Claims (6)

  1. Duschabtrennung zum Ausstattung einer Wanne, wie z.B. einer Badewanne, mit mindestens einem Klappflügel (5), der durch einen aus Profilen (6, 7) und einer mittigen Tafel (8) gefertigten Rahmen gebildet ist, wobei einer der vertikalen Schenkel (6) des Rahmens schwenkbar und vertikal gleitend montiert ist, um zu ermöglichen, dass der Klappflügel unterschiedliche Stellungen einnehmen kann, und zwar insbesondere eine auf einem Rand der Wanne aufliegende niedrige Stellung sowie eine bezüglich der vorhergehenden Stellung verschwenkte und angehobene Stellung, in welcher der Klappflügel z.B. gegen eine Wand oberhalb der Armaturen gedrückt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mindestens zwei Gleitstücke (9, 34) aufweist, die mit dem vertikalen Schenkel (6) des Rahmens verbunden sind, der sich auf der Seite der Anlenkung des Klappflügels befindet, und die in einem in Längsrichtung geschlitzten bzw. gespaltenen Profil (13) eingeführt und in ihm geführt verschiebbar sind, das seinerseits um eine vertikale Achse gegenüber einem Profil (16) schwenkbar montiert ist, das auf einer Abstützung, wie z.B. einer Wand, befestigt ist, wobei mindestens eines der Gleitstücke (9, 34) zur Erzeugung der Blockierung der vertikalen Verschiebung des Klappflügels in eine seiner äußersten Stellungen, nämlich die niedrige oder die hohe, dient.
  2. Duschabtrennung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das in Längsrichtung gespaltene Profil (13) an seinen Enden zwei Einsätze (20, 22) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt sind, um mit einem mit dem feststehenden Profil (16) verbundenen Paar aus einer unteren Platte (18) und einer oberen Platte (17) zusammenzuwirken, um zwei Schwenkpunkte zu bilden.
  3. Duschabtrennung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das höhere Gleitstück (9) einen in dem geschlitzten Profil (13) sitzenden Teil (12) aufweist, der eine rohrförmige Gestalt besitzt, während der einen Teil des Schwenkpunktes bildende obere Einsatz (22) einen zylinderförmigen Teil (23) aufweist, dessen Querschnitt im wesentlichen demjenigen des rohrförmigen Teils (12) des Gleitstücks entspricht, damit in der hohen Stellung der Duschabtrennung der zylinderförmige Teil (23) des Schwenkpunkts in dem rohrförmigen Teil (12) des Gleitstücks festgeklemmt, in Eingriff ist.
  4. Duschabtrennung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Innern des in Längsrichtung gespaltenen Profils (13) und in dessen niedrigem Teil eine elastische Vorrichtung zur Kompensation des Gewichts der Duschabtrennung untergebracht ist, die z.B. durch einen Gaszylinder (24) gebildet ist und deren vertikal erzeugte Kraft von unten nach oben kleiner als das Gewicht der Duschabtrennung ist.
  5. Duschabtrennung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Innern des in Längsrichtung gespaltenen bzw. geschlitzten Profils (13) und in dessen niedrigem Teil ein Gaszylinder (24) vertikal untergebracht ist, der eine Kraft erzeugt, die größer als das Gewicht des beweglichen Teils ist, wobei das Ende der Stange (25) an einem unteren Anschlag (33) aufliegt und das entgegengesetzte Ende des Körpers (26) mit einem Aufsatz (36) ausgestattet ist, der dazu bestimmt ist, um einem Gleitstück (34) zugeordnet zu werden, das mit einem vertikalen Schenkel (6) des Rahmens verbunden ist, wobei dieser Aufsatz (36) dazu bestimmt ist, um im Verlaufe des Hubes des Zylinders seitlich an einer Führungsplatte abgestützt zu werden, die auf der Innenfläche des geschlitzten Profils (13) befestigt ist, und um am Ende des Hubes, das der eingefahrenen Stellung der Stange und der niedrigen Stellung der Duschabtrennung entspricht, unter die Platte (32) zu gelangen und an ihrer den Anschlag bildenden Innenfläche abgestützt zu werden.
  6. Duschabtrennung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das dem Aufsatz (36) des Gaszylinders (24) zugeordnete Gleitstück (34) einen Höcker (35) aufweist, der in der eingefahrenen Stellung der Stange (25) dazu neigt, einen seitlichen Druck auf den Aufsatz (36) des Zylinderkörpers auszuüben, um diesen gegen die Innenfläche des geschlitzten Profils (13) unterhalb der Führungsplatte (32) zu drücken.
