Claims (14)
- Rohrvorpresseinrichtung mit einer Einrichtung zum Ausheben und Abfördern von Haufwerk zum Herstellen eines kombiniert in offener Bauweise und von einer Pressgrube aus im Rohrvorpressverfahren hergestellten, aus Rohrschüssen bestehenden Rohrstranges für Stollen oder Tunnel, wobei sich unterhalb eines mit Verbautafeln verbauten Grabens der Rohrstrang anschließt und die Rohrvorpresseinrichtung einen Schneidkopf aufweist, der vom sich anschließenden Nachlaufrohr abgeschottet ist, und in dessen oberem Mantelteil eine Aushuböffnung vorgesehen ist, durch die das vom Schneidkopf angeschnittene Material mit einem Aushubgerät aushebbar und von diesem einem Transportsystem übergebbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im oberen Mantelteil des ersten, dem Schneidkopf (2) nachfolgenden Nachlaufrohres (1) eine Einfüllöffnung (14) für das mit dem Aushubgerät (10) aus den Schneidkopf (2) ausgehobene Material zur Übergabe an das innerhalb des Rohrstranges geführte und bis in die Pressgrube (5) reichende Transportsystem (15) vorgesehen ist.
- Rohrvorpresseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Rohrstrang in einem verbauten oder nicht verbauten Graben verläuft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im oberen Mantelteil des Schneidkopfes (2) im Anschluss an die Aushuböffnung (10) eine schließbar ausgebildete Einfüllöffnung (14) für das mit dem Aushubgerät aus dem Schneidkopf (2) ausgehobene Material zur Übergabe an das innerhalb des Rohrstranges geführte und bis in die Pressgrube (5) reichenden Transportsystem (15) vorgesehen ist, wobei der Einfüllöffnung (14) ein zusätzliches durch eine abgekapselte Öffnung (18) in der Schottwand (11) reichendes Transportmittel (17, 19) nachgeschaltet ist.
- Rohrvorpresseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aushuböffnung (10) im Schneidkopf(2) und die Einfüllöffnung (14) im ersten Nachlaufrohr (1) mittels an den Rändern lösbar befestigbarer Hauben verschließbar ausgebildet sind.
- Rohrvorpresseinrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Transportsystem (15) als diskontinuierlich förderndes System, beispielsweise als Wagenförderung ausgebildet ist.
- Rohrvorpresseinrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Transportsystem (15) als kontinuierlich förderndes System, beispielsweise als hydraulische oder Bandförderung ausgebildet ist.
- Rohrvorpresseinrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Schneidkopf (2) eine Schottenwand (11) lösbar angeordnet ist, die mit einer von der unteren Mantellinie am vorderen Ende ausgehenden und keilförmig zum rückwärtigen Ende hin bis etwa zum halben Durchmesser ansteigenden Leitplatte (12) versehen ist.
- Rohrvorpresseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aushuböffnung (10) und die Einfüllöffnung (14) in ihrer Breite knapp der lichten Grabenbreite entsprechen, wobei die Verbautafeln (4) seitliche Trichterwände bilden.
- Rohrvorpresseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einfüllöffnung (14) mit einer lösbaren, trichterartigen Einlaufschurre versehbar ist.
- Rohrvorpresseinrichtung Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einfüllöffnung (14) allseits nach oben von einer Einlaufschurre (16) umgeben ist.
- Rohrvorpresseinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das der Einfüllöffnung (14) nachgeschaltete und durch die Öffnung (18) im oberen Bereich der Schottwand (11) führende Transportmittel als Schurrenblech (17) ausgebildet ist.
- Rohrvorpresseinrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schurrenblech (17) beispielsweise durch Vibration zusätzllich aktivierbar ausgebildet ist.
- Robrvorpresseinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das der Einfüllöffnung (14) nachgeschaltete Transportmittel als kontinuierlich arbeitendes Fördermittel, beispielsweise als Band- oder Kettenkratzer-Förderer (19) ausgebildet ist.
- Rohrvorpresseinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die um die Einfüllöffnung (14) angeordnete Einlaufschurre (16) lösbar mit dem oberen Mantelteil des Schneidkopfes (2) verbindbar angeordnet ist.
- Rohrvorpresseinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einfüllöffnung (14) mit einem deckelartigen Blech verschließbar ausgebildet ist.
