- Tür (1), insbesondere Feuerschutztür, umfassendein erstes Blechteil (3) in Form eines flachen Kastens (5) mit einer ersten breitseitigen Basiswand (7) und schmalseitigen Wandstreifen (14), die vom Umfangsrand der Basiswand (7) abgebogen sind,ein mit dem ersten Blechteil (3) verbundenes zweites Blechteil (4) in Form eines auf den Kasten passenden Deckels (9), das mit einer zweiten breitseitigen Basiswand (16) die Wandstreifen (14) um ein der Breite (a) eines jeweils an den seitlichen Schmalseiten und der oberen Schmalseite vorhandenen Überschlagfalzes (2) überragt,wobei sich an die Basiswand (16) jeweils zur Bildung des Überschlagfalzes (2) ein erster Überschlagstreifen (17) anschließt, der zur ersten Basiswand (7) hin abgebogen ist,und zwei Gelenkbandteile (31), die im oberen und unteren Bereich einer seitlichen Schmalseite (12b) angeordnet sind und Z-förmig verlaufende Bandabschnitte (31a - 31c) aufweisen, von denen der mittlere Bandabschnitt (31b) in einer Ausnehmung (32) an der Innenseite des Überschlagfalzes (2) versenkt angeordnet ist,und wobei rahmenartige Randversteifungsmittel (21) im Umfangsbereich der Tür (1) sowie ein in dem Kasten-Hohlraum (5a) zwischen den beiden Blechteilen (3, 4) angeordnetes Dämmaterial, insbesondere Wärme-Dämmaterial, vorgesehen sind,daß sich and den ersten Überschlagstreifen (17) ein zweiter Überschlagstreifen (18) anschließt, der zum zugehörigen Wandstreifen (14) hin abgebogen ist,daß die Randversteifungsmittel (21) einstückig mit dem ersten und dem zweiten Blechteil (3, 4) ausgebildet und durch Versteifungsstreifen in Form von Verlängerungsstreifen (22) gebildet sind,von denen an den seitlichen Schmalseiten (12c, 12d) und an der oberen Schmalseite (12a) des ersten Blechteils (3) jeweils ein erster Verlängerungsstreifen (22) am zugehörigen schmalseitigen Wandstreifen (14) angeordnet und zu dessen Innenseite und/oder Außenseite umgebogen ist,und von denen jeweils ein zweiter Verlängerungsstreifen (22) am zweiten Blechteil (4) von den zweiten Überschlagstreifen (18) abgebogen ist und sich längs des Wandstreifens (14) erstreckt,wobei der endseitige Bandabschnitt (31c) des Z-förmigen Gelenkbandteils (31) an der Schmalseite der Tür (1) anliegt.
- Tür nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Randversteifungsmittel (21) von aneinanderliegenden Randbereichen (14) beider Blechteile 3, 4 gebildet sind. - Tür nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Randversteifungsmittel (21) durch Versteifungsstreifen (22) gebildet sind, die an der Innenseite und/oder an der Außenseite von schmalseitigen Wandstreifen (14) eines der Blechteile (3, 4), insbesondere des Kastens (5), angeordnet und insbesondere umgebogen oder umgefaltet sind. - Tür nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Randversteifungsmittel (21) von einem Randfalz (2) an einem und/oder beiden Blechteilen (3,4) gebildet sind. - Tür nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Randversteifungsmittel (21) durch einen abgebogenen Verlängerungsstreifen eines einen Randfalz (2) bildenden Blechstreifens ausgebildet sind. - Tür nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei der die Randversteifungsmittel (21) am unteren Rand von einem U-Profilblech gebildet sind, das sich zwischen den beiden Blechteilen (3,4) erstreckt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das U-Profilblech (19) einstückig mit einem der beiden Blechteile (3,4) ist. - Tür nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das U-Profilblech durch zwei Verbindungsstreifen (23, 24) gebildet ist, von denen der eine Verbindungsstreifen (23) mit dem einen Blechteil (3) einstückig ist und der andere Verbindungsstreifen (24) mit dem anderen Blechteil (4) einstückig ist. - Tür nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verbindungen (27) zwischen den Blechteilen (3,4) an den Schmalseiten (12a bis 12d) und/oder an der Anlageseite eines Randfalzes (2) angeordnet sind. - Tür nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche ,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verbindungen (27) zwischen den Blechteilen (3,4) durch Schrauben oder Nieten oder Schweißstellen realisiert sind. - Tür nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schrauben selbstschneidend sind. - Tür nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Blech der Blechteile (3, 4) eine vorgefertigte Beschichtung aufweist, z.B. eine Feuerverzinkung und/oder eine Lack- oder Farbschicht.
