Claims (7)

  1. Wärmetauscher für ein Kraftfahrzeug mit einer Vielzahl von aufeinander gestapelten Platten (10; 12), die jeweils mit einem erhöhten Umfangsrand (16; 22) versehen sind und bei dem die Umfangsränder dicht zusammengefügt sind, um zwischen den Platten erste Strömungskanäle (34) für ein erstes Fluid (F1) zu begrenzen, die sich mit zweiten Strömungskanälen (36) für ein zweites Fluid (F2) abwechseln,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er erste Platten (10), die jeweils einen Boden (14) mit durch sich in einer ersten Richtung (D1) erstreckende Erzeugende definierten Wellungen (18) aufweisen, und zweite Platten (12), die abwechselnd mit den ersten Platten (10) angeordnet sind und jeweils einen Boden (20) mit durch sich in eine zweite Richtung (D2), die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur ersten Richtung (D1) verläuft, erstreckende Erzeugende definierten Wellungen (24) umfasst und dass jeder Kanal (34; 36) einen hydraulischen Durchmesser (Dh) mit gewähltem Wert besitzt, der durch die Beziehung Dh = 2.h definiert wird, wobei h die halbe Höhe des Kanals, das heißt die Hälfte des maximalen Abstands zwischen den jeweiligen Scheiteln (38; 40) der jeweiligen Wellungen (18; 24) einer Platte (10) und einer benachbarten zweiten Platte (12) darstellt, und dass der Wert des hydraulischen Durchmessers Dh zwischen 1 und 3 mm liegt.
  2. Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wert des hydraulischen Durchmessers Dh im Wesentlichen 1,8 mm beträgt.
  3. Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wellungen (18) einer ersten Platte (10) und die Wellungen (24) einer zweiten Platte (12) lokal in gegenseitigem Kontakt stehen.
  4. Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wellungen (18) der ersten Platten (10) und die Wellungen (24) der zweiten Platten (12) im Wesentlichen sinusförmig sind.
  5. Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Platten (10) und die zweiten Platten (12) durch Tiefziehen einer Metallplatten, vorzugsweise auf Aluminiumbasis, hergestellt sind.
  6. Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erhöhten Ränder (16, 22) der ersten Platten (10) und der zweiten Platten (12) durch Löten zusammengefügt sind.
  7. Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eines der Fluide Öl eines Motors oder Öl eines Automatikgetriebes eines Kraftfahrzeugs ist, während das andere Fluid ein Kühlmittel ist.
