Claims (7)
- Einrichtung zur Kontrolle der Lage von Druckplatten auf dem Plattenzylinder von Druckmaschinen, insbesondere Bogenoffsetdruckmaschinen, mit einem die Position der Druckplatte auf dem Plattenzylinder definierenden Anschlag sowie einem die Lage der Druckplatte erfassenden Signalgeber mit nachgeschalteter Auswerteeinheit,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Signalgeber (9) außerhalb des Plattenzylinders (2) an einer Aufhängung (7) gestellfest gelagert und in einer für das Zuführen einer neuen Druckplatte (1) zum Plattenzylinder (2) vorgesehenen Winkelstellung an den Plattenzylinder (2) anstellbar ist, wobei Ausrichtmittel (6,8) vorgesehen sind, durch welche der Signalgeber (9) in eine definierende Position bezüglich dem Plattenzylinder (2) verbringbar ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Signalgeber (9) über eine Aufhängung (7) um eine parallel zur Achse des Plattenzylinders (2) angeordnete Achse verschwenkbar ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Signalgeber (9) in dem die Position der Druckplatte (1) definierenden Anschlag (4) angeordnet und mit diesem Anschlag (4) zusammen an den Plattenzylinder (2) anstellbar ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Ausrichtmittel (6, 8) als eine an einem Ende des Signalgebers (9) bzw. des Anschlages (4) ausgebildete Zentrierspitze (4) sowie eine in der Befestigungsvorrichtung (3) des Plattenzylinders (2) angeordnete Kontur (6) ausgebildet sind. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Signalgeber (9) einen bei Anlage der Druckplatte (1) betätigbaren elektrischen Kontakt aufweist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Kontakt als ein elektrisch isoliert gegenüber dem Anschlag (4) ausgebildeter Bereich ist, der bei Anlage der Druckplatte (1) eine elektrische Verbindung herstellt. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Signalgeber (9) als ein die Druckplatte (1) berührungslos tastender Sensor ausgebildet ist.
