Description
Claims (7)
- Stützelement zum Abstützen von labilen Werkstücken beim Spannvorgang auf Werkzeugmaschinen, Maschinentischen und / oder Paletten, mittels eines in einer Gehäusebohrung beweglich geführten Stützbolzens, der im Spannzustand durch einen senkrecht zur Arbeitsrichtung des Stützbolzens wirkenden Haltekolben festsetzbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützbolzen (2) in einer im Gehäuse (1) eingelassenen Sackbohrung (31) geführt ist und daß die Sackbohrung über den Wirkungsbereich, in dem der Stützbolzen (2) gleitend geführt ist, mit einer Gehäuseaussparung (21) versehen ist, deren Breite kleiner als der Durchmesser des Stützbolzens ist und deren Kanten konkav angefast sind und zwei Gehäuseanpreßflächen (19,20) bilden und daß der Haltekolben (4) mit einer Kolbenaussparung (22), kleiner als der Durchmesser des Stützbolzens, versehen ist, so daß zwei Stegsegmente (28) gebildet sind, deren innen liegende Kanten längs zur Arbeitsrichtung des Stützbolzens (2) laufen und die konkav angefast sind und zwei Kolbenanpreßflächen (17,18) bilden.
- Stützelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haltekolben (4) aus den beiden Stegsegmenten (28) und den diese Stegsegmente verbindenden Kolbenboden (27) gebildet ist und daß der Kolbenboden (27) aus einem elastisch verformbaren Material besteht.
- Stützelement nach Anspruch 1 u. 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aussenmantel (13) des Haltekolbens (4) im Bereich der Stegsegmente (28) partiell frei gearbeitet ist, so daß auf den Stegsegmenten an ihren Aussenkanten vier Stütznoppen (8,9,10,11) gebildet sind.
- Stützelement nach Anspruch 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Stegsegmenten (28) Sackbohrungen (33) eingebracht sind, in die je eine Rückholfeder (6) eingelegt ist.
- Stützelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützbolzen (2) durch eine in der Sackbohrung (30) abgestützte Feder (26) aus der Gehäusebohrung (13) herausführbar ist.
- Stützelement nach Anspruch 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Stegsegmente (28) des Haltekolbens (4) über den elastisch verformbaren Kolbenboden (27) im Spannzustand, infolge der rückwirkenden Kräfte, nach aussen gedrückt sind, bis sie mit ihren Stütznoppen (8-11) an der inneren Wandung des Kolbenzylinders (12) im Gehäuse (1) anliegen und sich dort abstützen.
- Stützelement nach Anspruch 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützbolzen (2) durch den Haltekolben (4) im Spannzustand zwischen den Kolbenanpreßflächen (17,18) und den Gehäuseanpreßflächen (19,20) festsetzbar ist und daß die Summe der auf ihn einwirkenden Anpreßkräfte größer ist als die auf den Haltekolben (4) einwirkende Kolbenkraft.
