Description
Erfindungsgemäß liegt eine einfache und kostengünstige Lösung vor, da insbesondere der Anstichhammer kleinbauend und einfach ausgebildet ist. Aufgrund der Anordnung des Anstichhammers in einer Nische ist das Gewicht des Schiebers verkleinert, so daß die Verlängerung des pyrotechnischen Satzes im Schieber und die Anordnung des Anstichhammers ebenfalls im Schieber zu keiner Gewichtserhöhung sondern eher zur Gewichtsminderung führt.

Erfolgt aufgrund von Störungseinflüssen keine Zündung des Detonators 35, so ist durch den pyrotechnischen Satz, insbesondere durch den Verstärkersatz 32 gewährleistet, daß der Detonator 35 gezündet wird.
Claims (4)
- Selbstzerlegungseinrichtung für einen Munitionszünder wie Zünder für ein Bomblet, Granate, Handgranate, mit einem kreisförmigen Gehäuse (3), einem darin gelagerten Schieber (7) der einen Detonator (35), eine Ausnehmung (13) für einen zeitverzögemd abbrennenden, pyrotechnischen Satz mit Anstich- und Ausgangssatz (30, 32) enthält, und einen Anstichhammer (10) am kopfseitigen Ende des Schiebers aufweist und der Schieber (7) basisseitig mit seinen beiden Ecken (20) am Umfang (22) des kreisförmigen Gehäuses (3) liegt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der federgetriebene Anstichhammer (10) durch einen Sicherungsstift (46) in Sicherstellung festgelegt ist,
der Anstichhammer (10) flachbauend in der Form eines einarmigen Scharnierbandes ausgebildet
und am Flachstück (11) die Zündnadel (12) angeformt ist,
der Anstichhammer (10) in Sicherstellung mit der Rückseite (47) seines Fachstücks (11) zwischen einer Schieberfläche (19) und einem Sicherungsstift (46) liegt und die Rückseite (47) des Flachstücks (11) den Verstärkungssatz (32) abdeckt, und
der Anstichhammer (10) in Sicherstellung in der Nische (45) oder Schlitz des Schiebers (7) liegt und der Anstichhammer (10) in eine Ausnehmung (43) des Gehäuses (3) ragt, wobei
der Schieber (7) etwa um die Tiefe der Nische (45) im Bereich des Verstärkersatzes (23) und der Symmetrieachse (15) verkürzt ist. - Selbstzerlegungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anstichhammer (10) etwa in der Symmetrieachse des kreisförmigen Gehäuses zwischen den beiden parallel verlaufenden Bohrungen des Gehäuses (3) und nahe am Umfang (22) des Gehäuses (3) gelagert ist. - Selbstzerlegungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch kennzeichnet, dass der Sicherungsstift (46) durch eine aerodynamische Bremse in der Form einer Tasche (53) antreibbar und aus einer Bohrung (52) des Gehäuses (3) herausziehbar ist. - Selbsterlegungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch kennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (7) kopfseitig im Bereich des Anstichsatzes (30) mit seiner Gehäuseecke (21) am Umfang (22) oder nahe am Umfang (22) des Gehäuses (3) liegt und damit der pyrotechnische, anstichseitige Satz (29) sich nahezu zwischen zwei am kreisförmigen Umfang (22) einander gegenüberliegenden Punkten (20, 27) erstreckt.
