Claims (17)
- Verfahren zum Färben eines textilen Substrates in mindestens einem überkritischen Fluid, vorzugsweise zum Färben von Garnspulen in überkritischem Kohlendioxid, bei dem man das textile Substrat in einem Autoklaven anordnet und dort mit dem mindestens einen Farbstoff aufweisenden überkritischen Fluid an-bzw. durchströmt, wobei man den mindestens einen pulverförmigen Farbstoff mit dem überkritischen Fluid unter Ausbildung einer stabilen Lösung und/oder Dispersion des Farbstoffes in dem überkritischen Fluid in Kontakt bringt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die für die Färbung erforderliche Farbstoffmenge auf eine Vielzahl von Farbstoffteilmengen aufteilt und jede Farbstoffteilmenge für sich so lange mit dem überkritischen Fluid in Kontakt bringt, bis diese Farbstoffteilmenge gelöst bzw. dispergiert ist, daß man hiernach erst die nächste Farbstoffteilmenge in das überkritische Fluid einbringt und daß man diesen Vorgang so oft wiederholt, bis man die gesamte Farbstoffmenge in das überkritische Fluid eingebracht hat.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die für die Färbung erforderliche Farbstoffmenge auf 5 bis 200, insbesondere auf 20 bis 90, Farbstoffteilmengen aufteilt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man jede Farbstoffteilmenge derart in den Strom des überkritischen Fluids einbringt, daß das pro Zeiteinheit umgewälzte überkritische Fluid insgesamt mit der Farbstoffteilmenge mindestens einmal in Kontakt gebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man unmittelbar stromab der Förderpumpe für das überkritische Fluid die Farbstoffteilmengen mit dem überkritischen Fluid in Kontakt bringt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Vielzahl der Farbstoffteilmengen bei den für die jeweilige Färbung ausgewählten Temperatur- und Druckbedingungen in das überkritische Fluid einbringt.
- Vorrichtung zum Eintragen eines Farbstoffes in Teilmengen in ein zum Färben eines textilen Substrates verwendetes überkritisches Fluid, wobei der Vorrichtung ein mit einem Fluidzirkulationssystem versehener Autoklave zugeordnet ist und das Flottenzirkulationssystem eine Förderpumpe umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung (A) eine Farbstoffeintragevorrichtung (1) aufweist, die zwischen einer ersten Stellung, in der mindestens ein Farbstoffaufnahmeabschnitt (2) der Farbstoffeintragevorrichtung (1) frei zugänglich ist, und einer zweiten Stellung, in der sich der mindestens eine Farbstoffaufnahmeabschnitt (2) in Kontakt mit dem überkritischen Fluid befindet, und umgekehrt hierzu, bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Farbstoffeintragevorrichtung (1) als quer zur Strömungsrichtung des überkritischen Fluids verschiebbare Stange (1) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Stange (1) mindestens einen, als ringförmige Nut und/oder als Durchtrittsbohrung (2) ausgestalteten Farbstoffaufnahmeabschnitt aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung ein Gehäuse (3), vorzugsweise ein zylindrisches Gehäuse, aufweist, das mit einem Verbindungsbereich (10) zur Zuführung des überkritischen Fluids und einem Abführungsbereich (11) zur Abführung des mit Farbstoff beladenen überkritischen Fluids versehen ist, und daß innerhalb des Gehäuses (3) die Farbstoffeintragevorrichtung (1) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (3) mit gegenüberliegenden Verschlüssen (5) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlüsse Lager- und Dichtelemente (6 - 9) zur fluiddichten axial verschiebbaren Lagerung der als Stange (1) ausgebildeten Farbstoffeintragevorrichtung aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die als Stange (1) ausgestaltete Farbstoffeintragevorrichtung mindestens eine Durchtrittsbohrung (2) aufweist, die kopf- und/oder fußseitig mit einer entfernbaren Siebplatte versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Siebplatte eine Sintermetallplatte ist, deren Poren eine Porengröße kleiner oder gleich 30 µm, vorzugsweise kleiner oder gleich 15 µm, besitzen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Farbstoffeintragevorrichtung als drehbare Scheibe ausgestaltet ist, wobei die Scheibe an ihrem äußeren Rand über ihren radialen Umfang gleichmäßig verteilt mindestens zwei Farbstoffaufnahmeabschnitte aufweist, derart, daß sich stets mindestens ein Farbstoffaufnahmeabschnitt in der ersten Stellung und der mindestens eine andere Farbstoffaufnahmeabschnitt in der zweiten Stellung befindet, und daß durch eine Drehung der Scheibe der mindestens eine Farbstoffaufnahmeabschnitt aus der ersten in die zweite Stellung und der mindestens eine andere Farbstoffaufnahmeabschnitt aus der zweiten in die erste Stellung bringbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheibe vier bis acht über ihren Umfang gleichmäßig verteilte Farbstoffaufnahmeabschnitte aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Farbstoffaufnahmeabschnitte als Durchtrittsbohrungen ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchtrittsbohrungen kopf- und/oder bodenseitig mit einer Sintermetallplatte verschließbar sind, deren Poren eine Porengröße kleiner oder gleich 30 µm, vorzugsweise kleiner oder gleich 15 µm, besitzen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Farbstoffeintragevorrichtung (1) eine Farbstoffbeschickungseinrichtung (4) zugeordnet ist.
