Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Fördern von flächigen Produkten (10, 10'), insbesondere Druckereiprodukten, wobei jeweils zwei oder mehr Produkte (10, 10') im Bereich ihrer vorlaufenden Kanten (10a, 10a') derart gemeinsam von Greifern (3) eines Greiferförderers (1) ergriffen werden, dass die Kanten (10a, 10a') wechselseitig voneinander beabstandet sind, und wobei die Produkte (10, 10') durch die Greifer (3) gefördert werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Produkte (10, 10') in wenigstens einem Übergabebereich (4) an wenigstens eine Wegfördereinrichtung (2) derart übergeben werden, dass jedes Produkt (10, 10') das zuvor übergebene Produkt (10, 10') höchstens teilweise überlappt, wobei die vorlaufenden Kanten (10a, 10a') der Produkte (10, 10') voneinander beabstandet sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Übergabebereich (4) mit einer Wegfördereinrichtung (2) vorhanden ist, wobei die Förderkapazität des Greiferförderers (1) mit der der Wegfördereinrichtung (2) im wesentlichen übereinstimmt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Übergabebereiche (4) mit jeweils einer Wegfördereinrichtung (2) vorhanden sind, wobei jeder zweite Greifer (3) im ersten Übergabebereich und die übrigen Greifer im zweiten Übergabebereich geöffnet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Übergabebereiche (4) mit jeweils einer Wegfördereinrichtung (2) vorhanden sind, wobei jeder Greifer (3) im ersten Übergabebereich (4) ein Produkt an eine erste Wegfördereinrichtung und im zweiten Übergabebereich ein weiteres Produkt an eine zweite Wegfördereinrichtung übergibt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Greiferförderer (1) Greifer (3) mit jeweils zwei individuell betätigbaren Greiferarmen (3a, 14) aufweist, wobei einer der Greiferarme jeweils alle vom Greifer (3) erfassten Produkte (10, 10') und der andere Greiferarm jeweils das zuvorderst im Greifer (3) angeordnete Produkt zu halten imstande ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Hilfsgreifer (12) im ersten Übergabebereich (4) mit den Greifern mitbewegt werden und jeweils das zuvorderst im Greifer (3) angeordnete Produkt ergreifen, wobei der Greifer (3) zur Abgabe der weiteren Produkte geöffnet wird, wenn der Hilfsgreifer (12) das zuvorderst im Greifer (3) angeordnete Produkt ergriffen hat, der Greifer (3) nach Abgabe der weiteren Produkte geschlossen und der Hilfsgreifer (12) geöffnet und entfernt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderkapazität einer Wegfördereinrichtung (2) im wesentlichen der halben Förderkapazität des Greiferförderers (3) entspricht.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wegfördereinrichtung (2) ein weiterer Greiferförderer ist, wobei die Abstände (a, b) und die Geschwindingkeiten der Greifer (3, 6) des zufördernden und wegfördernden Greiferförderers derart aneinander angepasst sind, dass jedes Produkt von einem einzelnen Greifer (6) des wegfördernden Greiferförderers aufgenommen werden kann.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wegfördereinrichtung (2) ein Förderband umfasst.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche mit einem Greiferförderer (1) mit einer Mehrzahl von Greifern (3), die imstande sind, jeweils zwei oder mehr Produkte (10, 10') im Bereich ihrer vorlaufenden Kanten (10a, 10a') derart gemeinsam zu ergreifen, dass die Kanten (10a, 10a') wechselseitig voneinander beabstandet sind, wenigstens einer Steuereinrichtung (5), die die Greifer (3) in wenigstens einem Übergabebereich (4) zu öffnen imstande ist, und wenigstens einer Wegfördereinrichtung (2), mit der die übergebenen Produkte (10, 10') einer weiterverarbeitenden Station zugeführt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Übergabebereiche und zwei Wegfördereinrichtungen vorhanden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Wegfördereinrichtung (2) ein Greiferförderer ist oder ein Förderband umfasst.
