Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zur zwangsgeführten Übergabe von flachen Produkten (3)
gekennzeichnet durcheine erste Bremsvorrichtung (7) zur Zwangsführung flacher Produkte (3) mit Greifern (8) zum Erfassen einzelner flacher Produkte (3) eines Produktstroms und zur Übergabe derselben an eine erste Auslegebahn (9);einen Greiferzylinder (4) mit einer Vielzahl von Greifern (5) zum Erfassen der Hinterkante (12) und der Vorderkante (11) der in dem Produktstrom verbliebenen flachen Produkte (3) und zum Transportieren der flachen Produkte (3) auf dem Greiferzylinder (4); undeine zweite Bremsvorrichtung (15) zur Zwangsführung flacher Produkte (3) mit Greifern (16) zur Übernahme der verbliebenen flachen Produkte (3) an eine zweite Auslegebahn (10) bei deren Freigabe durch den Greiferzylinder (4). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durchein erstes, um den Greiferzylinder (4) umlaufendes Hochgeschwindigkeitsband (1); und ein zweites, um eine Umlenkwalze (6) umlaufendes Hochgeschwindigkeitsband (2), zwischen denen die flachen Produkte (3) der ersten Bremsvorrichtung (7) zur Zwangsführung flacher Produkte (3) oder der Greifertrommel (4) zugeführt werden. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die beiden Bremsvorrichtungen (7, 15) zur Zwangsführung flacher Produkte (3) jeweils drehbare Arme (17, 18) umfassen, an denen die Greifer (8, 16) zum Greifen und Bremsen der flachen Produkte (3) befestigt sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass ein um weitere Umlenkwalzen (14) umlaufendes drittes Hochgeschwindigkeitsband (13) in der Weise angeordnet ist, dass die verbliebenen flachen Produkte (3) zwischen dem ersten Hochgeschwindigkeitsband (1) und dem dritten Hochgeschwindigkeitsband (13) von dem Greiferzylinder (4) zur zweiten Bremsvorrichtung (15) zur Zwangsführung flacher Produkte (3) transportiert werden. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die beiden Bremsvorrichtungen (7, 15) zur Zwangsführung flacher Produkte als Bremstrommeln ausgebildet sind. - Verfahren zum zwangsgeführten Umlenken flacher Produkte (3) aus einem Produktstrom,
gekennzeichnet durch
die folgenden Schritte:Entnehmen einzelner flacher Produkte (3) aus dem Produktstrom durch eine erste Bremsvorrichtung (3) zur Zwangsführung der flachen Produkte (3), welche die flachen Produkte (3) erfasst und an eine erste Auslegebahn (9) übergibt, wobei die flachen Produkte (3) während der Übergabe an die erste Auslegebahn (9) zwangsgeführt werden;Transportieren der in dem Produktstrom verbliebenen flachen Produkte (3) auf einem Greiferzylinder (4) mit Greifern (5) zum Erfassen der Vorderkante (11) und der Hinterkante (12) der flachen Produkte (3); undEntnehmen der in dem Produktstrom verbliebenen flachen Produkte (3) bei deren Freigabe durch den Greiferzylinder (4) mittels einer zweiten Bremsvorrichtung (15) zur Zwangsführung flacher Produkte (3), welche die flachen Produkte (3) erfasst an eine zweite Auslegebahn (10) übergibt, wobei die flachen Produkte (3) während er Übergabe an die zweite Auslegebahn (10) zwangsgeführt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die flachen Produkte (3) der ersten Bremsvorrichtung (7) zur Zwangsführung flacher Produkte (3) zwischen einem ersten Hochgeschwindigkeitsband (1) und einem zweiten Hochgeschwindigkeitsband (2) zugeführt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die flachen Produkte (3) der zweiten Bremsvorrichtung (15) zur Zwangsführung flacher Produkte (3) zwischen einem ersten Hochgeschwindigkeitsband (1) und einem dritten Hochgeschwindigkeitsband (13) zugeführt werden.
