Description
- à rapporter sur l'extrémité d'une queue de pêne un insert en un matériau, notamment synthétique, apte à amortir le bruit d'un entrechoquement ;
- à surmouler sur cette extrémité de la queue de pêne et sur cet insert la tête métallique de ce pêne demi-tour.
- la figure 1 illustre, de manière schématisée, une porte dont l'ouvrant est équipé d'une ferrure de verrouillage pourvue d'un pêne demi-tour destiné à coopérer avec une gâche au niveau du cadre dormant ;
- la figure 2 est une représentation schématisée en perspective du pêne demi-tour et en particulier de sa tête ;
- la figure 3 est une représentation schématisée et en élévation du pêne demi-tour, conforme à l'invention ;
- la figure 4 est une vue schématisée et de dessous de la figure 3.
Claims (4)
- Pêne demi-tour pour ferrure de verrouillage de type serrure, crémone-serrure ou similaire comprenant une tête (9) surmoulée sur une queue de pêne (15) et dont un côté (10) définit une rampe (11) pour la commande de recul de ce pêne demi-tour (2) en position de déverrouillage, contre l'action de moyens de rappel élastiques, sous l'impulsion, notamment, d'une gâche (7) prévue apte à accueillir ledit pêne demi-tour (2), ladite tête (9) étant garnie, au moins sur son côté (10) définissant la rampe (11), d'un insert (12) en un matériau, notamment synthétique, défini apte à amortir, au moins en partie, le bruit d'un entrechoquement dudit pêne demi-tour (2) avec ladite gâche (7), caractérisé par le fait que ledit insert (12) est défini apte à être monté sur l'extrémité (16) de la queue de pêne (15) avant surmoulage, sur cette extrémité (16), de la tête (9) métallique.
- Pêne demi-tour selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'insert (12), équipant l'extrémité (16) de ladite queue de pêne (15), est défini de section identique tout en étant légèrement supérieur à celle de la tête (9).
- Pêne demi-tour selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'insert (12) comporte, dans sa partie centrale, un évidemment (18) autorisant l'écoulement du matériau métallique en fusion lors du moulage de ladite tête (9).
- Procédé de fabrication d'un pêne demi-tour selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que :on rapporte sur l'extrémité (16) d'une queue de pêne (15) un insert (12) en un matériau, notamment synthétique apte à amortir un bruit d'entrechoquement ;on surmoule sur cette extrémité (16) de la queue de pêne (15) et sur cet insert (12) la tête (9) métallique de ce pêne demi-tour (2).
