Description
Claims (6)
- Procédé pour supporter dans un four des produits devant être traversés verticalement par un flux de gaz chauds consistant à déposer lesdits produits sur une plaque en mousse céramique poreuse (1), ladite plaque étant rigidifiée par des barres (5, 15) transversant la masse du ladite plaque et étant portée par les éléments porteurs (4, 14) du four par l'intermédiaire desdites barres.
- Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1 constitué par une plaque mince (1) en mousse céramique, cette plaque étant portée par les éléments porteurs (4) du four par l'intermédiaire des barres (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2 dans lequel les barres (5) viennent s'encastrer dans des rainures (6) ménagées dans la face inférieure (3) de la plaque (1) ; mais font saillie hors de cette face inférieure (3) de sorte que la matière de la plaque mince (1) ne vienne pas en contact avec les éléments porteurs (4) du four.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 dans lequel la plaque (1) est traversée, dans sa masse, par des barres complémentaires (15) qui sont perpendiculaires aux barres (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4 dans lequel les barres complémentaires (15) dépassent de la plaque (1) pour venir prendre appui sur des éléments porteurs additionnels (14) du four.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2 dans lequel la plaque (1) est traversée de part en part, par deux ensembles perpendiculaires de barres (5 et 15) la face inférieure (3) de la plaque (1) étant munie de rainures (7) découvrant les barres de support (5) pour que celles-ci viennent en contact avec les éléments porteurs (4) du four.
