Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Trommelvorrichtung - vorzugsweise Siebtrommelvorrichtung zum durchströmenden Wärmebehandeln von bahnförmigem Textilgut, Vlies oder Papier mit einem z. B. gasförmigen, in der Vorrichtung umgewälzten Behandlungsmittel mit einer innen unter Saugzug stehenden, stirnseitig Böden aufweisenden, zur Durchlässigkeit z. B. gelochten Blechtrommel als Transportelement für das bahnförmige Gut - , welche an ihrem Umfang mit einem durchlässigen, schlauchförmigen Siebgewebe bedeckt ist, dessen zumindest eine kreisrunde Stimkante an einem den Außendurchmesser der Trommel aufweisenden, konzentrisch angeordneten Spannring an der zugehörigen Stimwand der Trommel zum steten Ausgleich von beim Heißbehandeln durch Temperaturschwankung wechselseitig auftretenden Längenänderungen des Siebgewebes elastisch abgestützt ist.The invention relates to a drum device - preferably screen drum device for the continuous heat treatment of web-like textile, nonwoven or paper with a z. Dies heißt, dass die Federelemente das Siebgewebe nicht über die Kante des Spannrings ziehen und dennoch radial ausgerichtet sind. Der Grund dafür liegt in dem Vorteil dieser Federelemente, dass radial ausgerichtete Federelemente eben auch die in radialer Richtung entstehenden Kräfte aufnehmen können, die bisher den zerstörerischen Verschleiß bewirkt haben. Mit dieser Vorrichtung werden nur noch axiale Kräfte an dem Siebgewebe aktiv, und zwar nur solche, die gleichmäßig über den Umfang über den Spannring an dem Siebgewebe angreifen. Eine ungleichmäßige Belastung des Siebgewebes über den Umfang entfällt, und zwar auch während des Betriebes des Trockners. Selbstverständlich kann der Ventilatorraum auch in einem von dem Siebtrommelgehäuse abgetrennten, hier ebenfalls nicht dargestellten, gesonderten Ventüatorgehäuse angeordnet sein. Die Abstandshalter 9 liegen mit einem definierten Abstand nebeneinander und mit ihrer radial innen liegenden Fläche unmittelbar auf dem Siebtrommelmantel 8 auf. Der siebförmige Belag 10 seinerseits liegt nur auf den radial außen angeordneten Kanten der U-förmigen Abstandshalter 9 auf, was eine gleichmäßige Durchströmung des auf dem Siebgewebe 10 aufliegenden Gutes gewährleistet.The
