Definitions
- the invention relates to a window fitting for a window a frame, a casement, which is mounted on the frame and in an opening direction from a closed to one open position is pivotable, with a sash on the sash operating rod interacting with a bolt and on the frame a locking plate are attached, by means of which the closed Sash frame can be locked on the frame and the Bolt can be pivoted to the frame using a bearing pin Sash is articulated.
- the invention further relates to a Windows with such a window fitting.
- a window generally has a casement, which means Fitting on a frame pivoted or tilted is.
- a casement which means Fitting on a frame pivoted or tilted is.
- locking elements on the casement especially roller bolts
- Locking plates on the frame are slidable.
- the locking elements are arranged in the area of a fold between the frame and the closed casement is formed.
- the frame and the sash are subject to production contingent dimensional fluctuations. Furthermore, warp and twist they change during use due to thermal stresses and the weight of the glazing act on them. The fold between Frame and casement is therefore also used to compensate for Dimensional fluctuations and delay.
- locking elements roll bolts
- locking elements mushroom cones
- the locking elements are in related Locking plates on the frame can be pushed or swiveled.
- the profile parts of the frame and the sash are made aesthetic reasons, however, lean and must be designed simultaneously provide sufficient stability to be able to carry heavy heat and soundproof glazing. The place to Arranging such additional locking elements is therefore very limited.
- Door locks are known from the company Gretsch-Unitas GmbH, where locking hooks or locking bolts as locking elements on Engage the door leaf in the corresponding striking plates on the door frame.
- the door locks are relatively large and therefore the restricted space of a window unsuitable.
- the invention has for its object a window fitting and to provide a window with such a window fitting, where the window fitting even in very tight spaces increased security against burglary on the casement offers.
- the locking device has a hook bolt pivotally mounted on the casement on, in the extended position in one on the frame arranged locking plate engages.
- the hook bolt will thereby moved by a control pin that the hook bolt in holds the extended and retracted position. So that the hook bolt dips into and on the locking plate engages behind, he must exactly when closing the casement can be arranged to match the locking plate. This is not guaranteed if the window is not made to size or is distorted.
- the invention further aims to provide a window fitting and to provide a window with such a window fitting at which the window fitting even with a not made to measure or warped windows can be easily locked and is lockable and at the same time sufficient or increased Offers security against burglary.
- the bolt and the locking plate each have at least one tooth so arranged that the teeth engage when the closed and locked casement a bit in the opening direction is moved.
- the sash is therefore vertical secured to its opening direction in the event of a break-in. Because the bolt and the transom made of relatively strong material can be produced and have a relatively large width can, several teeth can be formed, which is significant offer increased security against burglary. At the same time the bolts in the bolt plate have a relatively large amount of play, since the teeth only engage by moving in the opening direction come.
- the window fitting can be advantageous for a tiltable window be designed so that the actuating rod is linear between three points, a blocking point, an open point and a tipping point is movable.
- the cam track is designed so that it between the actuation path of the actuation rod from the blocking point to the open point an inclined to the profile part of the casement has rising curve section when the cam track is formed on the bolt, and a sloping curve section, if the cam track is formed on the operating rod is. Then the cam track points to the tipping point has the curve section parallel to the casement.
- Such a Bolt is only locked at the blocking point and can therefore be locked in be attached to the upper region of the tiltable window.
- a window fitting tiltable windows is a bolt, in which the curved track from the blocking point to the open point one to the profile part of the casement inclined rising and then to the tipping point has a sloping curve section when the curve path is formed on the bolt. If the cam track on the operating rod is formed, initially has a sloping one and then an ascending curve section. The The bolt is then locked at the blocking point and at the tipping point can therefore be attached in the lower area of the tilting window his.
- the object of the invention is also advantageous by a fixed fitting solved, in which the locked bolt in the opening direction a distance of 20% or more from the locking plate Has thickness of the bar in this area.
- the invention is based here on the basic idea that the bolt only in the opening direction of the casement, but not the opposite Opening direction, must offer security against burglary. Therefore the locked bolt must not be opposite to the opening direction lie on or hook behind the transom.
- the bar can be designed so that it in the opening direction takes advantage of the entire available game and turns it into a bolt plate in one is arranged much greater distance than known bars.
- the bolt on the outside next to the operating rod on the casement is arranged, it engages approximately in the opening direction the middle into the frame.
- the bolt is always attached to the operating rod and engages only on the edge of the frame.
- This invention In contrast, the arrangement of the latch has greater stability on.
- Another possibility to break into a window is in that the burglar from outside, e.g. using a screwdriver, a locking pin of the locking mechanism moves, and this opens the locking mechanism. This can be prevented by the bars advantageously on the outside next to each Locking pins are arranged. The locking pins are then from outside not accessible or movable.
- the locking mechanism can be external with very few components be designed similar to known locking mechanisms by the bolt in the opening direction in the middle area of the operating rod is arranged.
- the latch can be used in such Case with a curved path penetrating it in the opening direction be trained.
- a bolt can penetrate the bolt and be supported on both sides of the operating rod. The bolt is then particularly against pulling out due to the bolt secured.
- the task according to the invention by a window fitting in which the actuating rod is linear between three points, a blocking, an open and a Tilt point is movable, at which the casement blocks, is to be opened or tilted, the bearing pin in one to the casement directed area of the bolt between the locking and the open point is arranged, the bearing pin in a Casement vertical slot is slidably mounted, a Spring arranged between the bearing pin and the open point and the latch is substantially perpendicular to the casement in Biased towards the frame, and in which the cam track of the unlocked bolt from the blocking point to the first open point a circular segment-shaped curve section with the bearing pin as the center point, from the first open point to Tipping point then a sloping, sloping towards the casement Section of the curve, from the tipping point to the second open point then one essentially parallel to the casement Section of the curve, and then from the second open point to the blocking point an ascending curve section inclined to the casement.
- a window fitting can counter conventional locking sequences a modified locking sequence where the bolt locks at the blocking point, Not locked at the first open point, locked at the tipping point and is locked at the second open point.
- That Window can be opened at the first open point, it can not at the second open point. This second open point will taken after the tipping point. Around the window from the tipping point To open outwards, the second open point must then be opened approached the blocking point and finally the first open point become. This is the security of the window against Slump in the tilted position increased.
- the bolt in the swivel direction by a spring is advantageous, such as. a leaf spring or coil spring, preloaded.
- the Latch is especially protected against misunderstanding and additional secured in the locked state.
- the window fitting according to the invention is particularly advantageous used in a window that has slim profile parts and therefore only take up a fitting with a small footprint can.
- the window 10 shown comprises a profile part of a frame 12 and an adjoining profile part of a casement 14, each made of wood.
- a glass pane 16 is gripped between two seals 18 and 20.
- the seal 20 is held by an aluminum profile 22, which is attached to the sash 14.
- On the frame 12 is also attached an aluminum profile 23.
- the aluminum profiles 22 and 23 form together with the wooden casement 14 and Frame 12 a window in composite construction.
- the window 10 is shown in FIG. 1 in the closed position, where here the closed position of the casement 14 to the frame 12 is understood, in which the sash 14 and the frame the ideal manufacturing dimensions correspond to the sash 14 on the frame 12 is present and is not exposed to any stresses that may result from it Warp ideal position.
- the sash 14 is by fishing (not shown) pivotally mounted on the frame 12 and into a opening direction shown by an arrow X to open.
- the opening direction X extends in the closed position perpendicular to a main plane or pane plane of the casement 14.
- the aluminum profiles 22 and 23 are on the outside attached to the sash 14 or frame 12, and the sash 14 lies on the inside of the frame, i.e. he is in Opening direction X to open inwards.
- One on the sash 14 arranged and sealing to the frame 12 sealing 24th compensates for manufacturing tolerances and warpage that of the casement 14 in the opening direction X relative to the frame 12 having.
- the seal 24 thereby prevents air flow between outside and inside.
- the fold 26 has a fold width b in the opening direction X and in one of them vertical direction Z to a fold height h.
- the fold 26 serves to compensate for manufacturing tolerances and warping in the direction Z.
- a Locking mechanism with an actuating rod 30 and a cover 32 attached.
- the operating rod 30 is relative to Sash 14 and cover 32 perpendicular to the direction Z and the opening direction X spanned plane and thus displaceable parallel to the profile part of the casement 14 shown (i.e. perpendicular to the plane of the drawing of Fig. 1).
- the locking element for example a roller pin known per se, attached.
- a latch 34 is formed, which is shown in the Embodiment cooperates with the actuating rod 30.
- the function of this bolt 34 is shown in FIGS. 2 to 5 illustrated in detail.
- the bolt is a swivel bolt 34 guided in a locking pocket 36 and on one in the Bolt pocket 36 bearing pin 45 pivotally mounted.
- the locking pocket is in a recess 26 which is open to the fold Casement 14 used.
- Swivel bolt 34 On the frame 12 is opposite Swivel bolt 34 arranged a stop in the form of a locking plate 38.
- the locking plate 38 is by means of screws 42 in one Recess of the frame 12 attached.
- an elongated hole 46 is formed in a side wall of the locking pocket 36 is parallel to the operating rod 30 in a side wall of the locking pocket 36 is parallel to the operating rod 30 an elongated hole 46 is formed.
- a bolt 40 protrudes through the elongated hole 46 and is attached to the actuating rod 30.
- the bolt 40 is by means of the actuating rod 30 in Elongated hole 46 from a blocking point S via an open point O to a tipping point K displaceable by an actuation path Y.
- the sash 14 at the locking point S in the closed Position blocked.
- the open point O the sash 14 opened and tilted at the tipping point K.
- the cam track 44 points in the unlocked position of the pivot bolt 34 one rising towards the bearing pin 46 and one subsequent section parallel to the actuation path Y.
- the bolt 40 moves in the curved path 44 and pivots the swivel bolt 34 in the bolt pocket 36.
- This type the cam track is suitable for a bolt that can be tilted Windows arranged in the upper tilted area of the window is. Such a bolt is only locked when the window closed is.
- the cam track can be designed so that it one to the bearing pin 46 directed rising and one subsequent to Actuating rod 30 in the direction Z falling curve section has, i.e. the rising and falling curve sections are at an acute angle to the actuation path Y.
- the pivot bolt 34 is then in the bolt pocket 36 and again pivoted out of this.
- the direction of actuation is reversed there is an analog movement of the swivel lock 34.
- This type of cam track is suitable for a latch that is on a tiltable Windows arranged in the lower, non-tilted area of the window is. Such a bolt is locked when the window is closed or tipped.
- the principle of moving from horizontal to vertical can also be realized in that the cam track 44 on the Actuating rod 30 and the engaging part, e.g. the Bolt 40 is formed on the swivel bolt 34.
- the cam track 44 is then to be designed in mirror image in the Z direction.
- the pivot bolt 34 has parallel to the profile part of the casement 14 a width "r" with which it is in the locked state reaches behind the locking plate 38.
- the bar width is "r” chosen so that it is larger than the actuation path Y of the actuating rod 30 is so that the cam track 44 through which the Bolt 40 moved over the actuation path Y, overall in the swivel bolt 34 can be formed.
- the swivel bolt (34) is therefore through a flat curved track (44) far to the window frame (12) swiveling.
- the swivel angle " ⁇ " can be up to 90 ° be.
- the swivel angle " ⁇ ” is preferably greater than 30 °. The most preferred is a swivel angle " ⁇ " of 45 ° or larger.
- the pivot bolt 34 engages behind the locking plate 38 due to the large bar width "r" considerably.
- the swivel latch 34 is therefore particularly resistant to burglary.
- the cam track 44 can be flat be designed so that the pivot bolt 34 very smoothly is. Thanks to the good guidance in the locking pocket 36 and ease of movement the pivot bolt 34 can be very small in length "l" be designed.
- the length "l” is about half the length of that Width "r" of the swivel lock 34. This is particularly advantageous because the casement of windows is very slim is.
- the swivel bolt 34 on the outside next to the actuating mechanism, thus arranged next to the actuating rod 30.
- the bolt pocket 36 therefore forms an independent one, as shown in FIG. 2 Component, which is separated by two screws 37 in the frame 12 can be anchored.
- the pin 40 protrudes from the operating rod 30 through the elongated hole 46 in the locking pocket 36 up to the curved track 44.
- the curved track 44 must the swivel bolt 34 therefore do not fully penetrate in opening direction X.
- the cam track 44 thus forms only one depression in the Swivel latch 34 and swivel latch 34 are therefore special dimensionally stable.
- the bolt 44 can have a slide ring and the Swing bolt 34 biased towards Z by a spring his.
- the swivel latch can also be used in this embodiment also next to a locking element of the locking mechanism be designed so that the locking element is not accessible from the outside is.
- the screw 42 is wide arranged to the central region of the frame 12 and can therefore absorb high forces.
- a locking plate 38 is shown, which is integral with a locking plate 56 is formed.
- the locking plate 56 is like in conventional window fittings for receiving a locking element suitable, such as a roller bolt.
- the locking plate 38 has an elongated opening 62 into which the Swivel latch 34 can intervene.
- the locking plate 38 is attached by screws 42 to the frame 12 and additionally by screws 58 and 60, which are the same as for a single part Locking plate are arranged.
- the pivot bolt 34 in the central area in the opening direction X.
- the actuating rod 30 arranged.
- the swivel latch 34 and the locking pocket 36 can thereby in the actuation mechanism be integrated.
- the bolt 40 passes through the swivel bolt 34 and is on both sides of the pivot bolt 34 on the operating rod 32 attached.
- the cam track 44 of the swivel bar 34 is therefore evenly stressed.
- the swivel latch 34 particularly stable in the bolt pocket due to the bolt 40 36 held.
- the swivel bolt 34 can also one or have two opposite lugs in the tie pocket 36 hook up and pull out completely Prevent swivel bolt 34 from the locking pocket 36.
- a locking plate 38 is shown, in which the Screws 42 directed outwards next to the opening 62 Recording the pivot bolt 34 are arranged.
- the screws 42 are thereby in the central area in the opening direction X of the Frame 12 screwed and have a particularly high Stability in the frame 12.
- the one shown in FIG Bolt plate 38 is formed in one piece with a locking plate 56.
- the locking plate 38 and the locking plate 56 are by screws 42 attached to the frame 12, which as a single part trained locking plate are arranged.
- the swivel latch 34 is in its locked position of the locking plate 38 in the opening direction X spaced a distance "a".
- the distance "d" of the locking part of the pivot bolt 34 is the distance "a” 20% to 50%.
- the distance "a” is 30% to 50%.
- the distance "a” 5% to 25% or 8% to 25% is particularly preferred.
- a distance "a” between 40% and 50% is particularly preferred the thickness "d" of the pivot bolt 34, as a result of manufacturing tolerances and warpage of the casement 14 is particularly good can be compensated.
- the locking element also faces the frame 14 or the locking pocket 38 against the direction Z at a distance "c".
- the Distance "c” is 5% to 40% of the fold height "h”.
- Prefers distances "c” are also between 15% and 40%, and special preferably between 25% and 40%.
- Tooth 48 engages tooth 50 when sash 14 is in Opening direction X is moved by the distance "a".
- the sash 14 can also move a certain amount "dz" in the Z direction his. Such a movement of the sash 14 takes place when trying to sash 14 related to the frame 12 to move or close by external force to open. Prevent interlocking teeth 48 and 50 a further movement of the casement by friction or positive locking 14 in the opening direction X and in the direction Z.
- the one in the locking pocket 38 engaging part of the swivel latch 34 also widened be designed and thus behind a constriction in the bar pocket 38 hook up. Furthermore, the swivel latch 34 in Swivel direction be formed as a hook and on z. B. a cross bolt Hook in the bolt pocket 38. All of these solutions cause the pivot bolt 34 from the bolt pocket 38 in locked state is not withdrawable. Such a window fitting therefore has a particularly high security against Burglary on.
