Claims (13)
- Dispositif d'interruption de terre-plein central à séparateur permanent pour zone de communication entre voies de circulation présentant une position de fermeture assurant la continuité de la séparation des voies de circulation et des positions d'ouverture par rotation pour basculement de la circulation où les voies de circulation sont mises en communication, le dispositif étant constitué de modules métalliques trapézoïdaux assemblés et ayant des parois latérales fermées, lesdits modules métalliques comportant des supports (30) rétractables engagés dans des fourreaux (31) fiché dans le sol, lesdits supports étant disposé dans des entretoises (32), lesdites entretoises (32) étant solidaires des parois latérales, le dispositif comportant au moins un bras (2, 2') ayant deux extrémités opposées et constitué d'au moins un module de bras (20) ledit bras (2, 2') à sa première extrémité étant mobile en rotation autour d'un axe vertical formant articulation (33, 33') et ledit bras comportant au moins un pied pivotant escamotable à roulettes (40) destiné à soulever et à permettre la rotation dudit bras autour de l'articulation afin d'assurer l'ouverture pour basculement de la circulation,
caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre un module de verrouillage (10) à profil trapézoïdal mobile en translation sur la seconde extrémité du bras (2) afin d'assurer une ouverture d'urgence, chaque paroi latérale (18) du module de verrouillage comportant le long de sa face interne au moins deux profilés en U (11) pour rigidification, chacun desdits profilés comportant au moins deux roulettes de guidage latérales (12) réparties le long desdits profilés et en ce qu'une roulette amovible (13) est disposée à une extrémité dudit module de verrouillage (10). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des plaques d'appuis au sol (16, 28) sont disposées latéralement à la base desdits modules (10, 20), afin de renforcer les capacités de retenue desdits modules.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le module de bras (20) est rigidifié par au moins deux cannelures (23) disposées le long de chaque paroi latérale (22) et par au moins un renfort interne (26, 26').
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le module de verrouillage (10) comporte à sa partie supérieure au moins deux paires de roulettes de guidage supérieures (14) réparties le long dudit module (10).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque module de bras (20) destiné à recevoir en recouvrement par translation le module de verrouillage (10) comporte à sa face supérieure au moins une paire de roulettes (27).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que l'entretoise (32) comporte une articulation afin que le support (30) amovible, une fois rétractée hors du sol, puisse être basculé vers l'horizontale afin de rester à l'intérieur du gabarit défini par un module de bras (20).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que l'axe formant articulation (33) est un support fiché dans le sol constitué d'un tube métallique rond et en ce que le tube est disposé dans au moins une entretoise comportant un passage circulaire adapté, ladite entretoise étant solidaire des parois latérales (22) d'un module de bras (2, 2').
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, dans un bras (2, 2'), l'assemblage entre un premier module de bras et un second module de bras est assuré par boulonnage ou clavetage de l'extrémité correspondante du deuxième module sur un cadre de liaison (35) solidaire et débordant du premier module.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux modules de raccordement (50, 50') destinés à assurer la continuité de la séparation avec les deux séparateurs permanents adjacents (3,3') et en ce que le module de raccordement (50, 50') disposé entre l'extrémité du bras (2, 2') comportant l'articulation (33, 33') et le séparateur permanent (3, 3') présente deux parois latérales fermées et en ce qu'il comporte à sa partie supérieure un bras de maintien d'articulation (38, 38').
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le module de bras (20) mesure approximativement 0,8 m de hauteur, 0,6 m de largeur à la base, la base se poursuivant latéralement par deux plaques d'appuis au sol (28) de 0,15 m de largeur chacune, 0,27 m de largeur au sommet pour une longueur de 3,5 m.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les mouvements de montée et de descente du pied pivotant escamotable comportant des roulettes (40) sont commandés par un moyen du type vérin à vis.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, dans un bras (2, 2'), les mouvements de montée et de descente du pied pivotant escamotable comportant des roulettes (40) et les mouvements de montée et de descente du support (30) sont commandés par un moyen unique et synchronisés.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que sa longueur est d'au moins 32 m et qu'il comporte deux bras (2, 2'), chacun des bras comportant au moins quatre modules de bras (20).
