Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum Einschlagen eines Gutes mit einer Kunststofffolie, wobei das Gut gegen einen Folienvorhang fahrend von der Folie ein- oder mehrseitig umschlossen wird und im Einfuhrbereich neben dem Gut ein erster und ein zweiter Folienvorhangteil verbleibt und ein dazwischenliegendes Folienmittelteil das Gut ein- oder mehrseitig umschließt und ein Schließer den Einfuhrbereich hernach mindestens fast vollständig verschließt, wobei mindestens eines der beiden Folienvorhangteile von einem Spannmittel gespannt wird, damit das um das Gut liegende Folienmittelteil eng anliegt und der Schließer die beiden Folienvorhangteile so positioniert, daß diese durch eine Siegeleinheit miteinander verschweißt werden und die jeweils abgetrennten Enden des Folienmittelteiles miteinander verschweißt werden, um danach das fertig eingeschlagene Gut auszugeben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Schließer ein Klemmmittel als Spannmittel für das erste Folienvorhangteil vorgesehen ist und das Klemmmittel bei der Schließbewegung des Schließers zumindest für einen Teil der Schließbewegung das erste Folienvorhangteil beziehungsweise das Folienmittelteil klemmt und so spannt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Niederhalter das Gut festhält, bevor das Folienmittelteil durch das Spannen von einem oder beiden der Folienvorhangteile gespannt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder beiden der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während des Spannens des ersten Folienvorhangteiles auch das zweite Folienvorhangteil gespannt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Einschlagen eines Gutes mit einer Kunststofffolie, insbesondere zum Durchführen eines Verfahrens nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schließer (5) auf einer Schienenführung (50) beweglich gelagert ist und eine Positioniereinheit (6) vorgesehen ist, die die Position des Schließers (5) überwacht und eine Steuerung, in Abhängigkeit der Position des Schließers (5), das Klemmmittel (40) so ansteuert, um ein Zerreißen des Folienvorhanges (20) und/oder ein Verrutschen des Gutes (1) zu vermeiden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Positioniereinheit (6) ein Servomotor (60)dient, der über ein Antriebemittel (61), zum Beispiel einen Zahnriemen oder eine Antriebsspindel, auf den schlittenartig geführten Schließer (5) wirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder beiden der Ansprüche 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Schienenführung (50) auch der Niederhalter (7) und/oder die Siegeleinheit (8) angeordnet ist/sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Spannmittel (4) für das zweite Folienvorhangteil (22) eine geschlitzte Walze (41, 43) vorgesehen ist, welche um ihre Längsachse zum Spannen des zweiten Folienvorhangteiles(22) schwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klemmmittel (40) an dem Schließer (5) angeordnet ist, und sich mit diesem mitbewegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Position des Niederhalters (7) auf der Schienenführung (50) durch die Positioniereinheit (6) und dem Schließer (5) einstellbar ist.
