Abstract

Jede Siebtrommelkonstruktion weist vor der sich drehenden und die Warenbahn (17) transportierenden Siebtrommel (5,14) eine ortsfeste Siebdecke (10,10') auf, die für den Stau der vom Ventilator (6) kommenden Trockenluft und damit für den gleichmäßigen Durchtritt der Luft durch die Siebdecke und damit für einen über die Breite der Warenbahn gleichmäßigen Trockenvorgang sorgt. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Siebdecke (10,10') mit einer Perforierung (18) versehen, die mit ihrer Durchlässigkeit dem Trockenzustand angepaßt ist. Am Anfang des Trockenvorganges, wenn die nasse Warenbahn (17) noch nicht so durchlässig ist, ist die Siebdecke (10,10') mit einer geringeren freien Luftdurchtrittsfläche zu perforieren und mit zunehmendem Trocknungszustand mit einer größeren freien Luftdurchtrittsfläche (Feld 1-6), indem die Löcher im Durchmesser größer oder deren Anzahl pro Fläche größer ist.
