Claims (18)
- Verstellverfahren für zwei über einem Metallband (2) mit einer Bandebene (4) und einer Bandmittelachse (5) angeordnete Abschirmelemente (1) für ein flüssiges Kühlmedium (3), wobei durch Verstellen eines Verstellelements (7) ein Verstellen der Abschirmelemente (1) bewirkt wird, das eine entgegengesetzt gleichartige Verstellkomponente senkrecht zu einer Bandmittelebene (8) aufweist, die senkrecht zur Bandebene (4) verläuft und die Bandebene (4) in der Bandmittelachse (5) schneidet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstellelement (7) in der Bandmittelebene (8) verstellt wird. - Verstellverfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstellelement (7) über Verbindungsstangen (9) auf die Abschirmelemente (1) einwirkt. - Verstellverfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstellen der Abschirmelemente (1) nur senkrecht zur Bandmittelebene (8) erfolgt. - Verstellverfahren nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschirmelemente (1) in parallel zur Bandebene (4) verlaufenden Führungsschienen (6) geführt werden. - Verstellverfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet daß das Verstellen der Abschirmelemente (1) auch eine Verstellkomponente parallel zur Bandmittelebene (8) aufweist. - Verstellverfahren nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet daß die Abschirmelemente (1) bezüglich Schwenkpunkten (14) verschwenkt werden. - Verstellverfahren nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschirmelemente (1) mit den Schwenkpunkten (14) über Tragarme (13) verbunden sind, daß die Verbindungsstangen (9) mit den Tragarmen (13) an Gelenkpunkten (15) gelenkig verbunden sind und daß die Gelenkpunkte (15) zwischen den Schwenkpunkten (14) und den Abschirmelementen (1) angeordnet sind. - Verstellverfahren nach einem der obigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstellen des Verstellelements (7) und das Verstellen der Abschirmelemente (1) in einem nichtlinearen Verhältnis zueinander stehen, daß einem Ansteuerelement (17) eine Verstellung (x0) der Abschirmelemente (1) vorgegeben wird und daß das Ansteuerelement (17) aus der Verstellung (x0) der Abschirmelemente (1) eine korrespondierende Verstellung (y0) des Verstellelements (7) ermittelt. - Verstellverfahren nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Ansteuerelement (17) eine Anzahl von Verstellungspaaren (xn/yn) vorgegeben wird und daß das Ansteuerelement (17) zur Bestimmung der Verstellung (y0) des Verstellelements (7) eine Interpolation zwischen den Verstellungspaaren (xn/yn) vornimmt. - Verstellvorrichtung für zwei Abschirmelemente (1) für ein flüssiges Kühlmedium (3), die über einem Metallband (2) mit einer Bandebene (4) und einer Bandmittelachse (5) angeordnet sind, wobei die Abschirmelemente (1) mit einem Verstellelement (7) verbunden sind, mittels dessen die Abschirmelemente (1) um eine Verstellung verstellbar sind, die eine entgegengesetzt gleichartige Verstellkomponente senkrecht zu einer Bandmittelebene (8) aufweist, die senkrecht zur Bandebene (4) verläuft und die Bandebene (4) in der Bandmittelachse (5) schneidet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstellelement (7) in der Bandmittelebene (8) angeordnet ist. - Verstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstellelement (7) mit den Abschirmelementen (1) über Verbindungsstangen (9) verbunden ist. - Verstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschirmelemente (7) nur senkrecht zur Bandmittelebene (8) verstellbar sind. - Verstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschirmelemente (1) in parallel zur Bandebene (4) verlaufenden Führungsschienen (6) geführt sind. - Verstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstellen der Abschirmelemente (1) auch eine Verstellkomponente parallel zur Bandmittelebene (8) aufweist. - Verstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschirmelemente (1) bezüglich Schwenkpunkten (14) verschwenkbar sind. - Verstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschirmelemente (1) mit den Schwenkpunkten (14) über Tragarme (13) verbunden sind, daß die Verbindungsstangen (9) mit den Tragarmen (13) an Gelenkpunkten (15) gelenkig verbunden sind und daß die Gelenkpunkte (15) zwischen den Schwenkpunkten (14) und den Abschirmelementen (1) angeordnet sind. - Verstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstellen des Verstellelements (1) und das Verstellen der Abschirmelemente (1) in einem nichtlinearen Verhältnis zueinander stehen, daß einem Ansteuerelement (17) eine Verstellung (x0) der Abschirmelemente (1) vorgebbar ist und daß das Ansteuerelement (17) aus der Verstellung (x0) der Abschirmelemente (1) eine korrespondierende Verstellung (y0) des Verstellelements (7) ermittelt. - Verstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dem Ansteuerelement (17) eine Anzahl von Verstellungspaaren (xn/yn) vorgegeben ist und daß das Ansteuerelement (17) einen Interpolator (18) zur Bestimmung der Verstellung (y0) des Verstellelements (7) aus den Verstellungspaaren (xn/yn) aufweist.
