- Apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the sheet metal drum (15) is perforated.
- Apparatus according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterised in that the sheet metal drum (15) abuts directly against the internal edges (32) of the sheet metal strips (10).
- Apparatus according to claim 2, characterised in that the sheet metal strip (10) has a milled recess (35), which is increasingly deeper radially inwardly, for the abutment of one end face of the small tube (33).
- Apparatus according to claim 5, characterised in that the inclination of the milled recess (35) is provided in such a manner that the milled face is orientated parallel to the oppositely disposed wall of the adjacent, radially orientated sheet metal strip (10).
