- the path traveled by Band 2 is the coil 11 to its application on the ground at the applicator roll 33.
- the reel 11 for storing the strip 2, mounted on a spool pin 12, is placed in a special housing on the chassis.
- the progress of band 2 can be set in its position and in the tension of the band that scrolls through clamping means 13 made in the form of flanges 14 or the like located on the spool pin 12.
- the strip 2 is pulled, adhesive part 2 'upwards, in the direction of flow indicated by the arrow towards the straightening means 15 constituted by a rectifier axis 16 provided with a rectifier roll 17 located just before the run assembly 19.
- this axis rectifier 16 is mounted perfectly parallel to the set of unwinding 19 between flanks 41 and 41 'interconnected by a cross member 36', the rotation of the band 2 around the axis preventing the deterioration of the latter by removing as much friction as you scroll.
- the roller rectifier 17 is provided with one, preferably, a plurality of guide means 18 such as rings, flanges or the like that regulate and maintain the straightening, the width and position of the strip 2.
- this or these guide means 18 must be made on the same alignment as the flanges 14 clamping means 13 of the spool pin 12.
- the guide means 18 of the spool rectifier roller 17 may be fixed by conventional locking means 18 ' such as, for example, knurled bolts or screws or the like.
- a symmetrical positioning of the coils 11 on the axis spool holder 12 will also make it possible to carry out a symmetrical marking, by example, with respect to the median axis of the roadway.
- the band 2 is guided and rectified by the rectifier axis 16, just before being introduced into the set of unwinding 19 of the strip 2 which is in particular composed of a feed roller Made, for example, of natural rubber or polyurethane, of a series upper roller bearing pins 21, 22, 23 and a fixed axis 24 ( Figures 2 and 3).
- a feed roller Made, for example, of natural rubber or polyurethane
- the band is pinched between the first axis upper roller holder 21 and the small supply roll 20 mounted in contact with the pointed rollers of this first axis.
- the combination of the rectifier roller 17 with the continuous nip between the roller shaft upper 21 and the supply roll 20 ensures that the band 2 can not move sideways, to the left or to the right.
- rollers of the axes upper rollers 21, 22 and 23, trainers and separators are advantageously made in the form of pebbles with spikes or projections 25, these points or projections 25, made in the mass or reported being able to be bright or slightly broken.
- Figure 4 shows that the rollers of the roller bearings 21, 22, 23 are arranged staggered from one roller to another and with intersection of their generatrices 21 ', 22', 23 'and that they are integral in rotation between them via the means of synchronization realized here in the form pulleys 21 ", 22", the double pulley 23 "and the upper flexible belt 26.
- the axis 23 also drives, through the double pulley 23 ", the pulley 31" and the lower flexible belt 26 ', the lower roller shaft 31 which leads to turn the lower roller shaft 32 through the pulleys 32 ", 32 '' 'and lateral belts 35 and 35 '. It is thus possible to carry out a training Perfect of the band 2.
- the lower roller bearing pins 31, 32 being just below the blade 30, and which are, moreover, made in a manner similar to the roller bearing pins 21, 22, 23 are also synchronized in rotation with the unwinding assembly 19 located above the blade 30 by means similar to those used for axis synchronization upper roller carriers 21, 22, 23, namely, the pulleys 31 ", 32", 32 '' ', the belts flexible 26, 26 ', and lateral 35, 35'.
- a belt 26 'synchronizes in particular the or the axis (s) upper roller holder (s) 21, 22, 23 with the axis (s) holder-roller (s) lower (s) 31, 32.
- the rollers of one or more axles (s) lower roller (s) 31, 32 may cause the front or front end of the new portion of cut out which prevents stuffing (Figure 3).
- the width of the layout of the strip 2 has been optimized to have a surface, and therefore a number of points or protruding parts 25 larger rollers thus reducing the pressure on the belt 2. This considerably increases the flexibility of the process, given the that all the axes carrying the rollers are synchronized in rotation, to the exception of the fixed axis 24 and guide pins 42, 43, 44 not driven.
- the rollers of the various roller bearing axes are preferably mounted in staggered and are alternately coach-separators, when the band passes on pebbles or projecting parts 25. Synchronization also allows to reduce the pressure applied to the upper cylinder 36.
- this self-laying device 1 of strips 2 is increased by the presence of an additional hydrostatic bridge 8 connected to a motor 5 for the purpose of its movement, said motor 5 can also cause a compressor 6 intended to supply pressurized air for the supply of various organs actuator, for example, of the type jack 36, 40.
- a compressor 6 intended to supply pressurized air for the supply of various organs actuator, for example, of the type jack 36, 40.
- the hydrostatic bridge 8 advancement of the autonomous laying device 1 of strips 2 with flexibility controlled progress at any time.
- the end of the strip 2 is introduced between the tips or parts protruding 25 of the rollers of the first axis upper roller holder 21 and the roller 20, these two elements being mounted in pressure against each other.
- the user of the machine then actuates the control device (s) 10 of the control and display panel 9 which corresponds to the supply of the actuator upper 36 against the upper drum 27 drive.
- the roller shafts 21, 22, 23 being in contact with said upper drum 27, it is sufficient then the user to turn manually, through the wheel 37, the upper drum 27, in the desired direction to move the tape forward or backward 2 and thus position it.
- the strip 2 is then driven by the rollers of the axis upper roller holder 21 and arriving at the next upper roller holder axis 22, this one repeats the operation until the band 2 is at the level of the counterblade 28 of the disconnecting device 29.
- the band 2 is thus put in place below the upper roller holder axis 23 where is the fixed axis 24 whose rollers are mounted free and crazy between them, said fixed axis being mounted, secured to the sectioning device 29 between the slide rails 49 and 49 'of the blade 30 (FIG 3).
- the operator triggers the laying of the band 2 by an electric button activating the automatism: the applicator roll 33 which is in contact with the ground, and whose rotational movement is synchronized with the movement of the machine, synchronizes in rotation the upper drum 27 by the bias of the belt 38 and the pulleys 27 "and 33", the belt 38 being free and not stretched at rest.
- the tension roller-jack assembly 39 comes to tend, at the time of the triggering the pose, the belt 38, and thus causes the rotation synchronized upper drum 27 and the applicator roll 33 and by the same, the scrolling of the band 2.
- the operator then activates, via the command 10 of the console 9 display and control, the programmable controller management of the laying of the band 2, allowing to choose between three ways to cut, either manually, semi-automatically, or automatic.
- manual mode the operator causes the cut from the desk 9; in the semi-manual mode, the following pose is only done on the order of the operator, the cut being caused by an electronic management and in the mode automatic electronic management repeats a cycle measuring the length of the tape 2, empty to possibly leave between two pieces of tape 2 consecutive and triggering the cut.
- the device for sectioning 29 of the autonomous laying device 1 of strips 2 is constituted by a transverse blade guided between the slide rails 49 and 49 'and actuated at its end opposite to the cutting edge by a cutting cylinder 40 mounted on a cross member 40 ', said blade 30 being disposed perpendicularly to the plane of the strip 2 between the unwinding assembly 19 and the application means 34 and cooperating, for cutting, with said counterblade 28 extending on a support 28 ' parallel to the blade 30 between the upper drum 27 of the set of unwinding 19 and the applicator roll 33. to produce a cut instant without stopping the machine.
- this cut must be made of way fast enough so that the chewing effect does not slip strip 2 between the blade 30 and the counterblade 28, which would have the consequence that band 2 would not be cut off.
- a satisfactory cutting speed during the scrolling of the strip 2 is obtained by the correct choice of the power of the cylinder of sectioning 40, by optimizing its supply of compressed air from compressor 6 and thanks to the air supply 7 via electro-distributors controlled from the console 9 control and display. As an indication, the pressure of the compressed air is between about 6 and 8 bar.
- the cutting cylinder 40 as well as the other cylinders employed in this The invention may also be operated hydraulically or in a manner equivalent.
- the blade 30 and / or against the blade 28 is / are preferably made (s) hardened steel, the blade 30 being moved by the sectioning jack 40.
- Said pivoting frame is articulated around the roller holder axis upper 23 and positioned by an upper cylinder 36, the application of rollers said upper roller bearing pins 21, 22, 23 on the belt 2, against the drum upper traction unit 27 and the counterblade 28, being adjustable via the control panel 9 and display.
- the laying head can oscillate (pivot) about said axis 23, the latter crossing the set from side to side and being housed in bearings mounted on the walls lateral 41, 41 'being positioned by the upper cylinder 36 fixed to the cross member 36 'itself fixed on said side walls 41, 41' by conventional means known to those skilled in the art.
- This arrangement has the advantage, when the band 2 under the applicator roll 33, to allow the laying head to perform a slight oscillation upwards, the rest of the machine remaining perfectly stable, this which assures straightness of perfect laying of the band 2 on the s.sol.
- band 2 passes, in its progress, between the blade 30 and against the blade 28 and under the axes lower roller carriers 31 and 32 which are driven in rotation by the pulley 31 " mounted on the lower roller holder shaft 31 and interconnected by the belts lateral 35, 35 ', the axis 31 being driven in turn by the flexible belts upper and lower 26, 26 'moved by the upper roller bearing axes 21, 22, 23.
- the rollers (not all shown) of the two lower roller bearings 31 and 32 are also staggered together, the aforementioned axes being mounted on sealed bearings as are preferentially all rotating axes of the present invention.
- Band 2 continues its routing and arrives at the medium 34 of the strip 2 on the ground, essentially consisting of at least one lower roller bearing axis 31, 32, at least one guide pin 42, 43, 44 and the applicator roll 33 which can be a second drum coach.
- the guide axis (s) 42, 43 and 44 are mounted (s) fixed in front of the roller applicator 33, seen in the direction of travel, between the lateral support parts 50 and 50 'and have rollers (not all represented) which turn, free and crazy, between circlips (not shown).
- strip 2 touches the ground and the autonomous laying device 1, moving forward, makes the applicator roll 33 can snap the end of the band 2 that passes under him.
- the band 2 brought by the set of unfolding 19 is perfectly guided and applied on floor.
- the application means 34 of the band 2 is in connection with training with the unwinding assembly 19 via a belt 38 mounted between the pulleys 27 "and 33" respectively provided on the upper drum 27 of traction and roller shaft applicator 33.
- the tension-cylinder assembly 39 acting as a clutch by tensioning the belt 38 in use.
- All tension roller-cylinder 39 can be constituted, as shown in FIG. accompanying drawings, by a roller 45 mounted at the end of the piston rod 46 of a control cylinder or by one of the pulleys 27 "and 33” incorporated under shape of a variable diameter pulley under the action of a jack, a cam, or similar.
- all cylinders are servo by electro-distributors controlled by the automation of the control panel 9 and display.
- a device characterized in that the upper drum 27, the applicator roll 33 (lower drum), the upper roller bearing axes 21, 22, 23 and lower 31, 32, trainers and separators, are mounted on ball bearings and are, at less at the time of unwinding and laying, synchronized in rotation between them by at least one synchronizing means 21 ", 22", 23 “, 26, 26 ', 27", 31 ", 32", 32 '' ', 33 ", 35, 35', 38.
- the device according to the invention operates in the manner following: after inserting the beginning of the tape 2 into the unwind set 19, and connection of the electrical circuits of the control panel 9 and display by unlocking a general switch (not shown), the operator starts the work cycle by switching on and off actuating the clutch made by the tension-jack assembly 39 of the driving of the unwinding assembly 19.
- the upper roller bearing pins (s) 21, 22, 23 and lower (s) 31, 32 and the fixed axis 24 and the axis (s) of guide 42, 43, 44 and the application means 34 then allow a guided progression of the strip 2 towards the blade 30. Before cutting the blade 30, the aforementioned clutch is disengaged to prevent the advance of the band 2 during the cutting time.
- the aforementioned clutch is again brought into the engaged position with the set of 19 of the band 2.
- the latter is then driven by the axle (s) lower rollers 31, 32 and guided by the applicator roll 33 and the or the axis (s) 41, 42, 43 to the ground.
