardkabel auch für die Standardlösungen bei der Kassenschublade genutzt werden können, wodurch die Variantenvielzahl bei den Kabeln auf ein Minimum reduziert wird.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, daß das Schubladengehäuse zur Aufnahme des Auslösungsgehäuses eine in Form und Größe diesem entsprechende Ausnehmung aufweist. Das Auslösungsgehäuse kann dem Konturverlauf des Schubladengehäuses folgend ausgebildet sein.
Bevorzugt ist das Auslösungsgehäuse in einer Rückwand des Schubladengehäuses angeordnet.
Das Schubladengehäuse besteht bevorzugt aus zwei Kunststoffhalbschalen. Zweckmäßigerweise ist das Auslösungsgehäuse im wesentlichen kastenförmig und ist durch mit dem Schubladengehäuse zusammenwirkende Rastzungen am Schubladengehäuse fixiert. Vorzugsweise übergreift und stabilisiert das Auslösungsgehäuse das Schubladengehäuse.
Es kann vorgesehen sein, daß die Auslösung eine von einem Elektromagneten betätigte Klinke und einen von der Klinke betätigten Riegel zum Verriegeln des Schubladenwagens aufweist, wobei Riegel und Klinke auf einem Befestigungswinkel angeordnet sind, der an dem Auslösungsgehäuse befestigt ist.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform beschrieben. Es zeigen:

Fig. 1 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht einer Kassenschublade bzw. von deren Schubladengehäuse (der Schubladenwagen ist nicht dargestellt), welches aus zwei Kunststoffhalbschalen 1, 1' besteht, die im Bereich ihrer Rückwand 4 eine Ausnehmung 5 aufweisen, die eine Verbindung zum Innenraum des Schubladengehäuses herstellt. Ein Auslösungsgehäuse 6, das in Form und Größe der Ausnehmung 5 entspricht, kann lösbar in die Ausnehmung 5 eingesetzt werden und wird mittels Rastzungen 7 an dem Schubladengehäuse fixiert.
Fig. 2 zeigt das Auslösungsgehäuse 6 in vergrößerter Darstellung. Das Auslösungsgehäuse ist im wesentlichen kastenförmig und weist eine Rückwand 10, Seitenwände 11 und die Rastzungen 7 tragende Stirnwände 12 auf. Sollbruchstellen 13, 14 in einer Seitenwand 11 erleichtern die optionale Durchführung von Kabeln. Im mittleren Bereich ist eine Buchse 15 zur Aufnahme des Anschlußkabels sowie eine Vertiefung 17 zum Stecken des Anschlußkabels angeordnet.
Fig. 3 und 4 erläutern eine in ein Auslösungsgehäuse eingebaute Auslösung. Die wesentlichen Elemente der Auslösung sind ein Elektromagnet 20, ein Mikroschalter 21, eine Klinke 22 und ein Riegel 23, wobei die beiden letztgenannten Teile auf einem Befestigungswinkel 24 gehalten sind, der seinerseits am Auslösungsgehäuse befestigt ist (Fig. 4). Dies hat den Grund, daß der Schubladenwagen bei Auslösung der Schublade aus der Lade herausgefahren wird, wobei diese Funktion durch eine beim Schließen der Schublade gespannte Zugfeder erreicht wird. Damit diese Vorspannkräfte nicht direkt auf das Auslösungsgehäuse (Kunststoff) wirken, werden die Funktionsteile der Auslösung von dem Befestigungswinkel 24 aufgenommen, der mit dem Gehäuse verrastet wird. Die Befestigung der übrigen Komponenten wie Mikroschalter, Anschlußbuchse und Magnet erfolgt bevorzugt ebenfalls durch Einrasten.
Fig. 5 zeigt in einer Querschnittsansicht, wie die beiden Gehäusehälften 1, 1' des Schubladengehäuses durch das Auslösungsgehäuse 6 im hinteren Bereich übergriffen, zusammengehalten und stabilisiert werden. Eine ausreichende Steifigkeit wird durch die durchgehende obere Rückwand 10 sowie die Stirnwände 12 im inneren Bereich des Auslösungsgehäuses erreicht
Fig. 6 erläutert das Zusammenwirken der seitlich angeordneten Rastzungen 7 mit einem entsprechend ausgebildeten Vorsprung 8 im Bereich der Rückwand der Gehäusehälften 1 bzw. 1'. Nach erfolgter Einrastung der Rastzungen 7 kann das Auslösungsgehäuse 6 nur durch die Schublade hindurch, bei entferntem Schubladenwagen, gelöst werden.

Claims (8)

  1. Kassenschublade mit einem Schubladengehäuse (1, 1') und einer an dem Schubladengehäuse angebrachten Auslösung (20, 21, 22, 23), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auslösung in einem Auslösungsgehäuse (6) angeordnet ist, das lösbar am Schubladengehäuse gehalten ist.
  2. Kassenschublade nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schubladengehäuse zur Aufnahme des Auslösungsgehäuses eine in Form und Größe diesem entsprechende Ausnehmung (5) aufweist.
  3. Kassenschublade nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auslösungsgehäuse dem Konturverlauf des Schubladengehäuses folgend ausgebildet ist.
  4. Kassenschublade nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auslösungsgehäuse an einer Rückwand des Schubladengehäuses angeordnet ist.
  5. Kassenschublade nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schubladengehäuse aus zwei Kunststoffhalbschalen (1, 1') besteht.
  6. Kassenschublade nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auslösungsgehäuse im wesentlichen kastenförmig ist und durch mit dem Schubladengehäuse zusammenwirkende Rastzungen (7) am Schubladengehäuse fixiert ist.
  7. Kassenschublade nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auslösungsgehäuse das Schubladengehäuse übergreift und stabilisiert.
  8. Kassenschublade nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auslösung eine von einem Elektromagneten (20) betätigte Klinke (22) und einem von der Klinke betätigten Riegel (23) zum Verriegeln des Schubladenwagens aufweist, wobei Riegel und Klinke auf einem Befestigungswinkel (24) angeordnet sind, der an dem Auslösungsgehäuse (6) befestigt ist.
