Erfolgt aufgrund von Störungseinflüssen keine Zündung des Detonators 35, so ist durch den pyrotechnischen Satz, insbesondere durch den Verstärkersatz 32 gewährleistet, daß der Detonator 35 gezündet wird.
Claims (7)
- Pyrotechnischer Selbstzerleger für Munition mit einem, in einem Gehäuse (3) gelagerten Schieber (7), der einen Detonator (35), einen zweiarmigen, pyrotechnischen Satz (29) zur Zündung des Detonators (35) mit einer Zündvorrichtung (8, 10) enthält,
wobei der Schieber (7) durch einen Antrieb aus einer Sicherstellung in eine Scharfstellung gelangt,
und wobei die Zündvorrichtung (8) separat in Sicherstellung gesichert ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der pyrotechnische Satz (29) in V-Form vorliegt, und
die Zündvorrichtung (8) am Kopfende des Schiebers (7) angeordnet und mit diesem verbunden ist. - Pyrotechnischer Selbstzerleger nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Schieber (7) etwa in seiner Längsrichtung Bohrungen (78, 82) eingebracht sind, die zwischen sich einen Winkel (83) einschließen,
und die Bohrungen (78, 82) an ihrem sacklochseitigen Ende sich zur Bildung eines Brennquerschnitts (88) überschneiden. - Pyrotechnischer Selbstzerleger nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (7) stirnseitig Kreisbogenabschnitte (84, 85) entsprechend dem Radius (86) des Gehäuses (3, 14) aufweist. - Pyrotechnischer Selbstzerleger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anstichhammer (10) etwa in der Symmetrieachse (15) des kreisförmigen Gehäuses (3) bzw. des Schiebers (7) zwischen den beiden Bohrungen (81, 82) am Fuß (14) des Gehäuses (3) und nahe am Umfang (22) desselben gelagert ist. - Pyrotechnischer Selbstzerleger nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Anstichhammer (10) flachbauend in der Form eines einarmigen Scharnierbandes ausgebildet
und am Flachstück (11) die Zündnadel (12) angeformt ist, wobei ein freies Ende (90) bis zum Umfang (22) des Fußes (14) ragt. - Pyrotechnischer Selbstzerleger nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anstichhammmer (10) in Sicherstellung mit seiner Rückseite (47) seines Flachstücks (11) den Verstärkungssatz (32) abdeckt. - Pyrotechnischer Selbstzerleger nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sicherungsstift (46) den Anstichhammer (10) in Sicherstellung formschlüssig festlegt,
daß der Sicherungsstift (46) durch eine aerodynamische Bremse in der Form einer Tasche (53) antreibbar und aus einer Bohrung (44) des Anstichhammers (10) herausziehbar ist.
