The car is connected to one end, 5 is a counterweight connected to the other end of the main rope 3, 6 is a tension wheel, and 7 is a balance rope wrapped around the tension wheel 6, one end of which is connected to the basket 4. , the other end is connected to a counterweight 5. By the way, the main rope 3 used in the above-mentioned rope type elevator is specified in JIS-G3525, and as shown in Fig. 4, it is constructed of steel wire around a hemp core 8. It has a structure in which 9 strands (pre-paid) are arranged. Further, the lifting height of an elevator using such a main rope is normally limited to about 600 m. This is because the safety factor of the main rope is required to be 10 or more, and when the height becomes high, the above-mentioned safety factor cannot be ensured due to the weight of the main rope. However, in the case of an elevator that carries passengers all at once by carving out a mountainside, the lift height can be 1,300 to 1,500 meters, so it was impossible to achieve this with a normal rope type unless the safety factor of the main rope was lowered. . Therefore, in the past, carbon la! whose breaking strength was several times higher than iron! There have also been proposed methods in which the cage is hung with a rope made of t-shirts, and methods in which the cage is driven by a linear motor without using a rope.

Driven by the friction between the normal main rope and sheave, so-called)
・Since it is a one-pin type, sufficient frictional force is not generated between the carbon area and the rope, making it impossible to drive the car. Furthermore, in the event of a fire, the carbon fiber rope may burn and the basket may fall. In addition, in the method described above in which the car is driven by a linear motor,
Without a counterweight, a very large driving force would be required, which would be impractical. This invention was made in order to solve the above problems, and it is possible to achieve an ultra-high lift of 1,300 to 1,500 m, require less driving force, and prevent the car from falling. The purpose is to provide beta equipment.

It is possible to easily realize an elevator of the same size, and the driving force of the elevator can also be small. Further, since the brake device provided on the elevator car engages with the guide rail to perform braking, even if the lobes are burnt out, the car can be prevented from falling.

FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing an embodiment of a rope elevator system according to the present invention. In the figure, the car 4 is guided so that it can be raised and lowered by guide rails 11.11 arranged parallel to each other in a high-lift hoistway 10. Reference numerals 12a and 12b are rope return wheels arranged at the upper part of the hoistway 10, and a rope 13 made of carbon fiber is wound around the return wheels 12a and 12b, and one of the ends hanging in the hoistway is connected to the car 1. has been done. Further, at the other end of the rope 13, a control panel 16 and a linear motor 15 are connected by a cable 18, so that electric power is supplied to the linear motor 15. Reference numeral 19 denotes a brake device attached to the car 4, and this brake device 19 includes a pair of brake arms 19 that are supported so as to be openable and closable around a pivot pin 19a, as shown in FIG.
b, 19b, and brake shoes 19c, 1 attached to opposing inner surfaces of the tips of the brake arms 19b, 19b and facing both side surfaces of the guide rail 11.
9c and the other end of the brake arms 19b, 19b, the brake knees 19c, 19c are connected to the guide rail 11.
A brake spring 19d presses against the side of the counterweight 5.
After being wrapped around the hanging wheel 14, its end is fixed to the ceiling of the hoistway. The counterweight 5 includes a movable element 15 of a linear motor 15.
a is incorporated, and its stator 15b is arranged on both sides of the counterweight 5, facing the movable element 15a. Stator 15
b also serves as a guide rail for the counterweight 5. 16 is an elevator control panel installed at the top of the hoistway 10;
This elevator control panel 16 and the car 4 are connected by a cable 17, and this cable 17 supplies electric power to the car 4 and allows signals to be sent and received between the two. Further, the electromagnetic magnet 19e attached to the elevator car 4 is connected to the other end of the brake arm 19b, 1.9b via a link 19F.
It is composed of a plunger 19h and a plunger 19h. This brake device 19 applies braking when the electromagnetic magnet l-19e is excited and the plunger 19h is attracted against the brake spring 19d, when the brake knees 19c and 19c are opened and when the electromagnetic magnet 19e is demagnetized. be. In the elevator system configured as described above, when an ascending or descending command is issued from the elevator control panel 16, power is supplied to the linear motor 15 through the cable 18. At the same time, the electromagnetic magnet l-19e of the brake device 19 is excited to release the brake shoe.Therefore, the car 4 connected via the rope 13 will run in the upward or downward direction. Comparing the properties of iron and carbon fiber, the density ρ of iron is 7.85 mg/mm3, while the density ρ of carbon fiber is 1.8 n+g/+n+''. The strength of carbon fiber is 260-330 Kg/am' while that of iron is 165 Kg/mm'. Therefore, the breaking strength per unit weight of carbon fiber rope is approximately 6.87 times, and the strength is 1300-1500 m. The safety factor of the rope does not decrease even when the height of Since it has a 2:1 roving, it is possible to operate a high-lift elevator with a small driving force, and it is also possible to downsize the linear motor 15. Also, since the car is equipped with a brake device 19, it is possible to operate a high-lift elevator with a small driving force. Even if the carbon fiber rope burns out due to a fire, the car will not fall. Note that the roving method in the present invention is not limited to the embodiment. Also, the linear motor may be provided on the car side. [Invention] [Effect] As described above, according to the present invention, a rope made of carbon Ia fiber with high breaking strength is used for the rope connecting the car and the counterweight, and the car or the counterweight is driven by a linear motor. As you raise and lower the basket,
The driving force of the linear motor can be small, and an elevator with an ultra-high head can be easily realized. Furthermore, since a brake device is provided on the car side, even if the carbon fiber rope is burned out due to a fire, the car can be prevented from falling.
