Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zur Erfassung der Lage einer Druckplatte auf dem Plattenzylinder einer Druckmaschine, bei der Registermittel vorgesehen sind, die mit einer Kante der Druckplatte (16) korrespondieren,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedem Registermittel (21, 22) mindestens ein mechanischer Spannungssensor (27, 28; 29) zugeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Registermittel Anschläge (21, 22) in Form von Stiften oder Bolzen sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannungssensoren (27, 28; 29) in unmittelbarer Nähe der Anschläge (21; 22) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannungssensoren (27, 28, 29) und die Anschläge (21, 22) an einer Klemmleiste (20) angebracht sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Anschlag (21) einen kreisförmigen Querschnitt aufweist und daß diesem Anschlag (21) die zwei Spannungssensoren (27, 28) zugeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannungssensoren (27, 28) in einem Winkel α zueinander angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Anschlag (22) einen rechteckförmigen Querschnitt aufweist und daß diesem der Spannungssensor (29) zugeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Bereich um die Registermittel (21, 22) herum Durchbrüche (39) und Stege (41) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mechanischen Spannungssensoren (27, 28; 29) auf den Stegen (39; 41) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Plattenzylinder 11 ein erster Induktivübertrager (31) vorgesehen ist, der einem zweiten gestellfest angeordneten Induktivübertrager (32) bei der Druckplattenzufuhr zu Datenübertragung gegenübersteht. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannungssensoren (27, 28, 29) piezoelektrische Kraftsensoren sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Anzeigemittel (43,44) vorgesehen ist, welches an den Klemmleisten (20) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 oder 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Energiequelle (42) an der Klemmleiste (20) angeordnet ist.
