Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif de volets pour le transport de balles de paille le long d'un trajet de transport dans une chaudière à paille, comprenant un boîtier (1) avec une ouverture de volet ayant deux surfaces latérales (5), une surface inférieure (4) et une surface supérieure (3), dispositif de volets qui comprend également un élément de volet (6) avec un bord supérieur (6a), un bord inférieur (6b) et deux bords latéraux (6c), élément de volet qui peut se déplacer entre une position ouverte et une position fermée, dans laquelle l'élément de volet couvre essentiellement l'ouverture de volet, surface inférieure (4) qui définit un premier plan parallèle à un deuxième plan, bord supérieur (6a) qui, dans la position fermée du volet, croise le deuxième plan, élément de volet (6) qui est conçu essentiellement comme une surface circulaire de cylindre, dispositif de volet qui comprend un volet de basculement, élément de volet (6) qui est relié à pivotement avec le dit boîtier (1) dans une articulation à charnière (7) avec un axe de rotation (11) essentiellement horizontale et perpendiculaire au trajet de transport, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de rotation (11) de l'élément de volet (6) est situé entre et à des distances essentiellement égales des dit premier et deuxième plans, et en ce que la dite articulation à charnière (7) comprend des arbres courts (8) disposés sur l'extérieur de chaque surface latérale (5) de l'ouverture de volet.
  2. Dispositif de volets selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'à ses bords supérieur, inférieur et latéraux (6a, 6b, 6c), l'élément de volet (6) comprend des portions d'étanchéité (15-18) pour engagement avec des portions similaires (19, 21) aux surfaces supérieure, inférieure et latérales (3-5) de l'ouverture de volet.
  3. Dispositif de volets selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en comprenant un cylindre à air comprimé (14) pour la commande de l'élément de volet (6).
  4. Dispositif de volets selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en comprenant un mécanisme de contrepoids ayant deux contrepoids (12) relié à des éléments de tige (13) respectifs à une distance du dit axe de rotation (11).
