Abstract
In Vertikalförderanlagen mit elastischen Tragmitteln sind zwecks Vermeidung von Vertikalschwingungen und Vertikalverschiebungen während des Stillstands die Lastaufnahmemittel (24) mit am Lastaufnahmemittel angebrachten Bremsvorrichtungen (1) ausgerüstet, mit welchen die Lastaufnahmemittel während des Stillstands an ihren Führungsschienen (2) festgehalten werden. Diese Bremsvorrichtungen (1) enthalten integrierte Sensoren für die Erfassung der zwischen Lastaufnahmemittel und Führungsschienen (2) auftretenden Haltekräfte. Die Signale dieser Sensoren ermöglichen einem Antriebsregler, vor einer Weiterfahrt über die Antriebseinheit (22) die Zugkraft in den Tragmitteln (27) auf der Seite der Lastaufnahmemittel so einzustellen, dass die am Lastaufnahmemittel angebrachte Bremsvorrichtung (1) entlastet ist und ohne Generierung eines Rucks am Lastaufnahmemittel (24) geöffnet werden kann. In vertical conveyor systems with elastic suspension elements, in order to avoid vertical vibrations and vertical displacements during standstill, the load suspension means (24) are equipped with braking devices (1) attached to the load suspension means, with which the load suspension means are held on their guide rails (2) during standstill.
