Claims (20)
- Dispositif de préséchage de fils textiles après traitement humide, disposé dans une installation de traitement de fils, en aval d'une station de lavage (2) et en amont d'un poste de séchage, caractérisé en ce qu'il est essentiellement constitué par un transporteur (4) de support de la nappe de fils (3), à surface de transport perméable, par un moyen mécanique d'essorage (5) s'appliquant en continu sur la nappe de fils (3) en défilement sur le transporteur de support (4), par un moyen (6) d'application d'une différence de pression par circulation d'air à travers ladite nappe (3) et par une enceinte (7) de récupération de l'humidité exprimée comportant à sa partie supérieure le transporteur de support (4).
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le transporteur (4) de support de la nappe de fils (3) est constitué par un tapis perméable à l'air et à l'eau, entraíné en déplacement par un moteur indépendant en synchronisme avec les transporteurs en amont et en aval du dispositif de préséchage.
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le tapis perméable formant le transporteur (4) est constitué par une bande de caoutchouc naturelle ou synthétique renforcée et perforée sur toute sa surface ou encore par une bande réalisée en un maillage de fils textiles ou métalliques ou par une bande métallique perforée.
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen mécanique d'essorage (5) s'appliquant en continu sur la nappe de fils (3) est constitué sous forme d'un tapis perméable guidé sur des cylindres de guidage (5') et s'étendant au-dessus du transporteur (4) de support de la nappe de fils (3), la largeur de ce tapis étant supérieure à celle du tapis perméable formant ledit transporteur de support (4).
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 4. caractérisé en ce que les cylindres de guidage (5') du tapis formant le moyen mécanique d'essorage (5) sont montés sur un châssis fixé au-dessus de l'enceinte (7) de récupération de l'humidité exprimée.
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la fixation du châssis de montage des cylindres de guidage (5') du moyen mécanique d'essorage (5) sur l'enceinte (7) de récupération de l'humidité exprimée est réalisée de manière réglable, de sorte que l'écartement entre le transporteur de support (4) et le moyen mécanique d'essorage (5) est réglable.
- Dispositif, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le tapis perméable formant le moyen d'essorage (5) est automatiquement entraíné dans la direction de déplacement de la nappe de fils en étant guidé sur les cylindres de guidage (5'), par application sous pression sur la nappe de fils (3).
- Dispositif, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un des cylindre de guidage (5') du moyen mécanique d'essorage (5) est muni d'un moyen d'entraínement en synchronisme avec le transporteur de support (4).
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'entraínement en synchronisme avec le transporteur de support (4) est, soit un moyen mécanique tel qu'une chaíne ou une courroie crantée coopérant, d'une part, avec une poulie correspondante solidaire de l'un des cylindres de guidage (5') et, d'autre part, avec une poulie solidaire d'un inverseur de mouvement relié à un cylindre de guidage du tapis perméable formant le transporteur de support (4) ou directement au moteur d'entraínement de ce dernier, soit un moteur d'entraínement propre.
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (6) d'application d'une différence de pression par circulation d'air à travers la nappe (3) de fils en défilement sur le transporteur de support (4) est avantageusement constitué par un dispositif de succion relié à l'enceinte (7) de récupération de l'humidité exprimée.
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (6) d'application d'une différence de pression par circulation d'air à travers la nappe (3) de fils en défilement sur le transporteur de support (4) comporte un ventilateur d'extraction (8) relié à l'enceinte (7) de récupération de l'humidité exprimée par l'intermédiaire de tuyaux d'aspiration (9 et 10), avec interposition d'un moyen de décantation (11) pourvu d'une pompe (12) de vidange de l'eau récupérée.
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de décantation (11) est constitué sous forme d'un cyclone.
- Dispositif, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 5, 6, 10 et 11, caractérisé en ce que l'enceinte (7) est pourvue de moyens d'étanchéification périphérique du transporteur de support (4).
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (6) d'application d'une différence de pression par circulation d'air à travers la nappe (3) de fils en défilement sur le transporteur de support (4) est constitué par un dispositif d'application d'une pression d'air au-dessus de la nappe de fils (3), à travers le moyen d'essorage (5) s'appliquant en continu sur la nappe de fils (3), entre les cylindres de guidage (5') de ce dernier, le châssis de montage du moyen d'essorage (5) sur l'enceinte (7) étant pourvu d'un capotage de fermeture étanche coopérant à sa périphérie inférieure avec ladite enceinte (7).
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que l'espace délimité par le capotage entourant le moyen d'essorage (5) est relié à un moyen d'amenée d'air sous pression et l'air, traversant le tapis perméable constituant ledit moyen (5), ainsi que la nappe de fils (3) et le transporteur de support (4) également perméable, est évacué dans l'enceinte (7) en entraínant l'humidité adhérente par capillarité, ladite enceinte (7) étant pourvue d'un dispositif de pompage de l'humidité exprimée.
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (6) d'application d'une différence de pression par circulation d'air à travers la nappe (3) de fils en défilement sur le transporteur de support (4) sous forme d'un dispositif fonctionnant en circuit fermé et réalisant simultanément, d'une part, l'application d'une succion sous le transporteur de support (4) et, d'autre part, l'application d'une pression au-dessus du moyen d'essorage (5), ce dispositif étant essentiellement constitué par une pompe dont l'aspiration est reliée à l'enceinte (7) et dont le refoulement des bouches dans un capotage entourant le châssis de support et de montage du moyen d'essorage (5) s'appliquant en continu sur la nappe de fils (3) sur l'enceinte (7), un dispositif de décantation à cyclone étant, en outre, intégré dans ce circuit fermé de circulation d'air entre le raccordement de l'enceinte (7) et l'aspiration de la pompe à air, ce dispositif à cyclone étant muni d'une pompe de vidange de l'eau récupérée.
- Dispositif, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 10, 11 et 14 à 16, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (6) d'application d'une différence de pression par circulation d'air à travers la nappe (3) de fils en défilement sur le transporteur de support (4) est complété par un dispositif de chauffage de l'air appliqué à ladite nappe de fils, sous forme d'une batterie de chauffe électrique ou à vapeur, d'un dispositif de chauffage au gaz ou autre.
- Dispositif, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 4 à 8 et 14 à 16, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'essorage (5) s'appliquant en continu sur la nappe de fils (3) est équipé, en outre, de cylindres de pression montés dans le châssis de fixation sur l'enceinte (7), entre les cylindres de guidage (5'), de manière déplaçable verticalement par rapport au tapis perméable constitutif du moyen d'essorage (5) contre l'action de ressorts de rappel.
- Procédé mis en oeuvre par le dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 18, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste essentiellement à appliquer simultanément à une nappe de fils humide (3) en défilement sur un transporteur (4) à surface de transport perméable, d'une part, une action mécanique continue d'essorage et, d'autre part, une différence de pression par circulation d'air à travers ladite nappe (3).
- Procédé, suivant la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que l'air traversant la nappe de fils humide (3) en défilement est préalablement chauffé.
